Lincoln, NH Village of Loon Townhome Sleeps up to 12. 3 Queen Bedrooms, Sleeping Loft With Two Sets Of Bunks, one twin room, 3 full Baths, full gourmet kitchen, 1 kitchenette downstairs in lower level, 2 gas fireplaces, Wifi, cable and Roku tvs. Enjoy our renovated townhome with year round views of Loon Mountain.
Our unit has a gourmet kitchen and a kitchenette with granite countertops, custom made cabinets, 2 gas fireplaces, flat screen Smart TV's with Roku in the main living areas!
Above the entry level is the main living area, kitchen, full bath, dining and living area with gas fireplace, flat screen smart tvs with Roku, washer, dryer, access to the deck with gas grill, Adirondack chairs.
Master bedroom with queen bed. Views of Loon Mtn ski area.
The next level has another full bath, up a small set of stairs to the other queen bedroom. This level also has a set of steps up to the sleeping loft where there are two sets of bunks, small smart tv where the kids can hook up their gaming devices. Great area for the kids to relax and enjoy some space of their own.
The lower level, which has it's own entrance and is also accessible from the main level has a twin bedroom, one queen bedroom, a full bath and a kitchenette.

My family spends a week in Lincoln NH (Loon Mountain) every summer (past 13 yrs). This rental was our favorite! Nancy's property was clean, spacious and had EVERYTHING and more that we needed! We stayed here for a fall weekend getaway. Our group included 6 adults and 5 kids. We each had our own floor with a bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of room in the living room for everyone to play and lounge. The condo is very close to Loon mountain and right down the street from restaurants and shops. We also had a chance to enjoy the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs on the last day. Great place to stay anytime of year!

From the moment we walked in the door warm, cozy and welcoming. Nancy sent an email to make sure we arrived and were settling in. The decor is perfect. You will want for nothing. The view, the peacefulness and quiet serenity. You are close to all the White Mountains has to offer. Loon Mt. Ski Resort is directly across the street. We will definitely go back. Amazing stay!

We stayed in December and it was truly a great experience! We had 4 adults and 5kids and house, both top and bottom, offered more than enough space. It was clean, modern, and had everything you may need. It was close to the slopes and had an amazing view of he mountain. We would definetly be back another time!! Nancy was responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Thank you.

We spent a long weekend at this townhome and we can't wait to go back! It is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was difficult to leave and hit the slopes! It is located right across the street from the mountain and the shuttle bus made it so easy to ski. We would highly recommend this home to any of our friends and family. We are looking forward to going back!

Beautiful vacation rental- wonderful ski weekend. Stayed at the condo this past weekend. We were lucky to be there Loon Independence Weekend. The view from the big window at the condo was amazing. We could see the skiers with their torches ski down the mountain and then got to view the amazing firework show. So much fun!! We ended up cooking all our meals in the kitchen. They have everything from a crockpot to even a oyster shucker! Perfect size loft for the kids, heated floors in the bathroom and big comfy couches! We can't wait to go back next year!! Thanks

Spent a long weekend in this gorgeous condo and I cannot wait to return. The home is furnished beautifully, the kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal after a day on the slopes, and the beds are so comfortable I almost hated getting up to go ski. The view of the slopes is spectacular. We enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the cats make there final sweep over the mountain. Nancy was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions before arrival. We are planning to return for a summer vacation and I cannot wait to get back!

We stayed in this property over the New Year holiday and were beyond impressed. The condo was recently renovated. Everything is new and very well done... from the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, with the gorgeous custom cabinets and Viking appliances, to the extremely comfortable beds, to the heated bathroom floors! The views of the mountain are spectacular and the 5 minute shuttle ride to/from the mountain is a breeze. The owner, Nancy, was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed a fantastic vacation and can't wait to return to this property!

The owners went out of their way to repair the water damage done to the downstairs apartment the previous weekend. They were able to deliver it in beautiful condition only one day late ! The location is perfect for skiers, bus runs on time and the kids loved riding it ....you can even glimpse the new Ice Castle out the front window as well as spectacular views of slopes. Highly recommend !
