About this house rental

Large family home on private cul-de-sac with 5 bedrooms, 4. 5 baths plus an outside shower. Sleeps 18 comfortably! One Master bedroom suite is on the first floor and the second Master Bedroom Suite is on the second floor. This home is a custom built house with 3 stunning levels. The deck and pool area is fabulous when having bbq's or entertaining.

First floor: Walk in the front door to a beautiful sun room. Next you will see a stunning Dinning Room with a bay window with 2 wing back chairs with a small table. The dinning room has gleaming hardwood floors with an open floor plan. Dinning room has a cherry wood table that seats 12, with beautiful glass build in cabinets. The Dinning room opens to our Family room, which is a massive great room opening to the kitchen area. Living Room and Kitchen have amazing views overlooking the entire pool area and backyard. Our Family room has a built in bar, bookcase, wide screen TV with cable and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace.

Kitchen: Brand new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. Stainless steel appliances, Subzero refrigerator and center island Thermador cooktop. Breakfast bar seats 4. Step down to our kitchen table that seats 6.
Also on first floor, is one of our master bedroom suites that sleeps 4. This master bedroom has a full bath with a beautiful tile floor, tub/shower combination, a dresser and walk in closet.

This house has an open floor plan and flows perfectly. We have hardwood floors that shine on the first floor. Our home has central A/C with different zones to adjust temperatures.

2nd floor: has a large loft for reading with a futon bed, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and another master bedroom suite with a balcony. This Master bedroom has a TV, its own A/C zone, hardwood floors, walk in closet, Jacuzzi tub with a vanity, and step down into full bathroom with double vanity sink, with a shower/tub combination.
Bedroom 1 (located on second floor) has a queen bed with a built in desk, closet and dresser.
Bedroom 2 (located on second floor) has a full bed and 3 twin beds, bookshelves and a built in wall dresser and a closet.

Lower Level: On rainy days, the kids and adults will enjoy fun on our lower level. Kids will love our rec room with 2 sleeper sofas , this is in addition to the sleeps 18,, and a pool table and a sliding glass door to pool area and backyard.

Bedroom 3, located on lower level, has 2 full beds, a twin bed, 2 chairs and table with beautiful windows and French doors. The foyer in lower level has a beautiful cherry wood table with 6 chairs.

Pool/Deck: The pool Is our favorite amenity! Pool parties every night after a long wonderful day at the beach. The hot tub is a plus and right on the pool deck! Also featured on our deck, is a pool bar and a changing room. It is a Beautiful deck with a gas grill and outside shower. We have 2 patio tables ( one has a fire pit at a high top table,) that can seat 14, the pool bar has 4 bar stools, 4 lounge chairs and a brand new wicker patio set which includes a couch, loveseat and 2 swivel chairs and a coffee table. We have 2 very large umbrellas for shade. We also have 2 high back cushioned chairs with ottomans.

We have a private fenced in yard and more than enough grass space to enjoy a game of kickball or backyard games for the kids.

We offer boggie boards and Beach Chairs. Bath Towels and linens are provided. Wifi, Cable, Dvd player provided. In addition, Mid-week cleaning service can be arranged for an additional cleaning fee (in addition to the cleaning scheduled at the end of your stay).

Near by:
Cape Cod Ferries are located only 10 minutes away which will take you to Nantucket or Marthas Vineyard for a day trip or to stay as long as you like. Also available, is the Pirate Ship for the kids, Sunset Cruises, fishing excursions or a boat tour of Hyannis Port/Kennedy Compound.

For the travelers who like to Shop, plenty of shopping to do in Hyannis on Main Street or the Cape Cod Mall, Osterville Boutiques or a quick drive to Mashpee Commons. Endless restaurants to choose from in our area also.

For the Vacationers that love to Golf.. Centerville is located Mid-Cape, which means you have access to many beautiful breath taking golf courses with in a few miles of our home. If boating is your favorite pass time, you can bring your own boat (fits easily in our driveway) and launch it from several public launch areas. If you prefer to rent a boat (or kayaks, paddle boards) there are several places to rent or take lessons.

This property was exactly as expected! We had a group of women (50s-20s) staying here and the house was perfect! Plenty of space for us all to have our own beds, but easy enough for us to all hang out together too. The property manager was great, easily accessible and answered all my questions. 10/10 experience!

Nice pool, hot tub and outdoor deck. We cooked all our meals in the large kitchen with all the equipment, and ate at the large table on the pool deck. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 4 children. The Craigsville beach ($25 per car) is 1.1 mile away, which is walkable on main roads. Don't miss the freshwater Hathaway Pond, gret for little kids,accessible with the same car pass.

The house is very nice and overall clean. The advertisement of this property is a little deceiving. Certain things didn't work and needed repair and/or did not work (like the tv's that were listed and only 2 worked and all the other's did not. The owner should be made aware by other renter's when something doen't work so that it can be taken care of. The owner was extremely helpful with any questions or issue's that might pop up. But we had a very nice vacation.

First this was the first time i had used VRBO and Sean and Maureen were great in walking us through the process. We were down for a charity bike ride with 15 adults. The house was perfect for our group. The house is huge and pleanty of beds and space to spare for the entire group. We were riding bikes all day so when we returned the 4 bathrooms/shower made things very convienient. We had rain for the entire weekend and we were able to use the coverd pool bar and ample space inside to be comfortable the entire weekend. After the rides we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub on some sore muscles. It is great for a group or a large family.

Beautiful house for a group! We were in town for a bachelorette and this was the perfect place. Plenty of beds and a great kitchen and entertaining area. The pool and outdoor area are also a bonus!

Located in a quiet cul de sac, the huge house had comfy beds, clean linens and towels, and a nice big pool and a Jacuzzi. Lots of pool chairs/tables, toys, floaties, etc. The house had plenty of beach chairs and towels to borrow for a quick drive to the local beach. There's a cool breeze, so we didn't even need the AC.Sadly, the fridge wouldn't go below 51, and first floor bedroom and bathroom locks didn't work well.The owner was very friendly and always responded instantly, and provided many great recommendations on local joints. Oysters at Black Cat Tavern is a must try! There's a Tesla Supercharger 10 minutes north next to a Stop & Shop and near a liquor store, and Chargepoint Stations by Whole Foods also 10 minutes away.

Good experience overall but the house could use some attention. Pool wasn’t clean, bathroom doors don’t lock, fire alarms battery was low and it kept beeping.

I have nothing but postive remarks about this rental experience. The house was perfect for my group of 16 - very spacious with great amenities (pool, hot tub, deck, grill, yard, outdoor bar, outdoor shower, finished basement). Everything was in great condition and the location was very convenient. Sean and Maureen were wonderful to work with. They were extremely accommodating, helpful and responsive. I would absolutely come back in the future :)

My family of 11 adults and 4 children had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. The house is extremely spacious and the pool, hot tub and deck area are amazing. Plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the area upstairs to play with the toys. The adults loved the huge dining table to eat and play games at. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is simply beautiful and the location ideal. Maureen and Sean are so nice and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this home and hopefully will stay again next year.
