ゆったり過ごせ、満足でした。

風呂脱衣所に置いてあったフェス美顔器とイオンドライヤーが良かった。

お風呂の湯船が1箇所だけしかなかったのが残念でした。朝食食のパンは冷凍だと思いますが、水分が蒸発してパサパサしてました。

駅から少し遠いけどオススメです！

スタッフさんはとても丁寧で、ホテルも綺麗で広くてオシャレでした。脱衣場も色々なグッズが置いてあり、館内も素敵で、無料のウエルカムドリンクなどもあり、とても良かったです。

駅から少し遠い。前の人が開けたアメニティが交換されていかなかったのが残念でした。

トータルではマイナスでした。

部屋も綺麗でホスピタリティがありました。

夕食が粗末な印象でした。フランス御膳と銘を打ってましたが、オードブル:海鮮グリーンサラダポタージュ：カブとニンジンのポタージュメイン：フリカッセドプーレデザート:パンナコッタ私は元フランス料理のコックをしていたので、分かりますが、旬も、客をもてなそうという事も意識してない、メニューで食べていてガッカリしました。賄い料理位の夕食で客に出す料理じゃないですね。それ以外は良かったですけど、今回の旅行での汚点だと思いました。元コック出なくても分かると思いますが、旅に来てのお料理は大事だと思います、そこは意識した方が宜しいかと思います。お客様をガッカリさせないようにこれから頑張ってください。

コスパ良く、眺望はとても良い！

部屋からの眺め、冬は湾から朝日が昇るところが見られるところ。部屋の露天風呂は割とゆったりできた。マッサージ機が無料で使える。

やや使い込まれた感じで、すごい綺麗というわけではない。ただ清掃はされている。駅から離れていて、周りに食事するところやコンビ二などはない。ただ、これものんびりできるという点では良い点にもなる。

また泊まりたいと思いました。

お部屋と水回りが綺麗でした。 1階なので諦めていましたが海も見え、更に朝日も見れたのがとても良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクでワインのフリーフローがあったことも良かったです。

特にありませんが、あえて言うなら、夕食のサラダにチーズをかける実演がありましたが、あの量ならば初めからかけてくれていいと思います。

食事は良かったが、送迎も少ない人数だったし、、？いい時間の予約取れなかったし

朝食も夕食も美味しかったです。温泉そのものも良かったですが？下に続く↓

サウナが最低でした。最初入ったら100度以上あり、いいんですが　2回目に行ったら70度で、何分経っても汗は出ませんでしたただ時間だけが過ぎた感じ？中に敷いてあったタオルもくしゃくしゃで全て下に落ちていたので、がっかりしました。あと、部屋のトイレ自体はいいですが、手洗いがなかった。部屋の椅子の布がボロボロでしたので、びっくり。

アメニティが充実しているので何も持っていかなくても大丈夫です。3階でしたが、写真通りの海が見えるお部屋でした。プラズマクラスターの加湿器あり。

女子風呂の設備が凄く良かったです。

男風呂が設備が少なかったようです。後女風呂のドライヤーの床はもっと定期的に髪の毛の掃除をして頂けるともっといいですね。椅子に髪の毛が絡みついていたので、少し嫌でした。

Reception guy at night destroying hotel’s image, otherwise 11 on 10

The facility itself is amazing, having stayed in more than 50 hotels all over Japan, the quality and comfort offered by this hotel is second to none. Right from checkin process, to check out it is flawless. The checkin is self and they have English option in the tablet as well. They have table tennis, a top class onsen, more than relaxing massage chairs and 5 star level breakfast. The view from room is amazing and there is absolutely no scope left in quality and luxuriousness of the amenities provided especially at this price.

The reception guy who is a bit aged is rude and in a rush, may be he is overqualified for the job and should be assigned to something more challenging. Because clearly he looks frustrated and angry at the customers. He was rude to reply when asked about a doubt and ran inside as soon as he finished his answer. He very rudely told us that we cannot change our rooms as nothing is available and when we showed him the availability on booking.com he said he does not get information from foreign websites, and continued with his rude behavior.

OK, big rooms, but we never saw any of the views in the pictures. Hard to bring luggage up.

The building is quite pretty and the rooms are very large. The free welcome drinks were nice too.

We could not book dinner at the restaurant anymore as we arrived a few minutes after 4, the closing time to decide, so had to drive into town. This turned out to be a nice place (people all seem to have plants and flowers outside, even on the pavement!) so it was not too bad but a bit odd that it was not an option anymore. The English of the staff member telling us was limited to a harsh 'NO'. I think that if I can manage to order food and drinks in Japanese in a matter of a few days, a staff member of a hotel should be able to say more. But then again, all signs in the building and outside were in Japanese only too. It was a bit hard finding the parking and entrance because of this. The parking is down the hill and there are steps leading up to the door. No elevator. There was no help with the luggage either. We could not bring our heavy luggage up because of this so had to take out the essentials in the parking lot. Also, we did not see any of the views in the pictures. Most likely these are only visible from some rooms? None of the communal area's nor our room offered views. The rooms are also a bit noisy and we had a family with kids above us.

Fantastic! Great value for money.

The room had amazing views and was much more spacious than I expected. The onsen had everything I wanted plus more! I liked that there was tea and even a face steamer. I've never been to an onsen where there was a hairdryer, straightener and hair curler. The breakfast was nice and filling.

It would be nice if they could provide more options so that the breakfast isn't the same everyday. The aircon was leaking a little bit but we told the front desk so hopefully it should be fixed now.

When you want to leave, you have to fill a cup of boiling water in the water dispenser in the lobby. He said no, it may be because of the difference in culture. I was surprised by the rudeness of the counter staff.

impressive and recommend it! need to try!

I was allowed to checked in a little bit earlier before 15:00 that was quite appropriated. They have hot stone spa and public bath. their facilities were amazing steam facial machines and ice black bean tea in the refrigerator. The room I booked I could see the sunrise. very quite outside since the hotel is in the middle of the mountain. BTW the hotel is close to the plum garden only 10 minutes on foot. there is a 711 near the garden which are full of dairy products.

nothing to complain. because it is in the mountain we need to take a taxi there around 1400-1500yen.

mountain stay in Atami. skip the food if you come. try getting a room in the new building

The public baths were very new and clean. The welcome drinks were a nice touch!

We had both dinner and breakfast. Dinner was way bellow average, especially for the price. The breakfast too was not great but acceptable. we ended up being very hungry after dinner and there is no place to eat around the hotel. we stayed in the old building top floor. it said ocean view, but it was mostly blocked by the new building.
