The rooms were great but it was very cold and the heater was not adequate for both rooms.

We enjoyed having a private ensuite to use, however we do feel the door should be replaced with a sliding door iso a closing door. This would allow for more space & easier access

Excellent Stay

Great garden area, excellent selection of board games, close to town but also secluded. Peter was very accommodating and the communication with him before and during the stay was super fast. Lastly the bed was so comfy

We were made to feel very welcome and to share this home with our hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for Pete and Sally. Very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely stay again when next in Orange. Cannot rate the excellent facilities.

Pleasant and clean.

Peter the host was extremely hospitable and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable. The location was very good....an easy drive into central Orange. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable and cosy. Bathroom facilities were great.
