We stayed for our son's 13th birthday. It was a lovely time. The place had very comfortable furniture that was easily converted into spacious beds for the whole family. We were able to BBQ when we wanted, and we were close enough to stores and restaurants if we wanted to go that route. There was a nearby pool that kept the teenagers happy, and a nice, quiet, secluded community feel for taking family walks. There were also very neat, family friendly attractions nearby to partake in that the whole family enjoyed. We would not hesitate to stay here again! (It would have also made for a beautiful retreat away from the kiddos, if we are ever able to get away😆)

Visited 7S for a week in July. The property is very convenient to the resort, maybe a 5 minute drive. The condo was clean although some aspects were dated but that didn't bother me. There were plenty of kitchen implements as well as complimentary coffee (which I forgot to pack).
Only glitch was that on arriving I didn't find the alarm code quickly enough and it went off - I think my ears rang for 15 minutes after I finally shut it off. But that's on me.
Overall a solid affordable option for staying at 7S with a small group of people.

Condo was exactly as phographed. Location was very convenient and we appreciated that we could take our dog. It had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and kitchen items that one would need for a comfortable stay. Could use a little updating. Someone was working in the condo above, appeared to be remodeling, so it was rather noisy, although that is probably a temporary situation.

This unit is perfect for us. We travel as a couple and one friend, so having the master bedroom works for us and our friend sleeps on the pull-out sofa in the sunroom. We also travel with dogs and are grateful to find places that can accommodate us with only 1-2 bedrooms. The photos accurately depict the unit, and the host is very responsive when planning and during your trip.

We come to Seven Springs every summer for a board game tournament. This condo was perfect for our needs. It is a short drive to the main hotel & convention center. The unit was exactly as presented described and photos were accurate. The host sent great communication about the check-in process and key information we needed. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay during our favorite week of the year!

One of my family members got married at 7 springs and I booked this condo for the weekend getaway. This is my first booking through VRBO. The property manager was so helpful threw the whole process and even when I had questions while there. She answered me back within hours. Only like 5-6mins from resort and the shuttle will even pick you up. Super Cozy

Quiet and nice week stay
The property needs some updates on the decor and the couches need replaced but over all it was a nice condo. The area is quiet and relaxing. The towels were clean.

Mentor Fishing Weekend
Usually we would stay at the cabins at Kooser State Park. All the cabins were rented so I searched online for a place to stay. I came across VRBO and the condos at Seven Springs. The price was great, the accommodations were great, the entire weekend in the mountains was great! We will defiinitely stay here again!

This is not what is listed..
When arriving to the property it was very clear that this is NOT a 2 bedroom. It is a 1 bedroom with a sunroom with a pullout sofa that when you close the wooden shutters- you will find them to be broken. The lock on the door in the sunroom did not work. The security system continued to have a beep sound every time anyone moved in the house. The property manager was able to tell me how to turn it off, which I had to do approx 25 times. The fan blades had 1/4" of dust as did all of the decor. The bathroom towels had stains on them. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling next to the sink and there is mold around the showerhead. The toilet has a crack on the seat so when you sit down it pinches your leg. This property needs updated and fixed. It needs to be listed as a 1 bedroom and should charge about half the cost. We have stayed at many places in Seven Springs and this is by far the WORST condo yet. I would discourage anyone from staying here.

Perfect
We only have positives to report about this property. The location is fantastic, being only about two minutes from Seven Springs and 15 minutes from Hidden Valley. The kitchen is well stocked and the accommodations are quite comfortable. For the price this is pretty unbeatable, and we would not hesitate to come back.

Very Pleasant Stay
This unit provides more room than most of the 1 bedroom units. It was great being able to bring our dogs, and the 2 air conditioners were more than adequate to cool the scorching July heat. The property manager responded immediately to any questions and provided much information. Definitely will stay again.

Comfortable Condo
This condo is comfortable and clean. It was a nice getaway and had all basics that were needed. The extra bump out from the living room allowed for a degree of privacy for people sleeping on a sofa bed. I would not describe it as high-end but absolutely has what you need for a comfortable stay. The pictures give an accurate idea of what the condo looks like, the owner was very easy to do business with. It was nice that we could bring our well-behaved dog along. We would be happy to visit and stay there again.

Long weekend getaway
We (wife and I) stayed 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed the property. It was all we needed for a home base to enjoy the surrounding areas. The home is a little dated and you can tell has had many visitors over the years. Minor repairs would go a long way....deck door sticks and is hard to lock, bathroom tub drains so slow you are standing in dirty water by the end of your shower, toilet seems to have a leaky seal in the water closet, lamp on left of bed has a broken switch/socket which could lead to a fire hazard, baseboard heaters are lose, etc. Microwave, outdoor grill, TV worked great and we used often. Fridge and dishwasher also worked well although DW is very loud. Nice to have the shuttle service and pool nearby. Did not use the AC as the mountain air was cool enough. Neighbors were quite and respectful of quiet hours. Property was perfect for our long weekend getaway.

Great Condo!
The Condo was lovely. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The information sent by the owner beforehand was thorough and helpful. The shuttle came right across the street whenever you needed it and took us to the main lodge and back for the pool, bars, activities, etc... It was a very nice get-away, and we look forward to staying again! Thank you!

Happy Visit
We spent several days at the condo and enjoyed every minute. It was a comfortable and relaxing getaway for us and our first time staying at a Seven Springs Resort property. The quiet surroundings and the beautiful scenery can't be beat. The property is pet-friendly which we loved because we take our precious pup everywhere with us. The condo was neat and clean with plenty of linens available for our use. There were extra pillows and blankets on hand too. Daily walks through the Swiss Mountain property were fun and as challenging as we cared to make them. There are some good hills to climb!
The condo kitchen is well-equipped. We've stayed at other homes that had minimal kitchen amenities but this kitchen had everything we needed and more. There is even a spice rack! The complimentary coffees and teas added a homey touch. We used the toaster oven a lot. We would turn on the air conditioners for a short time and they cooled off the place quickly so we would turn them off. It stayed cool enough for us even though the temperatures outside were hot and humid.
We didn't use the pool or tennis courts although they looked inviting. We visited the lodge at Seven Springs and it was difficult to decide on what treats to get at the bakery. Who knew a lavender shortbread cookie was so delicious?
We hated for our visit to end. We definitely would like to come again, for a longer time period next time. The property is a great home away from home and there are so many fun activities to try in the area.

Extremely happy with this condo!
The condo was nice and clean. Very much as the description and pictures show. We enjoyed playing tennis at the courts that were within walking distance. It was a bit chilly to enjoy the swimming pool. We also enjoyed the restaurants and exercise facility in the 7 Springs Resort which was included with our stay. Barbara was wonderful to work with and was prompt with responses. We will definitely go back to this beautiful condo in the mountains of Champion, PA!

Great place, Great Value we hope to come back next year
This was a great place for the conference we attended. The place is close to the Main lodge where the restaurants and conference facilities are. The place is clean, neat and organized with very clear welcome instructions. the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to do cooking (plates, cups, pots/pans etc) it also has the basics salt/pepper, coffee, hot chocolate, creamers. The bathroom has towels for each guest to use in the linen closet. I also felt it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit with included laundry detergent. There is a grill on the back deck with a table and chairs which we would have used had we not had a late winter storm. This place is family friendly being a short walk to the community amenities and not very far from the shuttle stop that will take you down to the Main Lodge etc. The community is also very quiet which is nice if you are looking to get away for the hustle and bustle.

Excellent value for our small ski trip. Clean, neat, organized with a complete layout of instructions and phone numbers for emergencies, questions, restaurants, local amenities. This was just a few guys this time but I would bring my family to stay here if it's available. Getting to and from the slopes was quite easy.

Homelike cottage w/ great views & location
This cozy cottage sits in a prime location for views and accessing the regular shuttles to/from the resort. We loved the open floor plan, large picture windows looking out across the valley to the resort, and the huge rustic cabin stone hearth feature. Beds are comfy, kitchen supplies for cooking ample, and enjoyed having a back deck with a grill to boot!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful mountain top property. Convenient to all of the fun at the Seven Springs resort as well as area recreational activities in Donegal and Ohiopyle. If you're looking for a cozy get away in the splendor of the Laurel Highlands, this is the place for you!

This was our first experience in renting a condo instead of a hotel room we enjoyed it a lot and will do it again. One silly thing was we always pack a hair blower and of course we never need it as the hotels now all have built in ones. Your ad said it had a hair blower so for the first time we did not pack one and there was no hair blower. LOL May want to take that off the list.
Back door is a little hard to deal with if you do not shut it tight the wind blows it open and it hits into the night stand and of course there is no way not to indent the blind when locking and unlocking the door. A door curtain that has a rod at the top and bottom to keep it tight would be better.
We will be back.

What a deal for the price. The condo was clean and well appointed. Owner sent a concise overview of how to use the property appliances and electronics. So often when you view a property photos online, when you arrive you feel as though you were lied to....not in this case..wow...GREAT rental..
We would definitely rent this property again...most likely same time next year....
