All. This place is amazing! Much more beautiful than my expectation, such a beautiful and big apartment. Really amazing. Thus part of the city as well amazing and special and the stuff was as well wonderful and super helpful. I'm really recommend this house! Hope to come back again. My best experience in Bolivia!

All was more then perfect. I can think even about one negative thing.

This apartment was an incredible value for US$20 (5 December)! When considering anything negative that I point out, remember: it cost only $20! We were desperate to find a place for the night after checking 2 unacceptable possibilities and settled on this based on the high ratings despite being skeptical of getting much for that price and it being in the suburb of Tiquipaya instead of downtown Cochabamba. The third floor apartment is reached by a winding staircase and is spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. It includes a double bed, living room with fireplace (we had no need to try using it), modern en suite bathroom with tub, and full kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer. The owner has paid a lot of attention to decorating the apartment and the courtyard below and we found everything comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. One particularly nice feature was that every drain had a plug supplied, something you usually have to chase down even in expensive lodgings. We parked our car on the street and the owner made sure it was positioned in view of his security camera. Despite having lots of stuff in the car we had no problems over 3 nights. As might be expected at such a low rate, the apartment us invenoried as you depart and you'll pay for anything missing or broken. Highly recommended unless you can't climb stairs.

The following items are feedback to the owner rather than reasons not to stay here -- remember the apartment costs only US$20 per night! None of these points should prevent you from booking it. 1) Although there is a very nice bathtub, the only hot water comes out of the shower, making it almost impossible to take a hot bath. 2) The full kitchen is devoid of cookware and cooking utensils. When I inquired about this of the owner's sister, who was the person on site our first evening, she cheerfully loaned us some pots, frying pans, and related items but said the booking.com listing states that cooking capability isn't included. I couldn't find that statement. The owner should make it very clear if meal preparation is prohibited or should supply the necessary implements. 3) Although Tiquipaya is at 2700 meters, it gets warm, humid nights and the several screened windows may not be adequate for comfort. A strong ventilating fan would be helpful on such nights. 4) An identifying sign is needed so guests can securely identify the proper entry on arrival. Google doesn't understand the nuances of Tiquipaya addressing, so set "BancoSol, ATM Tiquipaya" for your destination. The apartment is right across the street from the ATM. Once again, remember! None of these points is reason not to book this lovely, economical apartment. It is an outstanding value!!
