The size of the home allowed us to stretch out.

The driveway, barking dogs, and a rooster. it is also not located in the nicest of areas.

Lovely villa in a good location, great pool.

Excellent communication before arrival and checked on once we were at the property. Cleaning services provided as part of the package (lovely cleaner) The swimming pool was the best we have had at a villa stay. Lovely meal left for our arrival by the hosts. Very well equipped kitchen. Out of the hustle and bustle of the town and easy to get to the main road for day trips. Need a car, make sure it is not a large car as the drive way is a little narrow we had a Yaris and would not have wanted anything bigger.

Unfortunately, the neighbour has two dogs which seem to sleep during the day and then start to bark later in the evening and at night and there is also a rooster that starts to call at about 3am so although it is a lovely peaceful location, we did not get much sleep as not used to these noises. Could have done with the ability to connect to netflix but that is a minor point.

Great house with good value.

Really loved the rural feel of this property although town is just a few minutes away. Enjoyed the layout of the house. The beds are very comfortable. Would visit again. I liked the bottle of wine, pastries and coffee that was left for us. I also really liked the property manager Nikos.

We weren’t sure we were in the right place at first. The house is nestled in amongst houses that are not finished yet and at first felt a little creepy. Once we were there, it was completely fine and we felt very safe. Based upon the photos, you think you’re getting an ocean view house. It does not have an ocean view.

Cretan hospitality

everything went as planned We had a fabulous week in the family owned Seametry Luxury Living Villa. The house was very spaciously very nice designed We felt very welcome by the nikos who advised us on things to do and where to go where to eat ( his suggestions was more than perfect ) It all felt like someone always was there for care for us for sure we will be back to Seametry Villa thank you one more time for the warm hospitaly

Great villa in a beautiful setting

spacious, open, fully equipped, great pool and nice outdoor space. Nikos was great making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need!

only thing I’d say is that it’s next to an unfinished & abandoned villa. thought it a bit odd in the beginning but turning it positive it was great that we were the only people in the development, absolutely no neighbours.

Amazing hospitality, the Villa was above and beyond from what we expected especially for the price. The garden with the pool was everything. Also the whole house was super clean, this was a thing that we really appreciated because for us a clean space is very important. All in all it was a great experience that we truly recommend to everyone who is going to visit Chania ❤️ I can’t hardly wait to come back 😍

Superb

The villa is bright and well equipped. It is comfortable,with an excellent pool and decking area There are six sun loungers and two umbrellas provide much needed shade at times from the Crete sunshine. A large outside dining area accommodate outside eating Nikos the local manager is always available on the phone providing an excellent service without being intrusive. The villa is the only completed property in a small development and the adjoining villas are looking overrun but it does give lots of privacy.

You will need a car there are no local amenities. Set in a local community does bring local noises from dogs , chickens and cockerels So be prepared to be disturbed at some unsocial times.

Exceptional

The villa was very beautiful, modern and clean. The service from the manager and the owner was excellent, and communication was fast. If we had any questions or inquiries regarding the facilities, they were answered promptly. The pool area and the views were very beautiful and calm. The pool was just the right size for our family of two adults and two pre-teenagers. The pool was 120 / 150 cm deep in the opposite ends. The location of the villa was very nice, at the end of a private driveway, among local family homes. Some of the families have pet dogs and some had chickens/roosters, which you could hear time to time, but they didn't bother us at all. Location is a choice, in this case you do need a car to get around and to the grocery stores. But with a rental car it's a very good location, near everything but still in it's own privacy, which was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Seametry for a great holiday!

Beautiful, relaxing, peaceful!

The experience from the very beginning was more than excellent - making the reservation was very easy! Excellent hosts, did everything to make our stay comfortable. As soon as we arrived we knew it was a good plan to go there! Location was just perfect and very easy to find. The villa was top class in beautiful grounds in a very tranquil environment! The Seametry Luxury Living villa was fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Beautifully decorated, super clean and highly comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The private pool was sublime and meticulously clean. I would definitely go here again for my next visit in Chania!
