Naples luxury! A very well appointed 3 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms 2350 Sq ft villa, all on the ground floor.

This villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Windstar Club on Naples Bay. Minutes from downtown Naples, and only 1 minute from the Botanical Gardens and USA Open Championships pickleball courts.

As a tenant you can join the Windstar Club as a tenant social member for only $ 400 per month to dine and socialize with friends and family, in the new Windstar clubhouse opened in 2024.

Chef’s kitchen with 6 seat dining tables inside and on the lanai. Enjoy cocktails and dinning in the wonderful Naples sunshine on the large lanai with comfortable couches seating for 6 and a dinning table for 6 including a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

Comfortably furnished, and fully equipped home. Attention to detail is important to us, we provide a very clean comfortable home for an unforgettable experience. New Daikin silent air conditioner with Daikin Premium Air Cleaner Cabinet, installed in July 2024. This is not an income property! We only rent out this home when we are staying at our home in Europe or South Africa. We are particular who we rent to, because we would like to ensure that our beautiful home is appreciated.

For the entire duration of your stay villa will be thoroughly cleaned once a week by a professional cleaning service.

This villa can also be rented for long term rentals.

Large sunny open plan living room with vaulted ceilings large TV with Xfinity cable all channels that include HBO - HBO Max - Peacock - and DVR with on demand movies.

Fully equipped large modern chef's kitchen with large windows built in appliances and every conceivable small appliance available.

The master bedroom has a king bed suite with a very comfortable mattress, vaulted ceilings, walk in closet, large TV, and a large bathroom walking shower twin vanities bathtub. The guest bedroom has a king bed suite with comfortable mattress, full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom does not have a bed. This room is being used as an office only, and equipped with fast Wi-Fi covering the entire home. Office has a large monitor, printer, and a shredder.

Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, sink and cupboards. Double garage with another stainless-steel French door fridge-freezer.

Comfortable lanai with 3 motorized screens with remote, and a fully equipped built-in outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink, 2 BBQ's, wood and propane, and a large professional extractor hood with two blowers. Lanai also includes comfortable lounging couches with a coffee table for 6 and a second dining table for 6.

The newly renovated Windstar clubhouse opened in 2024. Windstar is a private gated community is nestled along two miles of Naples Bay eastern shoreline frontage. With sprawling 550 acres, the community offers an impressive selection of amenities 18-hole Tom Fazio championship golf course, tennis courts, an exquisite new clubhouse that features dining and stunning sunset views on Naples Bay. Windstar Southpointe Marina has 72 slips and can accommodate yachts up to 70 feet. Take the Windstar Club Keewaydin Queen shuttle to Keewaydin Island beach-club where Windstar Club has a private beach and dock or take the sunset cruise.

Windstar Club is a private members-owned club. Renters can join the Windstar Club as tenant social member for $ 400.00 per month to use facilities to play tennis or bocce ball and to socialize with cocktails, or enjoy lunch or dinner. Please note that golf is not included.

Naples with its beautiful white sandy beaches and many attractions is a sought after destination to live and vacation. Newly built Naples Philharmonic in 2024, visit the Naples Zoo, airboat rides in the Everglades, swimming, shelling, tennis, pickleball or golf, deep sea fishing or in the Everglades waterways, bicycling or paddle-boarding. Naples's 5th Ave and 3rd St for shopping with exceptional fine dining restaurants, all that makes Naples in Southwest Florida one of the most desired destinations.

There are also several really good breakfast, lunch, dinner, brewery and coffee shop options right on Bayshore Drive, all within 1 minute by car from the Windstar front gate. This was our fifth year of snowbirding through VRBO and this property and location were the best ever. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and if anything, the photos did not do the property justice. The owner and onsite troubleshooter were extremely responsive on the couple of small issues that came up, exceeding our expectations. Items and supplies that we felt were necessary to bring in the past were all there. The location is also far closer to downtown Naples and other sites than other properties we had considered. Go for it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thomas's house. It is a beautiful home, with many upgrades The Windstar Community is quiet and close to all amentias, and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Naples. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great rental in the Naple's area

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at Thomas’ home. With high ceilings, sunny glass open to fairway views, and a peaceful garden, this home is even more lovely than pictured. The lanai includes a kitchen that is spectacularly equipped with a living and dining area looking out to the fairway and a pretty garden enhanced by songbirds. Inside, the modern kitchen is equally equipped and the high ceiling living room spacious with a large screen television. The master bedroom is large and the bathrooms modern. Windstar proved to be a beautiful community with unique access to Naples Bay and downtown Naples- a short distance away. The host did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and I can recommend this property with genuine enthusiasm !

We enjoyed staying in this home. Our experience was the best. This home had all of the amenities of home. Loved cooking in this European Kitchen!! Loved sitting outside on the lanai every morning watching the golfers go by!! The owners were wonderful and very accommodating!! We would definitely rent again!!

This was a great place to spend a winter month

This was a great place to spend a winter month

We of course selected this property based on the photographs, the description of the amenities, and the price. It did not disappoint. The one-level floor plan was great. The decor and art works are tastefully done. The view of the golf course and its many ibises added attractive and restful space to the kitchen, the great room, and the lanai--breakfast outside was a delight. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the master bath with its walk-in shower provided everything two people would need. As for things to do, twice we took advantage of the boat shuttle that carried us to Windstar's private beach on Keewaydin island. We were pleased to discover that the Botanical Gardens were less than a mile away, all the pickleball you would ever want to play was about a mile, Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson's was about three miles, and 5th Ave four miles. Not to mention the proximity of the Everglades and other attractions. Great location! And last but not least we need to thank Thomas for being an excellent host. He was accessible and responsive to all our requests. When, for example, the air conditioner needed attention on a Sunday he had a tech there in a matter of a couple of hours. Great service, Thomas! Thank you. In short, we will rent this property again next year if it all works out.
