REAL TOTAL AREA OF THE ROOM=🔥16.6 m🔥 BATHROOM DOOR MISSING !!!

■ Perfect cleanliness throughout the house is maintained. The owners can be awarded the prize: "The cleanest house in Italy" ■ All new and high quality ■ The house is beautifully decorated with paintings and interior items ■ The territory of the villa is planted with many palm trees and flowers.

This is a house where the owner lives with his wife and rents two different rooms to the guests. THEY WILL LIVE WITH YOU IN THE SAME HOUSE. 👇 we are talking about a room with its own bathroom: ■ On the site the total area of the entire room was declared = 20 sq.m. In reality, the total area was 🔥16.6 sq.m🔥 ■ !!! BATHROOM DOOR MISSING !!! This is not shown in the photos. i would never rent a room where there is no door in the bathroom, and the total area is 16.6 m. Because 20 sq.m is the minimum acceptable area for two people. ■ The owner of the house has RULES that we didn't know about. He announced them only upon our arrival at his house. Here are some of them: 1) Eat only in kitchen 2) Wash the plates, wipe dry and ((( put in a pile ))) 3) Do not carry food to the room and do not wash dishes there. ⚠️ Every day the owner will monitor the implementation of these RULES. ■ About breakfast: Declared vegan and vegetarian products are not available. What was: crackers, cookies, jam, yogurt, coffee, milk ■ The room has two narrow beds = 80 cm wide each. This size is suitable for a teenager. For an adult, this is not enough. The pillows were big and hard. It is impossible to sleep on them. ■ The knock of carelessly closed doors echoes throughout the house. There is almost no soundproofing from the adjacent bathroom. ■ The WI-FI signal in the room is so weak that it disappears very often. I had to sit near the door for the signal to work. ■ Hiking in the surrounding area is not possible. On foot you can only move along narrow busy roads with high car traffic and this walk is very unpleasant and hard . Buses run every 50-60 minutes. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to settle here without a car.

We liked the room with private bathroom, breakfast and Piero' hospitality

Wi-Fi quality needs to be improved.. Without a car it is a bit challenging but there are bus stop near the place just it requires some waiting as busses are not 100% follow the schedule

Staff,house,garden,Wild beach 1km,antique sights near, possibility to dive in archeological sea site..

Heavy traffic on the only one street leading out there so very very bad location without a car, bad area for walking...

Wonderful people. Like family. Lovely house and garden terrace. Really enjoyed my stay.

Phone signal was very weak. (not their fault), but WiFi in room was very weak. Maybe they need a repeater

Wonderful host in a nice, clean, welcoming dog friendly property ❤️🇮🇹 Authentic Italian!

We had such a lovely warm welcome from Piero and his wife Fatima, to a nice clean and private place. It was comfortable and had ideal amenities. A very dog friendly place too ❤️ True Italian experience with a lovely helpful host Piero!

We were fortunate to have been the only ones staying at the house that evening, but may have been a little less privacy sharing the bathroom if not

Very charming hosts!

The house is well located to visit all the historical sites: Baia, Cuma, Pozzuoli, lake Averno… and it is very clean and owner Piero loves plants, so you can sit under a avocado tree to have your morning coffee… Hosts are super helpful!

Nothing I didn’t like, only didn’t expect to share bathroom but maybe I didn’t read the description carefully.
