Atrašanās vieta

Ja nakšņojat ziemas sezonā un vairākas dienas,rēķinaties ar to ,ka pašiem būs jākurina apartamenti,iesaku izmantot krāsni ,kas ir virtuves zonā,no tās ātrāk piesilst telpas. Mājīgi apartamenti,tikai ļoti nolietoti ,daudz kur uz sienām izsisti caurumi ,vai apzīmētas sienas... Virtuves skapīši arī sen nav redzējuši uzkopšanu.

Lemmikin kanssa lyhyesti majoittuvalle välttävä vaihtoehto.

Piha oli kiva lapsille ja alue oli rauhaisa. Lemmikin kanssa ainakin teoriassa hyvä vaihtoehto. Myös se, että pihassa on tilaa pysäköidä, oli hyvä. Auto tässä paikassa tarpeellinen. Männi park suht lähellä oli loistava lapsia ajatellen. Majoittajan rouva antoi avaimet, hän oli ystävällinen. Pihalla oli illalla pimeyden laskeuduttua kivat valot.

Keittiössä aivan liian vähän kuppeja ja astioita. Oli pyydetty petaamaan vuodesohva lapsille valmiiksi sängyksi. Tämä luvattiin, mutta ei ollut pedattu. Kaapissa viikattuna olleiden lakanoiden välissä oli ötököitä. Asiasta soitto asunnon vuokraajalle, jonka vastaanotto oli huono; suuttui ja huusi, joskin rauhoittui lopulta paikalle tultuaan, kun aloin hätääntyneenä itkemään. Kuulemma vaan ulkoa tulleita. Melkein lähdettiin toiseen asuntoon, mutta perusteellisen ötökkätarkistuksen jälkeen enempää ei löytynyt ja pystyttiin olemaan siltä osin. Joka tapauksessa ongelmatilanteissa minkäänlaista rahanpalautusta tältä majoittajalta turha odottaa. Tympeä tai olematon palvelukulttuuri latisti mielialan. Viimeistelemätön sisäremontti vanhassa rakennuksessa, vaikka kuvissa näyttää kivalta. Seinät joistain kohden todella likaiset ja muiden roskia ja ryönää sohvan ja sängyn alla. Sisäremontti ei poista vanhan rakennuksen mahdollisia rakenneongelmia. Huono ilmanvaihto, asunto ei sovi homeallergikoille, muutamassa tunnissa tuntui jo vähän raskaalta hengittää. Omistajat asuvat myös rakennuksessa ja pihalla pyörii kissa, josta olisi hyvä ollut tietää etukäteen, samoin lemmikkiveloituksen suuruus (20€). Yhden yön tai max kahden yön majoitukseen voi sopia kesällä, kun ikkunoita voi pitää auki, ja ilma vaihtuu. Ilman ötököitä, huonoa ilmaa, ja majoittajan erikoista asennetta ongelmatilanteisiin liittyen olisi ollut ihan ok lyhyeen majoitukseen. Jäi kuitenkin tylsä olo kokonaisuudesta ja itse en menisi uudelleen. Lemmikin kanssa majoittuvalle ei-astmaatikolle voi kelvata vähäksi aikaa.

Vannitoas põrandal olev äär kaldpinna juures tegi paar korda varvastele haiget, võiks olla kaetud silikonribaga vms.

Nice and clean... Recommended.

Clean and tidy, quiet neighbourhood. bed linen and towels provided. Good for 1-night stay on the way. Good value for money. Nice older house with some atmosphere. Plenty of parking space. We didn't use WiFi. Good communication and instructions.

Nothing particular of note for our needs (1 night while in transit) albeit it might seem small for longer stays.

Very cute location, with easy access to buses/tram. The neighbourhood is tranquil, with beautiful houses and trees. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Very cozy, very clean, easy parking, located in a beautiful part of town.

The pictures showed a bath, but our unit had only a shower. A very minor disappointment.

Nice appartement in the traditional building

Appartment in a very nice quite area in the traditional wooden building , just a bit far from the city center. Verry good accesible by car, not sure about public transport. Apartment is big enough for four persons, but more suitable for 2-3 persons.

The apartment was offerd for 4 persons, but there were not enough chairs, so it is more for 3 persons. The dog fee was quite high, but we were aware in advance, so it is fair, you can choose an alternative

We had a wonderful time and the apartment was very cozy, for an affordable price.

The apartment was very cozy, there was even a Christmas tree set up, which was wonderful. The district it was in was very beautiful and quiet. Also the outside of the house was nicely decorated. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. There was also free parking.

The dishes that were in the dishwasher were dirty, also the microwave and the oven weren’t clean so we chose not to use them. It would also be nice to have a curtain in the bathroom.

Lovely place for a couple to spend the night between days of 'touristing' around Tallinn.

Communication with the host was great, even if I missed my initial check-in time. The neighbourhood is green and quiet. Being able to park in the yard was great. I only had a short stay and ate out, but I did notice the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking.

My wife took a shower first and I went in after she finished. Halfway through, the hot water ran out, so I had to finish up on coldish water. Not freezing, though, even though it was freezing outside. Not the biggest concern for me, but might be for others.
