Adequate lodging in an excellent location but overall a bit disappointing.

Location is excellent but the front room is quite noisy at night. This was not a surprise as reviews pointed it out but if you are a light sleeper, take it into consideration.

Lacking in attention to detail. Few hanging hooks, very little wall decor, no wastebasket in bathroom, no paper towels, broken towel rack, etc. For the price (which is high by Basque standards) we expected more. We have stayed in many apartments across Europe and this one would rank in the bottom half. It has great potential but falls short of what it could be.

An enjoyable stay. We will definitely visit San Sebastián again.

it was in an excellent position to visit the old town and beach areas. There was a lift which made getting the luggage to the second floor easy. There was also an outdoor seating area which was lovely after a long day exploring. The owner was easy to get hold of and readily replaced the hairdryer as the one in the property was not working.

The property was difficult to find and once found, you had to take a 10mins walk to collect the keys. check in could be made much easier. We had need to retrieve a map which had fallen under the sofa and it was very dusty and dirty underneath.

Paid for two bathrooms only one was usable

Location and space. Fabulous location right in the old town and close to all attractions, Michelin star restaurant almost over the road. Apartment had an outdoor space

The fact that it took ages to find an apartment with two bathrooms because we didn’t want to share. There was no hot water in the second shower so an unpleasant couple of days as it was quite wet and chilly, too cold for a cold shower. There was no quick fix so we had to put up with it. Was promised a credit but nothing has materialized. Very disappointing as it spoiled what was meant to be a lovely comfortable stay.

perfect location; unacceptable wifi to post any photos

location is perfect

beds were too soft, not comfortable no toiletries included. TV remotes didn’t work. wifi was very low bandwidth and failed often.

Comfort smack bang in the middle of the Old Town

The property was well located for pintxos bar hopping and right in the middle of all the action in the old town. A comfortable stroll to the main San Sebastián beach. The attraction is certainly the proximity to the 200 Plus pintxos bars in the city. Good place to stay and very comfortable. The outside terrace was a plus.

As the apartment is in the middle of the main pintxos area, there was a little noise from the bars below, but this was only applicable on the one Saturday night. The back bathroom we found a bit slippery but luckily the other bathroom was very comfortable.
