About this house rental

Casa Creekside is a quaint two bedroom home that sits on the back of a residential cul-de-sac and is adjacent Mill Creek, which is directly accessible to the Pamlico Sound. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek.
The ocean is a short 5 minute walk directly across the street, with a public boardwalk leading the way over the beautiful double dunes. The yard is landscaped and lined with locust trees on the south and Russian olives and oleanders to the north. On the back of the house near the creek, live oaks thrive giving you privacy like non other while enjoying a soak in your private hot tub. There is Wi-Fi in the house, and TV equipped with a Roku stick for streaming TV such as YouTube & Netflix etc. The ocean is a short 5 minute walk directly across the street, with a public boardwalk leading the way over the beautiful double dunes.
Enjoy the entire house with access to the creekside hot tub, decks, outdoor shower with sink and toilet, and much more! Set up your cornhole boards or toss the baseball in any part of the yard you like. There is an owner storage unit below where I store cleaning and housekeeping items.
I also provide two bicycles so you can be sure to make the most out of your time in Avon. Hit the beach right across the street and then take an evening cruise to catch the sunset! I try to provide my guests with the things I myself enjoy here in Avon!

Everything was great. Location was perfect for biking to the beach and visiting local shops. Lots of things to do in close range. Host communicated well so there were never any unknowns. Only complaint is the beds are very hard. Tried them all like Goldie locks lol. Wouldn’t say it would deter me from another stay though. Overall it was great

We had a great stay here for 5 days! Perfect for a small group or a couple. The beds are firm, I didn't mind them... Although it doesn't matter as my husband and I ended up sleeping on the couches for 3/4 nights so our teething baby could sleep undisturbed in the bedroom (I do suggest bringing a sound machine). The couches were decent to sleep on! We loved the bathroom, especially the big tub! The bikes were nice for evening cruises the beach, we found the public beach access straight across the street (you have to walk through dunes when the deck ends, if you have physical restrictions I suggest going over right to the next street across and taking the full pathway). The outdoor shower was nice, including the sink and toilet (LOL). The house is in a quiet spot and perfectly tucked in between shops and such. Food Lion was right up the street. The new steps and covered deck looked great! Daniel also came by to take care of a small wasp nest we discovered the first night up under the porch roof (which happens), he was great with communication and responding to messages. We never got around to using the hot tub unfortunately.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Casa Creekside was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having the hot tub and the bikes! The host was very responsive and the check in process was super easy. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed our stay!

Casa Creekside was clean, well furnished, and comes with a big hot tub! My adult daughter and I stayed 5 days. The neighborhood was quiet, short walk to the beach and 2 bikes that allowed us to cycle to nearby shops and restaurants. We had very clear and timely check in instructions and Daniel responded quickly to texts. He even came overnight make sure the hot tub was running properly. He worked very hard on updating the property and clearly cares about making it a welcoming place. He’s chill and friendly and clearly a pro at construction! Did I tell you how great the mattresses are? And thick towels and a comfy couch. Thank you so much, Daniel, for helping to make our week be one to remember.

Perfect experience from beginning to end. Family of four with two children less than 6 years. Short walk to a great beach, gas station and several other stores. Quiet neighborhood. Laundry on site was clutch. Hot tub was perfect for end of day relaxing. Back deck was used every night to relax with the warm breezes. Very clean house with everything we needed for kitchen utensils/cookware. Used the grill one night and it worked out well. Wish we could have stayed longer, next time we will. Thank you for your hospitality. I hope we can make it back to the fun little town of Avon.

The Creekside cottage was the perfect place for a long weekend beach getaway. The outside is so cute and the inside is clean and simple. Daniel was so great and easy going. He responded quickly to any questions and was extremely accommodating. The beach is a short walk away and also walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was a GREAT experience!
