Comfortable rooms with terrace on very nice location.

Nice location at top of the mountain. Easy transfer to city center with bus.

No fresh coffee at breakfast. Cold coffee need to be warmed in the micro-wave. No attention of staff.

Loved the quaintness

We are business people traveling so although leisure we need wifi, reception of wifi was extremely poor and no TV reception, whenever we pointed this out at reception all we were told was it usually works, no one tried to help us. We arrived after hours and we're not given entry information so had to ask the hotel across the road to make contact as we had no roaming data.. There is so little to do to make a mediocre experience into an awesome experience and I hope our comments will be taken to heart.. A kettle in the room for morning coffee would also go along way to change the experience.. But it was comfortable so will definitely keep it on my list.

our stay was adequate

the situation was good. easy to get into San Sebastián. people helpful when they were available.

coffee awful and breakfast basic asked for extra pillow which we never got. I eventually found one in a box in top of cupboard. self check in was not expected. felt we should have been given details thru message system on booking.com instead we had to call a number for instructions. fortunately we had some who could speak Spanish to help us.

Rooms are not insulated ! Les chambres ne sont pas isolées! You can hear people pe*ing in their bathroom.

Nice authentic hotel

Very nice, basque-style hotel. We had a room with a terrace and a nice view. Enough space, excellent interior, free parking.

A bit cold in the room and the location is for traveling by car (hard and expensive to park in the town) or by bus.

Very poor

room is fine and clean.

No service at all, I came to the hotel and there's no front desk, some piece of paper sicked to glassdoor, that I have to call to phone #, it ridiculous, what if I don't have a phone? And I sent a message to the hotel that I will arrive around 13 pm. It was very difficult to send email or message with the door's code, I went to hotel across the street to get buttle opener and couple of vine glasses.

Superb

the room was ok, quite big and clean.

It is a bit out of town, so if you don´t come with car, the position can be uncomfortable, especially at night when buses are not frequent. I would suggest to add a vending machine so that the guests could buy a water/snack/coffee, even if there was a bottle of water in the room.

Lovely apart from the ants

Lovely little room. Friendly. Handy for bus

Went back to our room after breakfast to find hundreds of ants. They had even got in our bags. It was quite upsetting. They hadn’t been there at night, thank goodness! When I mentioned it on leaving, the man at the desk didn’t seem surprised and said he’d sort it out. I would have given the place a 10 if it hadn’t been for the ants.

Superb

Very good breakfast with good price. Super friendly personnel and super beautiful view for the town :) Easy to get by bus and also by foot (but only for those who don't mind to climb a mountain a bit). Quiet nights, fresh air, beautiful surroundings and amazing sunset viewpoint nearby!

Sound isolation in rooms is not good

Comfortable stay

Hotel Luarri is situated on a hillside a couple of kilometres outside San Sebastian. There's a bus service which runs every 30 mins into the city. The rooms are basic but comfortable. They offer a delicious buffet breakfast for €8pp.

Not a problem, but rooms would benefit from having tea and coffee making facilities

The near road can be a bit noisy. No AC in the room so cant really close the window. Could add a minibar/small fridge

Very good

Very Nice small hotel/B&B about 3km outside San Sebastián but very close a fun park with an amazing panoramic view of the city and bay. The best panoramic I have ever seen. We paid €110 for a double which was expensive for a 2 star but during a regatta. Breakfast is a late start at 9am but drive to Cafe Etna, 1km away for a great breakfast. The hotel has a bus stop outside. The car is opposite the hotel shared.

Very disappointing, go for better in the center of town!

Check in.

Breakfast starts only at 9h00. No restaurants around, very isolated. A bus takes you in 25 minutes to town. Road noise at night. Room 7 is very small and smells of humidity. Hotel inside has no charm. Mattress transmits all movements to partner. 110 euro a night without breakfast,... Better to pay some more for a 4 star in the city center.
