The cleaning staff robbed our room

The beach was quite nice and calm and had a wide selection of water sports available

Our stay was far from what we expected from this hotel. During our stay, my wife’s wedding and engagement diamond rings were stolen from our room, despite being in a secure pouch inside a handbag. Not only was this an invasion of privacy from the hotel staff, but the situation was handled so poorly and the response to the incident was so slow, resulting in us having to file a police report. Their slow response and lack of urgency were unacceptable and no solution was offered from their end. On top of that, the quality of service at the beach was also disappointing. It was clear the beach staff would reserve the best sunbeds for certain guests, leaving others with fewer options, which was unfair and frustrating. In addition to all this, the room itself had an odd smell even after being attended to by cleaning staff. The smell had a faint scent of sewage , and was there for the majority of our stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially due to their lack of service and professionalism

Highly recommend

All well. Great location and great food in The Kitchen restaurant. Must try 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Housekeeping needs to be better ( same level as per hotel). Breakfast is good. Can be better with Open Buffet 🙏🏻. Pool area and sea are super. Staff is great. Highly recommended Compared to others this place wins 👍🏻

Bit overpriced No delay in check out ( our flight at 17:00 we were asked to check out at 1:00 PM. I recommend to be more flexible with customers in this issue. And make there trip easier.

It was a nice weekend there

The rooms was very good

The Restrants food was very bad. And the room service was very bad. Staff at the restaurant not very professional. Only the breakfast was good

Stunning modern cool property. Staff very friendly, young and professional. Quality of food amazing.

Very clean!

The only negative thing I could say is the far too expensive rate of the salon, hairdresser etc. crazy prices! Not even in New York or Zurich you find prices like that!

One of the best Hotels in Bodrum

We loved everything about this hotel but no doubts that the people working there are the best part: brilliant, kind and profissional at the same time. The restaurants are great (sadly Brava was closed once we went at the very beginning of the season, but next time we try), breakfast is insane. Decoration is so clean and chic. And of course the well known Edition Hotels smell that I LOVE. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you very much for everyone that made special our first experience in Bodrum.

The property was nice

The night staff at reception, for 3 days they didn’t change the sheets and the robe was dirty they didn’t change. They are bluntly after tips.

Beautiful Hotel and Beautiful Experience

There are a lot of positives about this hotel. The staff (especially Mikita, Javid and the restaurant manager) were all flawless. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches and also everywhere is impeccably clean. The food is amazing, everything is delicious. I was initially a bit disappointed at the lack of vegetarian food, but the restaurant manager spoke to the chefs and they cooked up one of the most delicious meals. The pool and beach area are some of the best I've seen. We picked this hotel as part of our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint.

The pricing leans a bit on the high side; but I think this is in-line with other hotels of the same calibre.

Holiday Heaven

This hotel is fabulous I’ve stayed here about five times and it just gets better. From the minute you step out of your taxi to the day you depart it’s 5 stars all the way Thank you to all the management and staff I will definitely return next year

Beautiful decor, amazing breakfast, spacious rooms, & beach area was comfortable

i loved the decor all white & calm, the beach beds were comfortable, staff were amazing, room was spacious, & breakfast was divine! the smell of the hotel was also calming it was a lovely touch.

there was no full length mirror in the room to style hair & not enough electrical plugs in the room, bathroom hose to wash was embedded in the toilet & it did not work well, more lacto free ice cream options should be provided, perhaps the stairs to the beach were exhausting at times.
