Friendly staff and I would stay again

Good location and friendly Reception and House staff.

The underside of the toilet seat in the bathroom should be seen by the house staff. The seat is in need of change! Refurbishment to other rooms in the corridor meant noise and so timings for works should be appropriate and not after 6pm or before 9am.

النظافه وموظفه الاستقبال معرف اسمها لاكن كان دوامها الساعه 12عند دخولي الشقق محترمه ومتعاونه جدا

احد موظفين رجل شفت المساء طلبت منشفه يقول لاتستحق الاتليوم الثاني يعني شي طبيعي طلب منشفه ليش اليوم الثاني مع العلم اني زبون دايم لهذا المكان

Decent place, but declining standards over time

We've stayed here before. Prime location. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but standard for Jeddah. Decent room, beds comfortable. Bathroom was awesome (extra towels!).

Wifi did NOT work in Room #506 (where we stayed), except for an area adjacent to the room's entrance. Reception staff was completely dismissive...they promised to send someone up, and never did.

أشكر جميع القائمين على فندق أكيلا ، واتمنى أن يأخذون الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار .

فندق هادئ ومريح وموقعه جدا ممتاز ..

لا يوجد مواقف أرضيه للفندق ، وكذلك يحتاج إلى بعض التحسينات البسيطة داخل الغرف ( فرش الأرضيات لم يكن نظيف ) ، ( الجدران تحتاج دهان بسيط )

Harika bir otel 👍🏻

Çok temiz, oda olanakları iyi (ütü, klima, buzdolabı, büyük yatak, duş malzemeleri, su ısıtıcısı vb.), sahile 800 m yürüme mesafesinde ve yakınlarda yeme-içme olanakları çok çeşitli, personel ilgili ve güzleryüzlü.

Kahvaltı zengindi ancak yiyeceklerin önemli bir bölümü aşırı baharatlı ve tuzluydu.

Very bad stay at all

1. Internet connection

1. Not clean at all 2. Cold water in shower (I can’t get shower)and week water 3. No coffee in the room 4. No parking 5. No safety for valuable items 6. Carpets dirty ( you can’t remove your shoes) 7. Not as mentioned in booking at all. 8. Reception not cooperative 9. Very bad stay at all 10. No laundry and not offering outside laundry

Boa estadia em Jeddah

Localização distante do centro mas tudo em Jeddah é distante. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, confortável, porém a limpeza do quarto precisa ser solicitada na recepção. Bons restaurantes próximos. Bom chuveiro com água quente. Boa velocidade de internet. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Limpeza do quarto poderia ser frequente sem necessidade de solicitação mas quando solicitado foi bem executada.

Excellent spacious rooms with posh decor and facilities. Great views from the glazed glass walls or floor to ceiling windows. Helpful staff.

Hôtel agréable et propre Proche de la corniche, 10 minutes à pied Chambre spacieuse avec un TRÈS GRAND lit double :)) Réception bon accueil Petite dej moyen Nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’utiliser la piscine et la salle de remise en forme.

Just service as a sleeping place . Not good for leisure.

There are hot dishes in Breakfast.Food clean and delicious. Early check in. Location near the Fountain. restaurant and sea and super market are walking distance.

If you are visiting Jeddah, this is a good hotel in a good location, we do not regret coming here.

The hotel is in a good location, with shops nearby, restaurants, a mall, a pastry shop and a supermarket within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the bed and pillow are comfortable, the air conditioning is cold. Breakfast was okay, the cold part was the same every day, the hot part varied daily, but it was never (or rarely) boring for a week. Sweet pastry was only on the last day, I don't understand why it wasn't there before. The staff is great, everyone is helpful, smiling, the reception ladies try to help with everything, if we wanted to go somewhere, they helped us get there, special thanks to Aisha.

The hotel has an indoor pool, but it was not working during our stay and we were not informed about it, even though we had chosen it so that we could cool off. The toilet was not working and the bathroom was jammed, but when we reported it they quickly fixed it.

A good place for a quick short stay

The location was very close to the corniche. Reception area was very nice, and the lady at reception (Aisha) was very very friendly and helpful. The room itself was large and clean. A good amount of storage space - desk space, space for suitcase, fridge and wardrobe. The bathroom was nice and clean and there were some amenties. The staff allowed me to check out a couple of hours late. Breakfast was included, which had a good range, but I was not really feeling what they had on offer. I was expecting cakes etc. like shown in images somewhere but was disappointed. There was also a swimming pool available but I did not get the chance to try it.

Some of the staff in the breakfast area were approachable, but could have been a bit more smiley. The breakfast options, I did not really enjoy even though there was some good options.

Good place, great location for what we needed. Will return!

Good breakfast. Great location, close to IMC and Solimon Fakeeh Hospitals. Within walking distance of the corniche. Comfortable bed. Clean.

Parking is a bit hard to come by. Garbage at adjacent buildings, but that's out of the hotel's control.

Overall Aquila Hotel did a very good job. I enjoyed my stay

The location was perfect because it is within the city proper. Accessible to all. The 2 girls in the front desk (forgot to ask their names) were very entertaining and smiling all thru out. They also speak English very well.

The food during breakfast is limited only and mostly arabic food although I eat arabic food but maybe next time there should be other variety so we can enjoy. Also mostly check in tenants our expats. I also did not like was that the swimming pool is only for men. They should have indicated in the booking that women are not allowed to swim because I was really disappointed. I was looking forward to swim and in our room there was a door connecting to another room which I find it wierd. The tenants in the other room were to noisy
