About this house rental
This pristine beach and ocean front property is perfect for large groups and families. Everything is top of the line. From the 4 master suites with their own private bathrooms, to the stunning views of the ocean and inlet, to the use of the in ground pool, you will fall in love with this home from the moment you arrive. There are 8 bedrooms, and 7 1/2 bathrooms. You will love the beautiful kitchen and second floor dining/living area. This home has it all. There is room for gathering and privacy all at the same time. We hope you'll stay with us and fall in love with this property just as much as we have. Please note that the pool is a seasonal amenity. It is only open and available from Early May until Late September. Please confirm availability prior to making a reservation.

From lounging by the pool to walking the beach, we all had a wonderful week at this amazing home. Also plenty of room inside to play games and enjoy the family while remnants of hurricane Debby came through.

Beautiful home.. very clean and super comfortable for all of us.. amenities were just great.. pool was fabulous .. would have been absolutey 10/10 if home was closer to the beach.. I did not realize upon booking that it was almost a half mile walk.. or that trucks (many) could park right on the beach.. overall 9 out of 10..

Incredible house - large enough for plenty of privacy and your 'own space' yet cozy enough in the shared living spaces for family time! The elevator was such a welcomed convenience. The kitchen had everything needed. We chose this house primarily because of it's size, the pool and the wonderfully accommodating host and property manager...and it did not disappoint!! The only negative is that our time there is over.

House was amazing. We stayed with 6 families for a youth basketball tournament and the house accomadated 16 guest very comfortably. The kids loved the pool. Thank you! Highly recommend staying here!

We had 13 people in the house, and it was a fabulous location for our retreat. We used all parts of the house for our sessions and the kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our group. We would love to host another retreat when the pool and hot tub are open.

This was the second year my family gathered for Easter at this Beautiful home ! The main floor and kitchen area is very spacious ! Lots of fun , laughter and memories made!! Looking forward to our next stay 🤗

This is the third time that we have stayed at this beautiful house. We are 7 couples that have been friends for 40 plus years. The house is perfect for us. Enough space to accommodate all of us. Great location. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the backyard and multiple decks. It is also close to the beach so we were able to take a long walk on the beach. Another perk is being close to Atlantic City that we were able to go and enjoy the boardwalk and casino for a few hours. The host was easy to contact and got back quickly with questions we had. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to making more memories here!

We have a family reunion every year around the holidays where we spend a day and have dinner at Smitheville. Now that most of the "kids" are older we try to make a long weekend out of it and go to AC for dinner and the casinos. This house was the perfect spot for us. It was big with a lot of shared spaces, but also had plenty of bedrooms and enough space to get away from the rest of the group if you wanted too. The kitchen was huge a great for having a shared breakfast and lunch. There were decks and windows everywhere that really made us all want to be here in the Summer.
The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The instructions were easy and the owner very accomodating.
We highly recommend it!!

Pros- gorgeous and immaculately clean, large house-lots of space, large bedrooms, multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, elevator, amazing laundry room, great location for proximity to AC.
Cons-for families, it is a long walk to the ocean and it is not a guarded beach. There are limited ocean views from the house, but it is still beautiful.
We LOVED our stay here. The ultimate luxury beach house, perfect for groups. We will be back.

Nice home & location all around. Good for walking, views, quiet, comfortable. Well equipped. The TV remote controls confused us, so instruction & matching to proper TVs would have helped. Owner was communicative, promptly answering all my questions prior to arrival.

15 of us stayed here for a week over July 4 week. the house is exactly as advertised! There is room for three cars in the driveway and lots of street parking. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive. would definitely stay here again!

This is a truly great property!! Plenty of room, wonderful location, super-clean, and absolutely perfect for getting together with friends and family. We watched the Big East Tournament, played games, put together a puzzle, cooked, and walked on the beach. Everyone slept well because it is so quiet. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!! Make your reservations now because you will not be disappointed.

I rented the house for 8 of my best friends to gather to celebrate my 50th birthday. This was my first rental through VRBO and the owner was incredible from the start! He was very responsive, answering my inquiries in a very reasonable time period. The house was provided as promised; my friends were so delighted! The elevator was a huge hit, I had so many decorations and it fit on the elevator. The kitchen was spectacular; I hired a private chef and he worked wonders in the kitchen. The house is situated off of the main road which affords you peace and quiet yet it is close to nearby amenities. The views are incredible; we were lucky that in February, we had a warm morning where we enjoyed our mimosas on the deck and soaked in the sun. I highly recommend this place!

I couldn’t have asked for a better property to celebrate the holidays with my family. I rented the home because I wanted to do something special for my sons in the Military that were coming home for the holidays. I was initially a little apprehensive about celebrating the Christmas holiday away from home. But with everyone there, I quickly felt right at home. The house accommodated my family of 4, and the grandparents. Everyone was comfortable and had a wonderful time! We brought a lot of extra cooking items and found we didn’t need them as the house was very well equipped. The host, John was super helpful and responsive to all of my questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are already considering renting the property again!

The only think I would suggest is better mattress, pillows and more blankets. I know it’s a beach property but more blankets in the winter would be super helpful and keep you warm at night when sleeping.

My family and I stayed in this home to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. The house was very impressive to each person who entered. The winding staircase, vaulted ceilings, and various windows were just some of the features that were well-appreciated. The house was spotless, and it was great that sheets and towels were supplied. We had a lot of food for our get-together, and the multiple refrigerators helped us keep everything well-refrigerated. The multiple tables and seating arrangements enabled our overnight and day guests the ability to all seat comfortably.
The walk to the beach was relatively short, and it was a nice walk that we all enjoyed. The home is conveniently located to an Acme, liquor stores, and a dollar store. We ordered pizza one night from Bella Luna, and it was delicious.
The first night was extremely windy, and it may have interfered with the internet. We called the property manager, and within 5 minutes, he responded and told us how to reset the modem. The internet was back up and working fabulously after that.
This is a beautiful home that was ideal for our family gathering. I highly recommend it.
