Character, location and proactive service. recommended

Great repurpose of a heritage building, spacious apartment within the city walls. Character, location and good service provider. Great shower!

A dishwasher would be useful. Will need a bit of maintenance soon - but nothing that distracts from enjoying this charming apartment.

A great location and great apartment, ideal for a meal out, and drinks with friends in the apartment.

Great location, spacious and worked well for a weekend away for work colleagues. Great apartment and suites our needs.

Perfect location

The location is great so central to everything.

So clean it was slightly dated in terms of decor but that is the only slight negative it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Amazing location right in the middle of the city, clean and well appointed.

Clean, modern and well equipped. Amazing location right in the middle of the city. It was very frosty while we were there but we were able to boost the heat and leave the apartment toasty warm. It was fabulous. Very relaxing stay, just what we all needed. Spare bed in the living room was easy to use and very comfortable.

A double bed quilt on the double bed - we would always have a bigger quilt so more for coverage for two people but this is a personal preference.

It was very convenient,everything was accessible, clean place, cooking utensils were available for us to cook. I don't even have to call any staff because everything was ready.

I hope you have refilled new shampoo and conditioners in the bathroom. Anyways, I have my own so it did not bother me. Just a small details but overall I had a great time.

We loved the apartment and location but not the climb to the top of the house.

Brilliant apartment, ideal for what we needed. Great location for nightlife and shopping.

Not for the faint hearted as the apartment was at the top of the building l, five flights of stairs carrying heavy luggage was not great. Could hear car horns early hours of the morning.

The location was perfect. Close to everything.

This apt is located right in the middle of a steep street. Just incase you have any mobility issues.

The location is great, close to the centre of Londonderry.

The apartment was clean but can do with some renovation. Although it is on the second floor, there is a fair bit of traffic noise that continues late into the night, probably due to its central location.

Good apartment in excellent location

Very good location in city centre. Comfortable bed and our apartment had two bathrooms.

The sofa was very small and not very comfortable. The car park is not that near to the apartment, but that is the compromise for the central location.

Basic and ok for a short stay

The location is very central and handy to main shopping / social areas

The noise from the road even with windows closed was deafening at times, especially when trying to sleep. The decor was dated and not like the photos, beds also too big for rooms,making it difficult to get round the room .

Great location,value for money also.

There was a smell in the living room when we arrived,we kept the windows open for a while and it was ok then. We were in a street facing bedroom and it was noisy at night

Great apartment, great location, more seats needed!

Great size, clean and nice and bright

The apartment was for 5 people but There were only 3 seats for the dining table.. There were only 3 'relaxing' in seats (1 of which was broken) There were 4 of us booked so we couldn't all sit comfortably to watch some TV or the 4 of us all play cards at the table.. that was a bit annoying.

Great location, will definitely be rebooking .

Fantastic location. Well kitted out .

Windows all in the roof or at rear no view. But that wasn’t really an issue in fairness. Will go back but would like an apartment with a street view .

We enjoyed our stay in Derry

Location excellent- comfy beds - good wifi -

For us older folk we found the stairs hard going - we were top floor - I think it was 3 flights up - great for youngsters Public car park is a good bit up the road - and very busy

Great location for a short stay in Derry

Great location. Comfortable and spacious. Good value

Noisy street late at night. Kitchen very poorly equipped with cooking implements (knives, cooking/serving spoons etc). No essential supplies (eg Salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc) No kitchen roll or serviettes. Some crockery was not completely clean and sofa bed bedding, while clean, smelt musty. Sash window in lounge area didn't stay in place and had to prop it open.

Very good

Great location. Iit was my wife's birthday and the staff left out a birthday balloon and a box of chocolates which was very kind of them! Parking also not too far away at a decent price for over night stay

The only thing I could fault was the noise from the people in the room upstairs, in fairness they would have to tip toe around the place any stage for us not to hear. (At 1am it woke me afew times) I wouldn't say it would put me off staying again.

The location was excellent and also the apartments are very spacious plenty of room for 3 or 4 guests.

The rooms seemed a bit dirty and there was a dirty/damp smell in each room. The showers were cold and not the cleanest.

Trying to retrieve the Keys from the box. Also there was no fire safety and no fire exit. The heating was turned off and no instructions on how to turn it.
