super miejscowa do zwiedzania Rzymu dla 4 osób!

super lokalizacja przy samym Colloseum, mega duży taras z klimatycznym podświetleniem. duzo knajpek w okolicy.

nie działające lampki nocne w sypialni i injeden oilot do obu klimatyzacji

Great location near Colosseum

Apartment was very clean and very secure. It's a great location close to Colosseum and a metro stop. I would highly recommend this apartment

Very comfortable, clean and relaxing,

I loved the large terrace and the groovy lighting! We spent many mornings lazing under the shade chatting over coffee and toast. The air con was a life saver, nice TV screen and nice shower room.

If I really had to be picky I would mention a few minor repair issues and no views, but this did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday. Host was very helpful and always on hand for advice if we needed it.

Spacious, clean, convenient, location, friendly owner

The apartment is located 2 min walk from the colosseum. It’s such a pleasant experience for a fist time visitor to walk on the nearby street and be able to see the colosseum up close. There are multiple excellent restaurants and convenience stores as well as ice cream shops within walking distance. The apartment offers everything we need for a comfortable stay. It’s clean and conveniently equipped with the right amenities. Angelo is very attentive. He always answered our questions before our trip through WhatsApp or Bookings.com app quickly. It was such a warm surprise that he waited outside of apartment for our arrival and showed us around. Considering we didn’t even know exactly when we would arrive at the apartment ourself after the international flight he might have waited for a long time. Much appreciated!

Exceptional

Great quiet location of the apartment a few steps from the Colosseum and other monuments. Very close also to the metro station and a fully equipped shop. Large terrace for relaxation. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Very friendly and always helpful owner.

Really cool place, great location and Angelo is a great host

Amazing location. Modern. Hi-tech. Nice patio.

Found the door control a little difficult as the connection to internet is not good in that space. We had difficulty operating the shower- but I think it was us as it is so hi-tech

Absolutely perfect in every way!

The apartment was exactly as advertised- clean, extremely comfortable ( great a/c as temps in Rome wee over 100 degrees Fahrenheit all week), well maintained with all necessary needs- clean towels, sheets, plates, refrigerator, etc. The location was perfect - literally across the street from the Colosseum! Great restaurants all within a very short walking distance and a supermarket around the corner. What made it even more special was our host- Angelo Mazzi , the owner of the apartment. He was extraordinarily available, helpful and just so accommodating and nice! We absolutely loved the apartment and would come back to it without hesitation!!

Recommend for family

Very good - Cleaness, good staff and host, location, wide terrace, many stuffs for comfort living. So so - Complecated way to check-in and gate opening, no dishwasher, no lift, low hot water pressure in the kitchen.

very good apartment! it’s near the Colosseo , just 200m by walking, fantastic and with a very nice balcony!

the bedroom in 2nd floor is not suitable for people who over 180cm😂

Superb

Cute apartment in an incredible location. A short walk across the street to the colosseum. The hosts are very accommodating and made sure my stay was comfortable. It was priced well and offered a lot. The terrace is huge and my kids loved playing outside in the morning. If you’re ever in Rome, I recommend this place, especially those with littles.
