About this house rental
This immaculate property offers the full complement of amenities to make for a perfect summer retreat. Situated in the bucolic hamlet of Remsenburg, the property is located on a beautiful hedge-filled lane, just a walk up the street from Moriches Bay, and minutes by car from Main Street, Westhampton Beach, and the well-known beaches of Dune Road.
You are invited to enjoy this Room & Board furnished and fully decorated home, with its modern yet cozy interiors. At the center of the house is a large living room with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, 4K TV, and Sonos sound system (which includes outdoor speakers). A powder room is easily accessible from there or from the pool deck. The gourmet kitchen features a barstool island and a dining table which seats eight. The private master bedroom (with all-marble, newly renovated en suite bathroom) enjoys direct access to the backyard and pool. On the other side of the house, there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a full guest bathroom. A finished tiled basement provides an additional living area with a TV, queen sleeper-sofa, and laundry room.
Outside, the property is meticulously landscaped, creating lush and completely private outdoor spaces that will transport you to another realm. With a heated pool, outdoor hot-water rain shower, Weber grill and stone patio, including ample dining and lounge furniture, you will have the ultimate outdoor experience just outside your door every morning. And best of all, you’ll sometimes even hear the sound of the ocean waves from your backyard!
This picturesque slice of the Township of Southampton is easily accessed from New York City, only 1½ hours by car and 2 hours by train or bus. Nearby Westhampton Beach has much to offer: restaurants, casual coffee shops, shopping, a performing arts center (featuring celebrity concerts and theater), live music most weekend evenings, art shows, a weekly farmer’s market, and various outdoor events.
Remsenburg’s unique location at the beginning of the Hamptons allows quick access to the charming villages of the South Fork (Southampton Village is a 30 minute drive), the pastoral farms and vineyards of the North Fork (25 minute drive), and Tanger Outlets (20 minute drive), allowing you to choose your locale based on the day's whim and experience the best of what each Fork has to offer!

We were very pleased with the overall rental experience. House was very clean and the property/landscaping extremely well maintained. Instructions from owner were very clear and the house in general was very user-friendly. Beautiful pool as well!

The house and gardens (and pool) are all really outstanding. This is a magnificent property, beautifully laid out and decorated, with a very creative and thoughtful touch. We found the home exceptionally comfortable, well-equipped, and very appealing aesthetically. The gardens are equally impressive. And the location, close to Westhampton and beaches, could not be better. Can’t praise this place highly enough - we spent a wonderful week there!

What a wonderful experience!! We had an incredibly relaxing stay in this truly beautiful, well appointed home. From the beautiful pool, to the AMAZING outdoor shower, to the heated toilet (did not realize I needed this in my life but apparently, I do!), to the comfortable couches and beautiful artwork. Daniel was easily accessible by email/cell and put together the most comprehensive home manual I’ve ever seen. This home had it all and I truly look forward to another stay.

We enjoyed two weeks in this lovely property that had everything you could ask for in a rental. Well stocked, meticulously maintained with modern conveniences. Outdoor space was a peaceful oasis away from it all!

It's hard to begin to describe how fantastic this property is. We've rented a ton of vacation homes and this was by far the best. The attention to detail is unparalleled. I've never had every need so fully anticipated and thoughtfully prepared. It's not an obvious thing (although the beautiful design of the home is) but one starts to realize they are relaxed because they're not wondering about or searching for anything. It's that detail that makes you feel like you're at home, but still on vacation. The heated pool was amazing. Every seating area, from a small couch by a window, or outdoor chairs, is a new experience in which to relax. The level of spotlessness (seriously, not a speck of dust anywhere) was amazing. As a host, Daniel was phenomenal. Always available for questions, leaving us with a helpful guide to the home and the area (follow his recommendations!) and just generally friendly and nice. I have never stayed at a VRBO where I wouldn't have changed a single thing and wanted for nothing.

It was the perfect family getaway during these times. It had everything we needed and had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was beautifully decorated...and was very cozy, and the pool was amazing.

We stayed for 2 weeks in July and our family of 4 had a relaxing time away from the city. Everything is on point with upscale and tastefully decorated furnishings and ambience. The kitchen has everything that a chef would require and more. The living space is beautifully decorated and Hamptons chic. The bedrooms all have been lovingly furnished, straight out of a Room and Board catalog. The central air worked beautifully with separate cooling systems for the Master Bedroom and remaining home. This was much appreciated, especially during several heat waves. Although, it never felt that hot outside by the pool, which is similarly clean and beautifully decorated with hydrangeas, hibiscus etc. The Sonos system outside was also a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and we would take walks or bicycle rides (provided) around in the morning or evening. We really had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house was immaculate and very well stocked. The property was beautiful and very comfortable. I am a very tough customer and not easily pleased. Daniel made the process very easy and we had great communication the entire time. We will absolutely return to this wonderful property!!

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at Daniel's home. It was spotlessly clean, newly renovated and had everything we needed. Daniel was very responsive and organized. Nothing went wrong during our stay. Our children even found some games that they enjoyed when we weren't in the pool or the beach.

The beach at the end of the street was cute and the location to town and West Hampton beach was perfect. Daniel was a great host and we would recommend the house for a getaway,.
