Poor

The location of the house is not very close to the city center, you need to walk at least half an hour to forty minutes. It will be more comfortable to use a bus or car. The landlord provided us with necessary information about the city and answered our questions. However, we had some disagreements on some issues. Although the weather was hot outside, the house was very cold, especially during the first two days, which was very difficult for us. We could not reach an agreement with the landlord on this issue and faced a result where we could not get any help. Most of the necessary materials were available in the house, but they were not hygienic. We couldn't use the kitchen utensils and found a dead insect in the kitchen sink. Also, if you want to use the washing machine, you need to throw the machine's outlet into the toilet and then take it out when you are done, which is not at all hygienic. The bed and couch were also not clean. Overall, we were not satisfied with the house and it was very challenging for us.

It's cheap and the owner is nice, however, the rating is overinflated

The host was very polite. He agreed to accomodate us and our husky dog and check-ed us in pretty late at night (10:30 PM)

The appartment is not well maintained - pretty warned out and dirty. Definitely needs a good cleaning. Water heater is also very small and when one visitor takes a shower, the second one has to wait for it to heat up again. There are some parking spots around the block, but it is quite busy during the weekend. Luckily, the owner had parked his car and reserved us a spot.

Feel cozy at Supercozy studio

The apartment is bright and spacious with nice green view outside. Silent in the night. It is close to a park, two malls, hospital, laboratory, restaurants and cafes. 20 minutes on foot to the American University in Skopje and 20 minutes on foot to the central bus/train station via straight boulevard. The landlord is very kind and helpful. The internet connection is perfect.
