It is new construction, elegantly appointed inside, can accommodate up to 12 people and has everything your family and friends would need for an unforgettable Maine destination vacation. The large, groomed lawn, private sandy beach, magnificent sunsets and memorable ocean breezes make this unique property perfect for the Maine experience. My name is Jeffrey P. Thurlow, MD and I am a life-long resident of Pine Point. I own a number of properties on this compound and there will be future opportunities to rent other cottages. For 2025 and likely 2026, Summerwinds is exclusively available with a few limited weeks remaining due to its popularity. Please submit an inquiry only and not an automatic booking as it will need to be declined. I like to have my guests learn more about the property before they commit and I like to get to know my guests. VRBO also has my property inaccurately listed in terms of economics and availability. It leases for $17,000 a week which is well worth it, plus nominal cleaning, linen, and pet fees. There is a 9% Maine Lodging tax as well. While we recognize it is an expensive home to rent, we do have exorbitant costs on the waterfront, particularly with the new mandate for costly flood insurance, and Scarborough's famous astronomical property taxes! It is an experience you will remember forever. There is a mooring and a brand new 18-foot family-oriented Lund boat with a 175 Mercury outboard which, for selected guests, can be potentially rented, and can take out 6-8 people on to the beautiful Saco Bay. I am happy to share more of the adventures you can have in Pine Point and the surrounding area. The beach is a 5-minute walk and then nicest in the State of Maine. Harborwinds is the smaller cottage which, at this time, will not be leased in 2025. This may change so monitor the website or txt me. Harborwinds (VRBO 108241) and Summerwinds are the two homes on the compound and please refer to our other listing, 3098242, for more details about both properties. Harborwinds is the smaller cottage on the compound and leases for $8400/week during the peak season. It is a cozy, charming waterfront cottage on 200 feet of water frontage with private sandy beach, rock seawall, fabulous views of marsh, harbor, ocean, Mt. Washington, and glorious sunsets. It is relatively new construction, beautifully appointed with hardwood floors and red birch kitchen cabinets with granite countertops and large island; fully furnished in a Maine Cottage motif; Weber grill, large waterfront deck; full laundry, three bedrooms and two full baths. It has a large, groomed landscaped lawn; firepit, many other amenities including air conditioning.

Beautiful Pine Point Beach and Old Orchard Beach, Portland is nearby and you have immediate access to all that Southern Maine has to offer for a wonderful summertime vacation.
