Pictures are better than the current condition. Window blinds broken so you cant block out the sunlight very well. Heating system is old, either too hot or too cold. found spiders up in the loft 4 different times. Try to get your 11 year old daughter to sleep with spiders... Location is nice and the view is great. Would not stay here again.

Really dusty and dirty. Found a hairbrush with hair under couch. No toilet paper/paper towel. Carpet dirty and floor dirty. Beds were uncomfortable.

- Very Dusty (not sure if some of the equipment gets dusted or wiped)
- Super dry (need to use the humidifier)
- No tissues
- Hard Beds
- Only provided 1 dishwasher tablet

Pretty cute place! Just had a few cons that stood out throughout the weekend. Check-in/out was smooth and the underground parking garage was nice.

This was great little home, really comfortable layout and quiet. It was about an 8 minute walk to the lifts, which we enjoyed! They do have a shuttle as well. Our humongous Dodge Ram 2500 was able to squeeze into the below ground parking which was a plus. It was very narrow but we were thrilled to fit!
We had 2 reasons we could not give it 5 stars. First when we arrived the carpet was not clean, so I vacuumed to get the debris of the floors. Thankfully there was a vacuum! Second was that the management company was impossible to reach. It took three days to get any response on an urgent matter. Someone had present ridiculously hot temperatures on the nest thermostat, some at 90 degrees! I was only able to bypass these settings for an hour and then the heat would kick back on to an unbearable temperature. After being up all night the first night I reached out to the company and received no response. The second evening was the same so I just sat in the living room all throughout the night turning the temp down every hour so at least my family could sleep. We felt like we were suffocating. After a few hours researching the next morning on how to delete all the presets I resolved the issue. Nearing the end of our trip I finally heard back from the company, which was unfortunate that we couldn’t get help sooner and I had to take care of things myself. I think now that they are aware they may check it prior to people renting the home so hopefully it was just us!!
Our only other issue was there were no trash bags provided or dish wash tabs so we had to purchase them at the local store as 1 trash bag was not near enough for an entire week stay. However, there were plenty of bath towels! And plenty of kitchen cookware.
Overall it was a lovely home and we would stay again! A really wonderful place!!

The condo met our needs perfectly. It was spacious, clean, and convenient. Only downside was the community jacuzzi not being accessible. Booked this spot specifically because it had one.

This unit was big enough to comfortably accommodate 7 of us! It has high sealings, nice porch, access to a hot tub and under ground garage that leads straight to inside of condo complex. It’s a bit of an older condo with a lot of carpet but still felt comfortable. Master bed is a temper pedic which was not a plus for me but others may like this kind of mattress. I would book again especially if I go again with my whole family.

The condo was absolutely perfect. The kids loved the loft and loft above the loft. The kitchen had everything we needed to do lots of cooking. The view from the balcony amazing. We loved the town of Brian Head and how inviting everybody was. Also just a 15 minute drive to Parawan for groceries and anything else needed. We wrote in the book at the condo and created a little challenge...I noticed some people complaining about some of the smallest things and also other things beyond control... We had a spare propane bottle but no tool to remove the empty.... purchased one and it's hanging on a nail by the grill now.... another small gesture we did was the down stairs toilet seat about bucked us off.... one of the connectors was just wore out so I replaced the toilet seat..... very minor and quick and easy fixes... our challenge was if you notice something missing or minor fix you can accomplish without losing a day then do it...... We were just very grateful to get to experience such a great home in an amazing town. Thank You!!!

great place to stay, plenty of room and close to the slopes. The only issue we had was the front door keypad was not very intuitive...it was difficult to wakeup the keypad to type in the entry code to the room. All in all it was GREAT!

great layout, very clean. Convenient to a store. Very comfortable

6 kids 2 parents and we still felt like we had our adult space. The layout of the property was perfect. Master downstairs 2queens that slept 4 teenage boys and a lil private bunk hideaway for the girls. Plenty of towels and toiletries for multiple nights. Everything you need as far as cooking was there for our convenience. BBQ grill on balcony with an amazing view of the village and mountain. Instructions via text and email the day of check in for garage and front of the building access as well as code for the condo. You get 1 stall in the garage with has an outlet next to it that helped tremendously because we took both our Teslas and we were able to charge with our 120V plug overnight. Additional parking available by front entrance as well. Overall we are pleased with out stay and would definitely book this unit again!

Cozy but neighbors "board member" intrusive
The condo is nice, cozy, and has everything you need. The other "owners" of the complex aren't very friendly and one of them constantly told me and my wife several times that he was "on the board" and seemed to follow us around. He made mention he was watching us on camera in the common area from his unit which is extremely weird. I think next time we'll opt to stay in a private cabin.
