Spacious unit with open concept has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Condo amenities include hotel quality towels, linens and bedding, updated decor and furnishings throughout. Beautiful, clean, and well stocked property. We always forget something when staying in a VRBO property, but the owners thought of it all. Very well located to marinas, restaurants, and activities. Our family had a wonderful time!

Beautifully decorated. Lovely view. Comfortable. Provided with everything you might need. In an area with lots of restaurants, shopping and activities. Particularly enjoyed dinner at Hello Sailor!

The stay was great. We have stayed in this complex 4 times now. Love they have elevators. Makes getting luggage in easy. The condo was great. Great views, well equipped, and comfortable. Visiting a friend who lives in Mooresville. We will be back in the Fall. Definitely recommend this condo!!!

This is a fantastic apartment to visit my son at Davidson. It is the second time I have stayed here, and I love it. It is well stocked and so warm and comfortable. It is a great place to spend some quality time as a family, cook a few meals and enjoy our weekend together.

We had a fantastic stay at Larry and Pat's Lake Norman condo. The place is very spacious, has everything you could ask for, and includes a nice personal touch. The property is very clean, well-kept, and quite. It has a great view and is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of things to do. The communication with the owners was very easy and we would definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend!

Hands down to a beautiful spot!!! Upon arrival, entry instructions were seemless. The decor was magnificent, well done! The porch over looking LKN was picture perfect. Everything you want in a kitchen from a home away is all there. WOW!! My parents, husband and I could not have been happier than staying in this villa for a long weekend. This is a must!! Hope to return soon. Thank you

This condo is gorgeous. It rained the entire stay but this condo was perfect for some relaxation. Nicely decorated and great location. Easy for quick trips to Birkdale. I’ve stayed in Cornelius many times before and this is by far my favorite condo.

Clean, spacious and beautifully appointed! Perfectly met our needs for a long weekend visiting our son. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back deck, around the dining table and cooking in the kitchen. Will definitely be back!

Larry and Pat were welcoming hosts and their condo on the lake was a great home base for my family and I. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, the laundry facilities were large and clean and the living areas were bright and beautifully decorated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we hope to stay again.

This beautiful home was perfect. The three bedrooms gave ample room for my family of 5 and the deck had the most relaxing view of the water. Every detail was seen to from smart TVs, to extra blankets, to laundry soap and toilet paper. The location was ideal, too; quiet and serene but within a short drive to any food and shopping you could want. Simply lovely! If we ever find ourselves back in Cornelius, NC, we will absolutely try to stay here again.

We had a great time staying in Cornelius at the lake house. It was super clean, smelled great, had all needed supplies to stay and had a beautiful view! The decor was really nice, while also feeling very at home. It was bigger than I expected and the deck was a great size! We loved how close it was to restaurants, coffee and shops. The check in/out process was easy. There was not a detail that was missed. We drive an electric vehicle and there are 2 charging stations close by which is super convenient. I would absolutely come back to stay there again if we visited Cornelius, NC.

This space was even better than expected! Clean, tastefully decorated (even had a Christmas tree, lights & decor!) & plenty of room for 6 adults. Every detail was thought of & we felt right at home. Close to Birkdale for shopping/dinning. We will return!

Too many things to list but it exceeded our expectations in every way. Larry and Pat were so kind in our pre arrival communications. This was our first time away from home at Christmas. We have a young child and they had the perfect little Christmas tree and made it beyond special for us. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait for our next visit. Their thoughtfulness shows through in every single detail. This was our first time traveling in over two years and we made some very special memories reuniting with my 83 year old mom after such a long while. Beyond 5 stars in every way!
