won’t stay there again

location was great

the carpets were all stained up and rough. the bed was not comfortable at all. I didn’t feel safe due to all the people hanging outside of the hotel. only one enterance was working at the time of my stay. there wasn’t enough parking except around the back of the hotel and it wasn’t lit very well.

Overall we loved it, and would definitely stay at a different Comfort Suits, next time.

The breakfast was awesome. So many different food options. We loved the big fresh Texas waffles. I choose this hotel because it had the better reviews on Google than the other low cost hotels. I was on a budget. It was clean and had plenty of towels. It was easy to find, using my GPS. It was close by an HEB and Dollar General, which I loved. My family loved it. The staff was very nice and they cared. The TV had some good channels to watch.

The slippery tub. Had to put a towel on the bottom, because we all slipped, when it was our turn to take a shower. I didn't like that I couldn't fully close the curtains. I wish the check out time was at 12pm or 1pm. (I just wanted to sleep in more, lol)

Very good

It was close to the places I went to visit, the staff was nice,helpful. It had continental breakfast which was delicious and the area was clean. It was comfortable clean and safe.

Nothing my stay was perfect, no hassle.

there were areas that had not been vacuumed/ sunflower seeds on the floor.

Disappointing

The hotel was close to my work conference and reasonably priced. It appeared to be new and Nice online.

The bathroom in my first room was dirty with urine stains running down the wall. The shower floor was brown with dirt. The second room bathroom had no towels and had soap scum on the walls. The third room had a dirty refrigerator, but i didn’t worry with it as I wasn’t using it. I requested room service at the front desk on Wednesday morning, but returned to a room that had not been touched.

HORRIBLE Overall.

Alex, the lady who worked there on March 11th at 11PM, said, "We dont have a room for you". She was adamant about ti and did not let me talk to manager. Then I called customer support and they called them to assign me a room. There was a shady thing going on between her and the manager to not assign a room. The housekeeping was poorly scheduled. Breakfast was horrible.

Adequate parking.

Loud road noise. Excessive Pet Fee ($150), more than the room charge. Carpet had previous pet odor. Loud air conditioner.

Housekeeping and staff need to work on cleanliness and customer service

room setup was good. had 2 queens. had laundry room on property.

Breakfast area was always messy & not kept wiped up. Not a good variety of options No room housekeeping. Was told to put my towels and trash in hall and fresh towels and trash bags would be left. I followed the directions, but no new towels or trash liners. I went to the desk. Was told that housekeeping was still here, go back to my room and they would be delivered. Never were. I called for towels. Was told they would deliver them personally. Came back 4 hours later and no towels. Went to desk and was given 2 towels for 4 people. Was told I had to turn in dirty towels to get clean ones. Was a fight for clean towels daily. Had toilet paper issues. Our room had 2 partial rolls of toilet paper which lasted 1 day with 4 adults. Asked for toilet paper, but none delivered. Had to take a roll from hall restroom. our room had candy wrappers in the sitting area around couch when we got there. One light did not work. Very close to homeless tent area. Homeless begging for money at turn in of parking lot.

I like how the receptionist in the morning and night were really nice and helpful :)

it was dirty i soon as i came in there was footprints on the bed frame as if someone placed there feet there and no one cleaned properly the bed wasn’t properly done.

Disappointing

Coffee was tasty. Location was convenient to family.

Quality housekeeping is lacking at this location * insufficient quantity and variety of bath towels, * they forgot to hang a shower curtain * sheets on one of the queen beds were gritty/nasty with sand or dirt. Apparently, they were not changed after previous occupant.

Started great but ended poorly!

location was very convenient to what we did in the city and the places we commuted, the price of the room was reasonable versus others in area and front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient when i was checking

The ironing board was broken in our room. There was damage to the wall by the elevator which didn't seem to fit with newness of the property. The security of the property should have been better especially at night anyone could enter and didn't see any security in evening. The fire alarm went off at 6:30 am, it was a false alarm. The worst experience which caused me to give the hotel a poor rating was that there were roaches in the bathroom which was totally unacceptable. I would not stay there again for that reason alone.
