Owner replied quickly to are inquiries,

Step by step video to retrieve key up to getting into the apt were very helpful. Photos how to start water heater and washing machine (machine settings are in Greek) were accurate. We were there for 13 days and the building lobby and other common spaces were always clean. Located in a safe neighborhood, walking distance to metro and 3 stops away from main square. I recommend this place.

Could have had more pillow cases on hand so we can use the 4 pillows. A toaster would have been handy.

No possible for business stays

This property is not usable for a business stay as the owner is unable to issue invoices, only reciepts. Booking.com were of no help here either.

Quiet, clean, and spacious apartment in the heart of athens.

The host communicated really well with us before and throughout our stay and tried very hard to ensure we had the best stay possible. The apartment was surprisingly quiet as it faces away from the busy roads around it. The layout was perfect with an open-plan area for relaxing, cooking, and eating. The bed was very comfortable, and the shutters on the windows prevented light and sound from getting through. The shower was superb as well! We were able to wash clothing as there is a washing machine, this is perfect if you're travelling with handluggage only. The location is really good with a metro stop close by and plenty of coffee shops, supermarkets, and places to eat nearby.

Felt like home

The location was very good in a quite neighborhood. The apartment was close to the Ampelokipi metro station, which is three stations from the syntagma square. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The host was very kind and shared many useful information prior arrival, with a good guide of the city and best restaurants and locations to visit.

Three nights in Athens

Large apartment, bright with many windows and balcony. Clean, silent and warm during the winter. Bathroom with a large and nice shower.

Do not throw toiletries including toilet paper. Food left by the previous tenants inside the kitchen cabinets. Microwave oven under the kitchen sink. Uncomfortable. No detergent to clean the bathroom or kitchen during your stay. No sanitizing gel upon our arrival in the apartment. In the period of Covid it should be mandatory.
