Book at your own risk, an absolute fraud.

Absolutely nothing. The actual venue do not even match what they have featured. Booking states 2 bedrooms and 1 living room but reality you are only going to get 1 bedroom and a flimsy sofa bed. This place is not suitable for 6 pax as they have mentioned.

They did not provide check in details on time, do not respond to calls or messages through the app. We only managed to get in contact with someone from their end because a customer who checked in a day before overheard and faced the same issue as us. Changed the venue at the last minute to a smaller place claiming maintainence issues but failed to inform us on change in no of rooms etc. Person promised partial compensation but did not fulfil it. I tried contacting booking.com twice after returning and the apartment have been avoiding booking.com as well. Their conclusion after 1 month is that nothing can be done. So book at your own risk, apartment is a fraud and booking.com does nothing to help you.

Very good. Would probably be a 9 or 10 if it had good wifi.

I liked the location and the spaciousness of the apartment the most. It's close to everything (gyms, grocery stores, testing center, etc.) and the room was very big.

Wifi. The wifi to my room would not connect so I had to use the wifi for another of the owners rooms. This meant that the wifi was slow and often interrupted. I ended up using data most of the time.

Perfect location

Lorraine was very responsive and made for a smooth check-in and check-out process. This location was perfect with just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Dunkin Donuts located within a 3 minute walk and hard rock cafe, Phillips seafood and cheesecake factory around 20-25 min walk with several shops along the way. The apartment was very clean and quiet and bed was comfortable. Another perk was there was a nice coffee shop/cafe just right next door at "David and Dad's"

To say the apartment is beautiful is an understatement. It is gorgeous, very clean and comfortable space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment owner, Lorraine was very helpful throughout, and Derrick the manager ensured we had everything we need. Parking was close

It was a good stay, perfect apartment just a bad location

The history

There is only one TV throughout the apartment…i traveled with children so that didn’t benefit me at all. In the pull out couch there were old crumbs of some sort, a lot of it and that was unacceptable!! Other than that the price is great but the location itself is dead…a lot of homeless people and abandoned buildings in the area

Perfect Place for a Long Weekend in Baltimore

Large apartment all to ourselves! Location was great and walking distance to everything in town we wanted to see. Came with secure parking for our rental car. Felt safe.

Was a bit difficult to find the first time and meet up with the host to get in.

Liked the location and the space.

The location was very central to the Inner Harbor. With three locked doors to the outside ,I felt safe even though in the middle of the city. The apartment was spacious giving us plenty of room to move around. Appreciated the free parking.

The coffee maker didn't work due to not having the right pot and they did not provide filters to use it. The remote did not work to the TV in the bedroom. Navigating getting in was more complicated than a regular hotel, but once in was just fine. Otherwise everything was as expected.

It was comfortable and lovely.

The location was by far the best aspect, along with the comfort of the house. The hotel was close to Inner Harbor and public bus routes. The check-in and check-out processes were also very easy, and the property owner was incredibly helpful.

We loved Baltimore but we were so bummed about about not staying where we booked. I felt scammed.

There was no breakfast. Our host communicated to us via text only. Our 2 bed/2 bath reservation was changed the day of travel to another apartment. On account of a maintenance issue in the unit we booked but we'd get another similar apartment. However, we were told to only use one bed, one bath and our 11 year old had to sleep on the couch and use our bathroom. That was just for starters. We had to move after one night to a one bed/one bathroom.

What we didn't like was being told to lie to the concierge at the first about visiting family, because the key was hidden in the unit. Illegal AirBnB? Doesn't feel great to lie in front of your child. This scared her. She also wanted her own room. Then we had to leave the new apartment after one night and walk to another apartment because our initial reservation was never honored or even mentioned again. The second unit was one bedroom, one bath, half-unpainted, cracked flooring, holes in the wall, nailed shut windows and was so noisy we heard sirens and yelling, screaming people on the streets all night. We live in a gritty part of Los Angeles, we are used to urban living, but this was insane. And not what I paid for back in February. When I asked for even a partial refund I was told to talk to management. Who and where are they? I was given zero information about how to contact them.

The property manager I forgot her name she was awesome aloud us to check in early we stayed for four weeks till my house was ready to move in she said call anytime if we needed anything the owner was cool to helped us out but we had everything we needed just like at home I would def stay again nothing bad to say but thank u for b there in our time of need would stay again just to escape the kids lol restaurant downstairs always had a GD aroma coming from there

I liked everything not hard to please we felt safe and comfortable just like home

Not as it appears..

The bathroom was clean.

I primarily booked this location over an actual hotel due to it having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and privacy. I didn’t like that the property wasn’t stocked with kitchen items such as proper utensils, paper towels, dish liquid and most importantly cleaning supplies. Toiletry items weren’t stocked either. We essentially came out of pocket for everything which we never would have if we would have just booked a hotel. The property wasn’t entirely horrible but it wasn’t its best either. The kitchen had literally 1 fork, the dishes that were stocked in cabinet was dirty. We hand washed everything for safety. The dishwasher was completely filthy and appeared to be inoperable. None of the 3 TVs on sight worked. The full size bed in one room was so uncomfortable and wasn’t attached properly to the headboard. Every move we made slammed against the way. They provided two flat pillows. There was trash left behind the beds. The location just wasn’t what I was hoping for. Parking wasn’t ideal. all around I’d rate this property a 4/10. I wouldn’t book again. This was our first and last time booking a non hotel type property. Lastly, I didn’t like how we were asked to strip all beds and take the trash out to the basement. That should be housekeepings role.

A beautiful facility with all the amenities one expects at a top end hotel. The staff was very helpful and the property manager, Lorraine Jacobs, was extremely pleasant and engaging to ensure we had a great stay.

The only thing that could be considered negative is that the TV in the bedroom did not appear to be working, but it did not matter to us as anything we watched was in the living room.
