The apartment was bigger than we expected. There was more than enough space for my three children. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Our stay was very cozy and comfortable.

This place was awesome, very clean and exactly as the pictures. Loreen was excelent and very attentive.

The location was by far the best aspect, along with the comfort of the house. The hotel was close to Inner Harbor and public bus routes. The check-in and check-out processes were also very easy, and the property owner was incredibly helpful.

There was no breakfast. Our host communicated to us via text only. Our 2 bed/2 bath reservation was changed the day of travel to another apartment. On account of a maintenance issue in the unit we booked but we'd get another similar apartment. However, we were told to only use one bed, one bath and our 11 year old had to sleep on the couch and use our bathroom. That was just for starters. We had to move after one night to a one bed/one bathroom.

What we didn't like was being told to lie to the concierge at the first about visiting family, because the key was hidden in the unit. Illegal AirBnB? Doesn't feel great to lie in front of your child. This scared her. She also wanted her own room. Then we had to leave the new apartment after one night and walk to another apartment because our initial reservation was never honored or even mentioned again. The second unit was one bedroom, one bath, half-unpainted, cracked flooring, holes in the wall, nailed shut windows and was so noisy we heard sirens and yelling, screaming people on the streets all night. We live in a gritty part of Los Angeles, we are used to urban living, but this was insane. And not what I paid for back in February. When I asked for even a partial refund I was told to talk to management. Who and where are they? I was given zero information about how to contact them.

The Property was so beautiful and spacious & definitely was a plus to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

The property manager I forgot her name she was awesome aloud us to check in early we stayed for four weeks till my house was ready to move in she said call anytime if we needed anything the owner was cool to helped us out but we had everything we needed just like at home I would def stay again nothing bad to say but thank u for b there in our time of need would stay again just to escape the kids lol restaurant downstairs always had a GD aroma coming from there

I liked everything not hard to please we felt safe and comfortable just like home

Very nice rental. Plenty of room and walking distance to stores and attractions

Location was perfect, enjoyed the breakfast/Lunch restaurant dinning on the main level, will use it again.

I primarily booked this location over an actual hotel due to it having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and privacy. I didn’t like that the property wasn’t stocked with kitchen items such as proper utensils, paper towels, dish liquid and most importantly cleaning supplies. Toiletry items weren’t stocked either. We essentially came out of pocket for everything which we never would have if we would have just booked a hotel. The property wasn’t entirely horrible but it wasn’t its best either. The kitchen had literally 1 fork, the dishes that were stocked in cabinet was dirty. We hand washed everything for safety. The dishwasher was completely filthy and appeared to be inoperable. None of the 3 TVs on sight worked. The full size bed in one room was so uncomfortable and wasn’t attached properly to the headboard. Every move we made slammed against the way. They provided two flat pillows. There was trash left behind the beds. The location just wasn’t what I was hoping for. Parking wasn’t ideal. all around I’d rate this property a 4/10. I wouldn’t book again. This was our first and last time booking a non hotel type property. Lastly, I didn’t like how we were asked to strip all beds and take the trash out to the basement. That should be housekeepings role.

Large, clean space with all the needed amenities for a small group to enjoy their stay.

A beautiful facility with all the amenities one expects at a top end hotel. The staff was very helpful and the property manager, Lorraine Jacobs, was extremely pleasant and engaging to ensure we had a great stay.

The only thing that could be considered negative is that the TV in the bedroom did not appear to be working, but it did not matter to us as anything we watched was in the living room.

This was a great location, close to the inner harbor and camden yards. Lorraine met us at the apartment and got us the keys. She was great, she gave is directions to where we needed to go. It was clean and well stocked we enjoyed it

It is in a busy neighborhood so there is some street noise but not too bad. My only problem was the property accidentally double charged us . It took them a few weeks to get it fixed and ignored my calls for a couple weeks. It was resolved before our trip though
