Great location but a little worn around the edges

Great location. Apartment is spacious and comfortable with good cooking facilities

Inundated with different reminders and regulations. Place was fairly clean but spare bedding looked like it may have been already used. Had to put bed in main bedroom back together and wipe stains off sofa in bedroom.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Check in was a nightmare, very poor communication and not providing necessary check in information. I think this had to do with vacasa...I would never stay anywhere that is listed with vacasa

Very good

The toilet needs to be updated to the chair height type. The shower was VERY slippery. The pictures and description did not show all the stairs. I wouldn’t have booked the unit if I knew there was that many stairs. I was traveling with my 88 year old mother. It was quite difficult for her.

Pullout bed is falling apart and uncomfortable. That couch was uncomfortable too. Was not aware that there was no WiFi. Dryer in laundry room ate our quarters. Left message with realtor who did not get back to me.

Very good

Very spacious, very clean, look out to green grass lawn backyard, comfortable space, parking in front.

I didn't get an email regarding key info so I had to call the office. Had trouble operating TV, so didn't watch TV. Didn't realize that I wasn't given wifi info when I got key info, so no wifi for the night. :(

Ok but needs to update direction to renters on kitchen table.

No breakfast. Great location. Very clean.

TV did not work. Was not given house number of building. Had to ask around neighborhood. Smells musty when you enter the lower floor area. Poor communication re: parking tag to hang from car mirror. Parking tag expired Oct 2019. Temp set at 60 degrees. Not clear which thermostat to go by. One hanging on wall and on on the Renai heater.

Our stat

We liked the hot water in the shower. We liked that it was an apartment.

We did not like ANY of the furniture! It was all garbage and should be in there, the garbage! The bed was HORRIBLE!! It should not even be called a bed! Everything was old and dated. Also, there was no internet. The television channels were pathetic!

Old Timey Feel Apt

The location is perfect for trips to Alyeska. Across the street from the store, bars, restaurant, and a two minute drive to the mountain. It’s a large unit, good for a small band of friends to share together.

It’s clearly a very old apartment. Light switches seemed to be right out of 1975. There is assigned parking which I didn’t know about and I annoyed the neighbors by parking in the wrong spot (the space numbers were covered by snow). The hot water turned off at weird times so as I was soaking in the bath after a day of snowboarding, trying to add more hot water ended up cooling my bath down even more. Too many pots and pans in the cupboards (weird gripe I know)

Good

I enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen and the floor heaters worked well.

I had to clean some of the dishes before i used them so i was a little unsure of how well everything else was cleaned but for the most part everything seemed good. There is a locked door by the tv which gave me a but of an eerie feeling. I thought the laundry room was open to guests but neither of the keys fit into the lock on the door.

Good

The location is great. Plenty of beds for several adults. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own meals.

There is a 56.00 cleaning fee and when we arrived it had not been cleaned. I changed sheets and took previous customers trash to the dumpster. I feel I should be reimbursed for that fee. I also left my flip flops which is my fault but no word on the owners finding them.
