Generelt en dårlig oplevelse, ellers skal det koste væsentlig mindre.

Personalet var super søde og god service.

Wifi var ikke eksisterende. Maden var dårlig på hotellet. Ved skift af håndklæder fik vi kun et, selvom vi var 2. Der blev ikke fyldt op med kaffe og sukker på værelset. Der kunne godt være drikkelse i køleskabet, man naturligvis skal betale for. Vi skrev under på en regning ved molen, alligevel kom de og bankede på vores dør kl. 22 om aftenen for at skrive under igen. Pool kræver vedligeholdelse. Mangler ikke forstyrre skilt. Bestik fik man ikke ved mad ved poolen, man skulle spørge. Der stod på booking at det var 300 meter til en strand. Der er ingen strand. Slet ikke valuta for pengene.

Great overall experience slightly away for the hustle and bustle

Great service and very friendly staff!! Definitely recommend a 3rd floor room as the views are incredible!

Really great resort, excellent facilities, great location, easy to get into the town, helpful staff, easily bookable excursions, we decided on a private boat tour and that was fantastic.

Awful value for money - look elsewhere.

- The turndown treats - Inconsistent drinking water at the pool was nice.

- The buffet was the worst I’ve experienced in 21 years of travel. Tiny selection. Food had been sitting for days. Grey hash browns. Loud ineffective toaster. - Blasting loud pop music at the pool whilst trying to read/ relax even after asking them to turn it down. - Terrible airport transfer which caused unnecessary anxiousness. Asked for 1pm. Compromised on 1:00-1:30pm. Was late at 1:45pm and stopped by 5 other hotels. - Not enough water supplied. - Towels were not always available. - Often unattended reception and pool bar. - Dripping aircon. - Worst wifi all trip. House boat was even better. - Crying cats at our door. Broke my heart. - Despite being over staffed, the restaurant had slow service.

Great location

Nice hotel with all the amenities you need. Great location with a short tricycle ride into town with lots of restaurants to choose from. There is no beach at this property, but you can rent kayaks and stand up paddle boards and go through the mangroves. There is a long jetty with a bar at the end which is nice to relax on beanbags. The premier suite was nice and spacious. Buffet breakfast was good.

I like most the staff are efficiently trained and we are happy with our stay with them.

The room facility, there are bugs, and we can see the signs of rust in the toilet

i had like 15 mosquitoes in my room no beach access when i tried to call room service to order food to my room , someone answered and they didn’t know english and just hung up on my face

Good facilities, but just bad managment

The staff was very helpful and really try their best.

The food in general was very poor. The breakfast was very basic. Also, at night if you want to stay and eat at the hotel your only option is the buffet restaurant. The pool restaurant stops accepting orders when the buffet starts... On top of that we had to wait to long for our orders.

Really lovely place to base yourself in Coron for exploring!

Really loved the facilities, the pool was fantastic and the hotel room was comfortable clean and spacious. The shower was great, lovely and warm and the bathroom had lovely lighting.

The restaurant was average and the service a tad slow. But a vast menu and breakfast was nice.

there’s not enough staff and for any request there’s a long waiting time… the staff clearly works very hard and tries their best, but it seems like there is simply not enough of them! the property is very nice, but overall it didn’t feel like it was good value for money.

Beautiful grounds, pier, room service, and meeting other travelers.

Nothing to dislike. But we found a better island-hopping deal from a tour company in Coron Town.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Bacau Bay, it was by far the best place I have stayed at in the Philippines. The room is comfy and great bed/bedding, view over pool and sea, very relaxing pool area, amazing sunset on the pier and such a peaceful setting and such friendly and helpful staff!Thank you for making me feel so so welcome 💛

We were welcomed by nice staff with welcome drinks. For free breakfast, there’s variety of options (i recommend that you try PANDESAL-the best filipino bread). The room that we had was huge with very comfortable beds and loads of pillows, and the bathroom was also a good size and has great power of shower. The amenities are lovely, there’s a bar near the sea/pier (bacau’s own pier) where you can watch sunset. In the afternoon, they provide all the guests with cookies/simple delights with a card from the owner. Overall, it was a short but sweet and lovely stay. My partner and i had a wonderful time! I would definetely recommend Bacau Bay to my relatives and friends, one of the best resorts i’ve been! Thank you to all the staff!!

Everything 😍 The private pier was nice. it made it easy to get on the private banks and the bar at the end of the pier to watch the sunset. the spa and massages there were awesome! the staff we’re also very helpful and has everything prepared ahead - it really was a hassle free stay. thank you

beautiful place and awesome management and staff

what an amazing resort. the place is beautiful. has its own pier which helps with tours. the manager was very friendly. Russel from the restaurant was such a lovely humble young lady. she took good care of us during our stay.

some places in resort has a bad odour. the WiFi is not great but that wasn’t a bad thing.

A simply wonderful and special hotel

Excellent hotel - the staff were so friendly and happy to help, the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice touches left by house keeping each day, and the swimming pool area was wonderful. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, excellent chefs. Thoroughly recommend.

The wifi in the room was pretty slow/non-existent at times. Other than that, can't fault this place.

Good location, friendly staff, great option for Coron

Good location. friendly staff, the pier is beautiful, the bed and linen were good.

The bedroom bathroom could be cleaner and neater. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, few options, no variations between days, and mostly focused on Asian breakfast style.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to our other relatives and friends! We had the best stay!

It's super clean, cozy, and the staff were extra friendly and very accommodating!

Cell signal was only available in the hotel lobby. Food needs a bit of improvement.

Everything was amazing! Staff was very accommodating, room was spacious and comfortable, internet was stable, pool and bar area was great! They know how to make drinks here! We had the best time!
