This is a two bedroom one bath newly renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, master bedroom with queen-sized bed, TV the second bedroom an featuring queen beds, TV , and a screened in balcony with a view of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker & regular coffee maker, crock pot, large fridge, full stove, set of silverware, pots and pans, cups, and glasses. This unit can sleep a maximum of 4 people. There is a cozy dining area that sits four, and a very large living area with a 50" flat screen TV, and a large leather couch for all your comfort needs. The living room includes Spectrum CABLE TV. The private balcony features four chairs and a table so you can enjoy your favorite morning cup of coffee with a beautiful view of the pool. This condo is tastily decorated and will make you feel right at home. It is located on the second floor and offers an outdoor storage space for bikes. Wi-FI, washer & dryer are located in the condo as well. You will find towels,beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler are all included for a fun and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Nice and clean. There were no beach chairs or anything as stated. Pool was nice. The rules in condo are a little different than posted on here. It's stated that be curtious to other condos around you, but the people above are walking like elephants most of the day. You'd think that something could be done about it, but by previous reviews, it has not. Shameful. Would we stay here again? Only if something was guaranteed about the people above.

It was very disturbing that the owners upstairs were loudly trampling around in the apartment every day from before 7 a.m. until the evening. This ruined our one month vacation.
In addition, the communication with the landlady was a disaster. The answers / reaction came days later or not at all.

Very nice and clean. Exactly as stated in the advertisement. Nice gated community. Wonderful warm water pool. Great “work out” room. Very close to Madeira Beach. Enjoyed many surrounding golf courses, restaurants and markets. Would highly recommend this condo. Reasonably priced. But very loud upstairs neighbors. Every single night for a month it sounded like stomping, heavy running and pounding. I know the owner can’t control this, but the issue definitely needs addressed

Everything was perfect about our stay except the people above walking. It was very loud. I am not sure why they were walking so much and so hard. It was difficult to sleep some nights. I am not sure what can be done though. We just put on some brown noise and ear plugs at night. We sort of got used to it after awhile. We would stay again.

We stayed here for 3 weeks waiting on our house closing / move in date. It felt like home away from home. The owner was quick to respond if we had questions, the condo/ unit had everything we needed and was very clean! The grounds and amenities made it feel like a vacation! The residents are super friendly too! I will recommend VRBO to all my friends and family when they visit from NY.

The condo was very comfortable throughout our stay. The only difference from the ad was the 1 bedroom had a queen bed, like the other and not 2 twin beds, as promised, but we made it work. As far as check-in, the office was closed. We filled out a form, and dropped it at the front of the office, the next morning. The woman there hardly made any eye contact with me and just told me to drop the form at the front table & take a parking form to put in our windshield. Other than that, which is probably pretty normal these days, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. The pool was very nice!

The condo was clean, beds comfortable, all amenities for kitchen were available to use, beach towels & chairs for the beach, coolers, umbrella etc. The Upstairs patrons were very noisy it was very annoying, in booking you have to pay a cleaning fee and then are expected to make sure there are no dishes in the sink or dishwasher, put all towels in washer, remove all garbage from unit, a little steep cleaning fee I think when your expected to do things listed above.
All in all the complex is well kept, nice pool area, grounds are well groomed.

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO apartment. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of space. We also loved the pool!
We had some problems getting into the apartment but the owner responded really quick to our message and made sure we could get inside.
We also notices that or the floor outside on the balcony or inside was a bit dirty. Our feet and socks became pretty grey on the bottom. But we are not the pickiest people.
Overall we loved our vacation!

Beautiful, Clean Property
There are a lot of pros for this property. We really liked it. When we first entered, we were immediately aware of how clean it was. It has been well taken care of and was comfortable. It’s a nice size condo with a nice, wide bathtub! The condo is in a gated community and has a beautiful pool.
There were a few things that we were not happy about. First, the security deposit is unusually excessive. And it took two weeks after the stay to get it returned. The condo itself wasn’t well stocked so we had to buy many essentials ourselves. Also, the neighbors upstairs were noisy in the mornings. The check out instructions were rather lengthy and we spent our last morning cleaning and putting stuff away. This on top of the cleaning fee.
Lastly, the communication we had with the owner was puzzling. It was clear that the check in was using a security code. There was no reason to see the owner when we checked in. However, 30 minutes after check in (and we hadn’t checked in yet) she messaged through the app AND through my cell phone number and asked when we were checking in. In the check in information sent days prior to check in, there was mention of a camera being used upon entrance to see how many people were coming in. So I felt that we were being watched- I mean, how did she know we weren’t there at check in time?
Overall the condo was really nice, but with the high deposit and the odd communication with the owner, we won’t be staying there again.

Summer vacation 2022
Excellent place to stay! We ended up arriving to Florida a little earlier and was able to check in. Gate access was easy. We were unable to get parking pass due to service desk being opened M-F. Contacted owners and was told it would be fine until Monday. We had no issues at all. Walked into condo and was amazed at how clean it was. It smelled freshly cleaned and very nice.
The condo itself has everything you could think of. The owners supply everything but the beach and food for you! Soap for laundry and dish tabs were available. All dinnerware was readily available as well. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was spacious and had hot water.
Owner also has a closet full of beach/pool items that you can use. A small cooler, large cooler, chairs, floats, umbrella, etc. It made it really nice to be able to borrow these items and not buy new ones to use while there.
As far as location, we felt this place was perfect! It’s close to several different stores, restaurants, and beaches. It’s not far from any of them. A five minute drive and you arrive at any of them.
Definitely a gem for the price! No hassles or regrets.

Nice clean condo but …..
Nice clean condo ! It’s on the 2 nd floor and the 3rd floor apt over us was very loud . Sound like kids riding toys on the floor all afternoon. Someone entered the condo through the looked door and stole a bottle of Perfume & a beach coverup while we were there . I didn’t notice them missing until we returned home and unpacked . Owner didn’t do anything.

Great stay!
It was a great stay! The unit was awesome. The only complaint we had was that the upstairs neighbours walk quite loud so it sounds like furniture is being moved for an hour straight. If you’re looking to cook there’s not much for cooking Utensils / dish ware. Other than that it was an awesome stay!

Enjoyable. Great for value!
Good central location for traveling to different locations. Nice pool. We were minutes from beaches and other attractions that we visited. Much thanks for the beach chairs and cooler the host provides. Made our day at the beach enjoyable and did not have to spend extra money on items we would have had to left behind. I would recommend.

The condo was outstanding everything looked like pictures, beach was 10 minutes by car. The pool and grill was very nice for relaxing. The unit was very clean and quaint the outdoor patio was very nice. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to stay close to beaches.

Had a great time!
Everything was great! Beautiful pool. 7 minutes from Madeira beach. Lots of great stores and restaurants within 5 minutes of our condo. Also perfect timing bc weather in Chicago area areas SUPER cold! We had high 60’s, mid 70’s and even low 80’s almost every day in February. Maybe rained 4 times max! Played golf twice with some friends. Loved John’s pass. 25 minute drive up to Clearwater Beachway, but lots of fun there too!

The building is beautiful & kept up wonderfully. The condo was decorated perfectly and was extremely clean. The property manager was very easy to reach for any and all questions. I read other reviews of the place before booking and saw complaints on the comfort of the bed, we have ZERO complaints. It was memory foam and very comfortable. We hope to be back very soon and do plan to rebook here.

Nice Place
It is a very nice property. Getting into the front gate was a challenge. Getting into the unit was also a challenge. The pool area was really nice. Inside the condo was very basic. I wish there would have been a TV in the master bedroom. We like to watch TV before we go to sleep. I think that the items provided were very basic. There was no facial tissue and we had to buy laundry detergent. It was just okay for our short stay. Communication with the owner could have been better.

Great Vacation!
My daughter and I made a spur of the minute decision to make a quick trip to Florida to unwind. I booked this gem of a condo, and much to our surprise it was really beautifully decorated and located a short distance to the beach (just as the ad says, but we all know that sometimes they are deceiving). The condo was very clean, there were plenty of linens, the bedding was really clean. Paper towels, toilet paper and other nice things like shampoo were there for us to use. Which is VERY NICE and VERY generous.
I only have three very minor griefs, but none one of them would deter me from staying here ever again.
The neighbors above us were REALLY loud. I am not sure if they had a bowling league up there, but we just made the best of our time by reading or spending time outside by the pool. And the noise of feet stomping and bowling balls ended right around our bedtime. Secondly, if you like to cook (which I do), I will bring my own cookware. It is understandable that the owners wouldn't want to buy expensive cookware in the event it gets ruined. It's a small thing to bring along, and it's just my own general preference. There were plenty of utensils to choose from, I am just a pan snob. And finally, the bed in the master bedroom was pretty uncomfortable. After the second night, my daughter and I decided to sleep in the other bedroom with the twin beds which were a lot more comfortable. Problem solved. :)
Our next trip we will likely book this same condo again. The property itself was gated, the other tenants were super nice and it was very clean. The pool area was also really nice as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We look forward to booking your home again very soon!
