Magnificent new 5-bedroom beach house showcases beach and ocean views from almost every room. This beautiful home has plenty of room with multiple living spaces, outdoor entertaining areas and a sparkling inground pool. The top floor parent's retreat and master bedroom has its own ensuite and private deck, which enjoys amazing views of Coolum Beach and beyond to Sunshine Beach.

*Accommodation Details*
The home encompasses 3 levels which includes 5 bedrooms; 3 have their own ensuites and the other 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom. On the middle level, the open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the covered deck with a stunning outdoor dining setting and BBQ. This level also includes a master bedroom with ocean views, 2 other bedrooms, a main bathroom, powder room and the laundry.

The top floor is completely dedicated to the parent's retreat with its magnificent oceans views from the bedroom, ensuite, lounge and private deck. It has a small kitchenette and study nook for those who need a quiet place to work. The lower level has another large bedroom with its own bathroom, and there is a separate access to the covered outdoor entertaining area, pool and double garage.

Master Bedroom 1 - King bed and ensuite with freestanding bath and shower with views. Parent's retreat with private deck, kitchenette and study nook.

Middle Floor
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and ensuite with shower and toilet
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 Single beds

Main bathroom with bath and shower.
Powder room.

*Lower Floor*
Bedroom 5 - King bed (default) or 2 Long Singles on request, and ensuite with shower and toilet. Includes sitting room with a Queen Foldout couch and TV. If you require the king bed to be made into 2 singles.

* Above bed configurations notes are the default. Request for changes to the bed configuration need to be made at the time of booking and approved in writing. Additional housekeeping costs for changes if house keeping is required to attend will be passed on.

*Kitchen*
Cooking will not be a chore in this stunning, well equipped kitchen, with gas stovetop and wok burner, electric oven, dishwasher, Breville coffee machine (ground beans required) and stunning ocean views. The open plan design and stone top breakfast bench ensure the kitchen is the hub of the house when preparing those delicious casual meals.

*Entertainment and Living Areas*
Top Floor - Parent's retreat
Semi-self contained parent's retreat which includes a TV lounge with big comfy king couches, study nook, bar fridge, microwave and sink. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open onto a massive sundeck with large modular lounge and sun lounges.

Middle Floor - Main Living Area
Stunning open plan living and dining which opens onto the covered outdoor entertaining deck. The living room features 2 king lounges with a TV and Bose sound bar. The timber dinning table has 8 chairs and on the deck there is another 8-seater outdoor dining setting for those casual BBQ meals.

Lower Floor – Pool
More great outdoor entertaining space with a covered outdoor room that includes another casual outdoor setting, bench seats and foldout table tennis. Around the pool, there are 3 sun lounges for those who like to soak up the sun.

We had a fabulous stay in Coolum Beach and our accommodation was perfect for 3 families. Lots of space, outdoor cooking/dining and close to the beach and shops. Also really easy to get to other spots like Noosa and Peregian as well as further south. Definitely keen to come back. Thank so much, Caroline

Very impressive house but it needed a thorough clean. Shelving was dusty and the mats unclean . Bathrooms were very clean. Some little signs of neglect paint peeling on backyard steps , lamp shades with rips etc but the main issue was the lack of AC in the bedrooms ( which we were aware before we stayed ) it was stifling hot and 1 adult preferred to sleep on the lounge rather than stay in a bedroom . The location was great and the views gorgeous . Also all the little extras like coffee machine, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags etc were much appreciated .

Ocean view beach house is a perfect location for a large family or family and friends holiday. Amazing views from multiple sun decks. Plenty of space to spread out and chill out. Top floor suite is huge and private and ideal for working and relaxing. The house is very well fitted out in all aspects, kitchen, pool area, table tennis the lot. Will definitely return.

House is excellent! We were a big group with kids of all ages but we were able to have our own spaces and also share meals together. Pool is fab and even unheated we used it during winter! The acoustics through the house aren’t the best so sound travels but not an issue when you’re all spending time together ❤️ Kitchen is super well equipped and the views are magnificent. Absolutely the most perfect beach family getaway plus our favourite beach was the one at the bottom of the road so absolute bonus points!

So glad we booked this beautiful property. It was very well presented and suited us all perfectly. So much room, place was spotless and the view is to die for. The place had everything we needed plus more. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. Such an amazing experience. 5 Stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The views from this property are beautiful, however it is misleadingly described as air-conditioned (only the master is air conditioned), beware if booking in summer. The property was also not very clean on arrival and the outdoor spaces were extremely dusty and dirty. There was also no spare toilet paper and with 12 female guests, we had to buy toilet paper on the second day. We were also called an hour before checkin to be told both the dishwasher and the kitchen freezer were out of order. Having 12 guests with no dishwasher and no compensation offered was pretty poor. Customer service was extremely unhelpful when trying to navigate an earlier checkin. We had to call multiple times and I was never called back when told they would get back to us, twice. All in all, a pretty poor experience and we probably won't book through Prestige or stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Coolum Beach, the house was absolutely amazing, it has everything you could possibly need. From the booking process to check in, everything was wonderful. A group of girlfriends and myself stayed and had other plans in Noosa each day, each guest mentioned that they wished we had just stayed at the house. The view is stunning and location perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a Sunshine Coast get away.

A beautiful home with exceptional views The house was not air conditioned but there was an adequate amount of ceiling fans but only one worked! The agent provided cheap fans that were noisy and totally inadequate.

This beautiful home overlooking Coolum Beach is clean, comfortable and in an ideal location. Our party of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our week there and the fact that we had so much room. Even though it was winter, we made good use of the pool and entertaining areas. We thoroughly recommend this property.

Massive beautiful home perfect for the entire family

Our extended family stayed here for a week and loved it for a variety of reasons including the multiple living and play areas spread across 3 levels, amazing views to Noosa Heads, fantastic location with only a short 10min stroll to Coolum Beach, pool and table tennis to keep the kids entertained. Our dogs enjoyed the daily visits to the off-leash dog beach on the northern end of Coolum. Highly recommended.
