Null Service!

Nicht viel!

Die Dusche ist INNEN mit Holz verkleidet. Das sticht nicht nur im Auge; das stickt auch gewaltig. Kein Internet, zumindest habe ich keinen Zugangscode gefunden. Verkäufer antwortet nicht auf Nachrichten und weigert sich beharrlich eine Rechnung für verkaufte Leistungen auszustellen.

Das geht gar nicht

Gar nichts

So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Roch wie in einer asiatischen Garküche. Zimmer im 2. OG, teilweise kein Licht im Treppenhaus. Wir sind sofort wieder raus und haben was anderes gebucht.

Schlechteste Erfahrung in 10 Jahren Außendienst

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kam Abends an, Schlüssel war nicht hinterlegt, und ich musste am Abend noch eine andere Unterkunft suchen, natürlich teurer. Ich habe öfter angerufen und gemailt, keine Reaktion und keine Erstattung der Extrakosten. Richtig schlecht und nicht zu empfehlen.

Mooie kamer

De grote kamer met mooie inrichting en de mooie keuken met kookgerei. De wasmachine mocht gebruikt worden.

De kliko's in de beneden gang. 3 hoog met de trap. Koelkast net iets te klein voor 3 gasten.

Bad

the keys were not in the key box so I called the phone number that was left on the booking site, when I finally managed to get someone on telefon I was told that they would bring the key in fifteen minutes, after two hours of waiting I called again and no one answered or responded to messages. I was left without a place to stay and had to find my way in the rain and end up sleeping in the car after the night shift. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.

Pleasant

Great value for money, nice town centre, plenty of greenery.

Young drivers would meet up in the market outside and party late into the night. Not very clean. Impossible to get hold of the host. Shower needs renovation and water goes down with difficulty.

The bed wasn't confortable, no ironing, I couldn't close one of the window blind and no one was able to pick the call when I needed assistance.

Bedroom ok but shower not like in the pictures

The bed was comfy but the bedroom was a little dirty and the heating sistem only work on half on its surface and you could hear the water circulating through pipes

Wasn't the best stay.

Alright budget lodging but expect no communication

Kitchen had basic equipment, fridge, possible to cook. Rooms had wifi. Bathroom needs renovation but for the price it was I guess it was ok.

Owner has absolutely no interest in communicating with tenants, I booked 2 rooms for total of 4 people, only got code to 1 lockbox which contained 1 room key. Owner would not respond to phone nor mails even though it would only take giving the code to another lockbox. As a result we had really bad time solving the situation with booking.com support.

Highly recommend Accommodation

Easy and flexible time Check-in by security BOX. A refrigerator, washing machine, and cooking utensils are all available for a comfortable long-term stay. The parking space was easy to find around and it was really comfortable with a balcony.

For this price it was okay, but next time we go somewhere else.

--> Room was big enough --> Plenty of parking spaces in the neighbourhood --> Bakkery/Pharmacy just around the corner --> Kitchen looked fine --> 30 minutes drive to Essen (Spiel)

--> We had to call and the owner came over to give us the keys --> Kept on speaking german, even when we asked for english. But that's okay, we understood some parts :) --> Info said: kleened everyday ? I don't think so.. --> The hall of the appertement building is very smelly, some of the owners has a dog. Not so nice. --> Very thin blanket.
