Great value for a comfortable stay

The apartment is spacious and very well-appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and high-capacity washer and dryer right in the apartment. Wifi was great, and the apartment is well-located, within about a 30 min walk to old Quebec, and directly across the street from the nearest bus stop. Communications about the property, including check-in and check-out procedures, were very clear and comprehensive.

Great flat to enjoy Quebec City

Seamless check in experience, great location , all the essentials were there. 3rd floor with a lift. I had a great time.

Сподобалося все. Є пралко-сушарка (з малою дитиною маст хев), всі необхідні кухонні прилади, посуд, кава-чай, навіть олія і спеції. Був пральний порошок і таблетка в посудомийку. Приміщення чисте, тепле, добра звукоізоляція. Паркінг знайшли безкоштовний у внутрішньому дворику. До центру хв 20-30 пішки, але ми любимо ходити, тому не проблема. Є спортзал і тераса

Старалися не брискатися у ванній, так як скляна заслона до половини. Більше зауважень немає

Absolutely amazing!

Great location! Walking distance to many attractions! Very clean and impressive. It was obvious the owner takes pride in his place. Felt very comfortable. Very spacious with the sofa bed for my son to sleep while I took the bedroom. Excellent wifi connection/speed. Despite being a corner unit on a busy intersection it was very quiet inside. Very attentive owner who was able to communicate effectively! All door codes operated well! Even when the front lobby door didn’t work (not the renters fault) he was attentive at addressing the issue. I would highly recommend and would return again!

It was a little brighter in the early morning hours - could benefit from some darker / sun blocking curtains in the bedroom (but that’s just a personal preference).

Exceptional

Very nice, looks just like the picture. Everything was clean. We didn't cook but all the necessities were provided. The access codes were easy and worked without issue. The terrace access on the sixth floor was nice for evening cocktails.

Sofabed could use update. Could not sleep with windows open due to traffic noise.

beautifully decorated, comfortable, all you need is there.

missing a few sharp knives and additional lighting in the room (only table light). adding blackout to the courtins of the room also important as sun hits directly and hard!

Beautiful home away from home with everything you would need and more.

The location was great, I was a little worried about the parking off site, but it is very close - about a 5 minute walk to a great underground parking spot. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean, loved the huge bathroom space and laundry in the apartment; great little office nook, although with all the things to do in Quebec City, who would want to spend time doing office things - but it was great to have the option. The rooftop terrace was a beautiful space to watch the sun come up with a morning coffee - there are also some really great little cafes just down the street - or enjoy a lovely dinner.

Onsite parking would be great, but certainly not a deal breaker.

Wonderful couple of days in Quebec City!

Great little apartment with all the amenities. Decent location, walking distance to the sites (although it's quite the climb! LOL) If you walk up Rue Notre-Dame-des-Anges, there are some great little eateries. TV had Netflix which was great!

Minor thing - there was no ceiling light or floor lamp in the bedroom. Could use better lighting.

The design of the apartment. Loved the kitchen and the facilities. The apartment was top notch in many ways.

Good apartment and perfect location

Apartement was located on a big street close to a nice street with lots of coffee places, restaurants and bars. About a 30 minute walk from Old Port. Nice living room & kitchen, not too big but it was complete. Bedroon was small and a bit warm with 2 people but comfortable enough. There was a/c in the kitchen area. Facilities included a coffee maker, dishwasher and iron and board, as well as a washing machine and dryer (which we didn't use). Bathroom was fine, except for the drainage in the tub and sink. The water took forever to drain. Tub we could fix, the sink we could not. On the morning of our arrival, the owner sent us a whole list of recommendations for groceries, dinner, etc. Beautiful shared roof terrace with a BBQ! Free parking on the weekends next to the building

On the pictures it seemed there was a balcony, which there wasn't (it didn't say on the reservation though) Owner didn't know there was free parking on the weekends next to the building and referred us to different parking facilities further away.
