What an adorable house, with all amenities, comfortable, lots of outside space, very very clean, and the welcome from Enzo and his lovely wife was special. The beach is only a 4 minute walk from the house and what a spectacular beach it is, the sea is so clear and blue, beautiful. We probably came a little too early in the season as there were few restaurants open and very few people about, however, we had long walks daily and swam when weather permitted. We had a few issues with utilities however Enzo and his brother in law Rosario came to the rescue. The roads are not very good and internet is patchy to say the least, however it did not impact on a restful break. Would highly recommend providing you do not have to be in touch with work.

Tutto semplicemente corrispondente (e forse anche di più) a quanto riportato nell'annuncio. La casa è pulita, ordinata e con tutto quanto possa essere utile a che ci soggiorna. Dal Phone, alle biciclette, la cucina ottimamente attrezzata, ombrellone, spiaggette, aria condizionata, barbecue, TV ecc. ecc. I proprietari cortesi, riservati, precisi e puntuali. I nostri complimenti a Enzo e Mimmo. Non affittano solo un appartamento, ma sono attenti ad ogni più piccola esigenza o confort possa essere utile. Una vera particolare attenzione al cliente. La posizione ottima. A 100 metri si raggiunge forse la più bella spiaggia della zona. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Grazie di tutto. Elena, Orietta, Claudio e Alessandro

La villa si trova in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla, a pochissima distanza da un mare cristallino. Io e mio marito siamo stati benissimo. Cordialità e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari, sempre pronti ad intervenire in caso di bisogno. Consiglio vivamente questo soggiorno.

Consigliatissimo!!

Posso solo dire cose molto positive sulla proprietà, sul proprietario e sulla posizione. La casa si trova in una stradina a 80mt dal mare e non un mare qualsiasi ma la litoranea salentina, uno dei miei posti preferiti in assoluto. La spiaggia che si trova alla fine della proprietà è stupenda, mai troppo affollata (neanche durante settimana di ferragosto)! La casa è luminosa, spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata (non cosí scontato!). La cucina è ben fornita e funzionale, il bagno è spazioso considerando la media, la camera matrimoniale è molto grande e la camera con due letti singoli (che si possono unire per fare un matrimoniale se necessario) è più piccola ma ha una carinissima cabina armadio. Il piccolo giardinetto è ben illuminato e cenare sotto la veranda alla sera è molto suggestivo. Il proprietario è una bravissima persona, attenta alle esigenze del cliente e sempre disponibile. Grazie Enzo per aver reso la nostra permanenza indimenticabile! Federica ( e Mimmo, Roberto, Liliana e il nostro amico a quattro zampe Enrico)!
