LOCATION:
Family and friends, young and not so young, all feel at home in this spacious, luxurious apartment (102m2) that is cool on warm days and warm on cool days.
Centrally located in trendy Kazimierz along the historic Ulica Sw. Wawrzynca, next to the Museum of Engineering and Technology,.
Opposite to the Judah food truck market with its diversity of Local and International takeaways.
In the immediate vicinity of many nice bars/cafes and excellent, yet affordable, restaurants. Example Qrudo , next to the main entry of the apartment complex which is the fourth best restaurant of Krakow (according to Tripadvisor).
Almost all famous historical places of Krakow are within walking distance, including Wawel Royal Castle 1.1 km (15 min.), Main Square 1.6 km (20 min), Maria church 1,7 km (20 min.) and Schindler’s Factory 1,4 km (17 min.).
150 meters to the South is the green Vistula boulevard, popular among hikers, runners and cyclists. 200 meters further down the river is the Vistula Lovers Bridge with its thousands of padlocks, bearing witness to as many young love couples.
Kazimierz Gallery, a large modern shopping and cinema centre, is only 700 meters (10 min) by feet.

APARTMENT:
With its two lifts, wide staircases and broad corridors, the building provides ample space to keep social distance. Also, contributing to the guest’s safety during the pandemic, are the instant self-check-in and the apartment's thorough cleanliness (as confirmed by reviews of guests).
The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor and has a surface of 102 m2. With its central heating and excellent isolation, it feels comfortably warm during the winter. And because of its modern air conditioning, it feels also refreshing cool during hot summer days (and nights!).
Downstairs, the apartment consists of a hall / living room / annex kitchen plus a toilet.
Upstairs are two spacious sunny bedrooms (24 m2 and 20 m2), each with six skylights that can be completely, or partially, darkened.
Both bedrooms have their own luxurious bathroom with a convenient walk-in rain-shower and are equipped with a hairdryer. There is a balcony and all rooms face a green quiet courtyard.
The apartment, finished under supervision of an architect, has been fitted with quality furniture. The walls are decorated with four original paintings of Polish painter Tomasz Welna.
A (free) parking space, in the underground garage, belongs to the property.

The apartment building is a redevelopment of the first power plant of Krakow that started operation in 1905. Many artefacts of that Galician industrial complex have been preserved, while its façade has been carefully restored. The redevelopment project was completed in 2017 and resulted in beautiful unique complex. In that year it was honoured as “construction of the year”, a Polish architectural award.
The apartment itself is located in the very heart of this industrial redevelopment, roughly at the site of the former furnace.

We loved this flat. Walking distance to everything, clean,quiet, responsive hosts. Has a washer for clothes and dishes. Kitchen has everything to cook. When you leave front of building is great truck food places across the street. If you face street turn left walk about three to four blocks there is great fruit veg market and bakeries. We walked everywhere easily.no car needed. Goat responded promptly to all questions kindly. Also close to river which has pretty walks along the river and walking bridge. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Poland.

The location was perfect for us... in a really pleasant, less busy but still charming, area.. within an easy walk of the old town and main square. The underground car park was also very useful and allowed us to use the apartment as a base to take trips out of town. The apartment itself was spacious, well furnished and very clean... situated in some sort of repurposed industrial building, that was both interesting and felt very secure. It even managed to be fairly quiet. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

The apartment is great, very spacious and clean. The bedrooms are really nice, beds are comfortable and having two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet was a bonus when there were 4 adults sharing the apartment. The balcony outside was lovely to sit on and have a drink and was quite a sun trap in the afternoon. Plenty of crockery and other kitchen utensils if you wanted to prepare food - although with the number of great restaurants nearby and a street food market across the road we never did. The building which the apartment is part of has a key code to gain entrance and the apartment itself has solid locks.
The location of the apartment is great, it is in the Jewish quarter with plenty of great restaurants and things to see nearby, it’s about a 25 minute stroll to the main square and 5 minutes from the river and a 2 minute stroll across the river takes you to the historic ghetto area. There are also plenty of small supermarkets nearby to stock up on essentials.
The hosts Jan and Justyna were fantastic, our flight times were changed which meant we landed in Poland 3 hours earlier than we had planned but they allowed us to drop our bags off at the apartment so that we didn't need to carry them about with us until check in time.
We would definitely recommend this apartment and if we ever return to Krakow this would be my first choice as a place to stay.

Communication with owner first class, nice clean apartment and easy to find on google maps. Entry instructions easy to follow. Great location for the main square, and nice and quiet with a food market on the front doorstep. Parking space available which is very helpful. Would stay again.

Only downsize was that the airconditioner was placed by the balcony. So it was impossible to use the balcony when aircondition was turned on ( which it was all the time because of the nice warm weather).

Fantastic mini break in an amazing apartment
This is a beautiful property, exactly as described and lovely and clean. The location is in a peaceful district with lots of small restaurants and cozy bars. If we come to Krakow again I would definitely ask to stay in this apartment and would recommend it highly to family, friends and colleagues. The owner was always helpful and replied quickly. With hindsight we wish we had booked a longer stay! Thank you.

The property was very well situated in Krakow--easy to get around and had a square of food booths right across the street. The apartment was very nice and access was terrific.
The tram was just down the street, so with the car parked, we got around town quite easily!

Fun stay in the Stare Miasto
This location is in a wonderful area, lots of fun things to do within walking distance. The security system was very strong and we felt very safe staying there. If one thing could be improved, it would be having instructions for the appliances in english. Working the stove, dishwasher and wash machine was a challenge, but we figured it out, most likely by accident.

This apartment was everything we needed!
From the very beginning of my booking process, I had zero issues! Karolina promptly responded to each of my messages! Upon our arrival, we immediately realized we had booked the right place! It was in the best location...right in the middle of everything we wanted to do! There's a great food truck court right across the street; it's about a 15-20 min walk to the Stare Miasto, and getting to the other side of the river was a breeze! The apartment itself is awesome! Great little balcony, great living space, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds! This apartment is one of the many reasons why my first time visiting Krakow was amazing! I'd definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!

Perfect apartment in a great neighbourhood
We were 2 couples vacationing for 5 days in Krakow. The apartment was very well equipped for our needs and we felt very secure with the code access system and coded lock box for the apartment entry. The bedrooms are spacious with lots of clothing storage. The bathrooms include toiletries and hair blowers. We were able to do a light load of laundry (we brought out own detergent). We used the air conditioning several nights as it got quite warm a few nights. Karolina was very responsive to our emails. The only addition we would recommend would be a toaster for the kitchen.

Arrangements from booking to access of the apartment were excellent and went very smoothly. Apartment is very centrally located for getting about. Easy walking distance to all the tourist sights and a great selection of great restaurants within 10mins walk. The apartment is even bigger than it looks in photographs very clean and nice comfy beds. Woulnd definitely recommend.

Four of us stayed in this modern apartment in Kazimierz. The apartment is very clean and maintained to a high standard. The communication with the owners was very good, with clear instruction on how to get there and quick responses to any questions we had about access, etc. The apartment is in a great location to explore the city.

Great Apartment!
This was a wonderful find! The neighborhood is very interesting--great shops, great food, and lots of local flavor. The apartment was very clean, very well-equipped, and well-maintained. And, very important for Krakow this summer, it had air conditioning, which made it a haven after long walks around the town! Definitely recommended!

Beautiful, clean and chic, great location!
Our family of 4 had plenty of space. The apartment was so lovely and had everything that we needed. We could walk to cute restaurants and markets, a food truck venue is directly across that street. Our first visit to lovely Krakow was a success!

Clean and well presented
Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a centrally located apartment in Krakow. There are so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance and the main square is a 15 minute stroll. Everything worked well and Karolina met us at the apartment and showed us around and was v helpful. The bedrooms are lovely and bright (the window blinds are not blackout blinds so if that worries you bring eyeshades).
The apartment is modern and in a newly converted block, v quiet. We didn't cook but everything was there if you wanted to do so. Shops and supermarkets nearby as well as a massive new shopping centre.
