Review for My Client I Booked This For - They would not stay again without significant updates.

The location and the secluded nature of the property was great. The check-in instructions were also easy to follow.

There were definitely a number of issues with the home. The TV never worked at all, many of the lightbulbs were out (and there were no extras), internet was in & out frequently (which poses a large issue with limited cell service), there were toadstools growing in the shower, cleanliness was not phenomenal, and it would be nice if more of the windows had curtains (like in the kitchen). We had to meet with an internet / cable technician to address the issues at the house because we could not reach the owner.

Excellent, even in the bad weather.

The location is perfect for all daily activities. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs. We found Parson's Lobster just outside of Bar Harbor and had fresh grilled Lobster every night. I would recommend Blaze for lunch, great food and beer. However, we found most restaurants had good food and great service. We always ask ourselves would we stay here again, that answer is yes definitely. My only recommendation would be to replace the twin bed in the Loft with a double bed and maybe a little information on how to work the TV’s.

Nice place for three families to spend a weekend in Acadia.

Spacious, convenient to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Loved the deck!

Interior of house could use some updates, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen needs some pot holders. The driveway is in rough shape.
