About this house rental

Located a short drive from central Echuca, 600 meters from a public boat ramp and a stone’s throw from walking tracks to the mighty Murray River. Family friendly, four-bedroom holiday home, fully equipped with all the luxuries to ensure you have a relaxing getaway.

There is a stunning solar heated pool which contains an undercover entertaining area with sink, bar fridge and storage. There is also a fully fenced grass area for the kids to play safely with a large trampoline and basketball ring. There is a separate formal courtyard with a large outdoor setting and BBQ.

The huge Master bedroom is located upstairs with a beautiful deck looking out to the pool area. This room contains a king size bed, with a fold out double bed and single trundle. It also has a TV and a full en-suite with free standing bath.

Downstairs hosts three generous sized bedrooms with some of the original period features of the home. Bedrooms 1 & 2 include a queen size bed, built in robes and views of the manicured gardens.

Bedroom 3 contains two generous king single beds and a single trundle bed. This room also has views of the gardens. Those travelling with children will appreciate the toys available to entertain young kids of various ages.

There is a fully functional modern kitchen located in the main hub of the house, with separate dining and living areas. The downstairs bathroom contains a large free standing bath which provides the perfect way to relax after enjoying all that Echuca has on offer. There is also a European laundry with a washing machine and two double clotheslines.

The property boasts lots of natural light, high ceilings that provide a sense of space, ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout.

The corner allotment provides ample street parking alongside and in front of the house, there is also off-street parking for multiple cars or a boat.

We loved our stay in No 92 Echuca. Felt like a home away from home (well even better) Comfortable beds and enough towels. Had everything we needed to cook and relax. Outdoor pool was the highlight. Will be back Thank you

Great property, had everything we needed plus more, good location a short drive into town, great pool and bbq area. Host was excellent, great communication, easy check in. Highly recommended and wood definitely stay here again

The house at 92 Goulburn St Echuca was absolutely above and beyond expectations. It was very clean and all facilities amazing eg, coffee machine, fridge, barbecue, etc, that you wouldn’t find in most holiday rentals. The accommodation aspect was amazing and wishing we had more people staying. Great experience!! Thank you.

Echuca has so much to offer and sights and activities for the children. No. 92 Goulburn St, Echuca was the perfect base from which to explore. Some days we didn’t venture very far, instead lazed in and by the pool. Kids had a ball. Toys inside and outside filled in those times of down time. Can’t recommend this property enough. 5/5.
