This beautiful studio is set on an exclusive 5 acre ranch and boasts dedicated horse stalls right by your door. Fully-equipped with kitchen, King sized bed, Wi-Fi & laundry facilities, this authentic countryside studio promises you all the luxury amenities while still captivating nature's tranquility. Feel like part of a real farm and enjoy its convenient location near world renowned wineries & dining spots just moments away. This is a legal farm stay accommodation located in the County of Santa Barbara. The MAX guest limit is 2 ADULTS, no children are allowed due to close proximity to horses and that this is a "working horse ranch" with numerous other animals. Bed is king sized! All our properties are registered with the county and remit the county taxes, a legal requirement to operate. We love our guests and strive to provide exceptional vacations and lifelong memories...without numerous added fees! We came out for my brother’s wedding in Solvang and we wish we just had more time at our own quarters here on this lovely, beautiful farm. Everything from the horses to the host were just lovely and kind and we had the most peaceful experience. we cannot wait to come back.

This property is excellent. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The apt is super clean and has everything you need. It's so cool having horses as your neighbors. Loved opening the door in the morning as seeing Lacey. All the horses are beautiful! We enjoyed chatting with Kim the owner, great gal! Thanks Kim, we hope to return soon!

The property was more than expected. Being so close to the horses made it amazing. My wife, who grew up riding, loved it. Very peaceful and quiet. The unit is very nice and fully equipped. If you need a swimming pool and a short walk to restaurants, this is not the place for you. If you want to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee, listen to the birds and watch the horses, then stay here!

This Ranch House was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy the Santa Ynez Valley. It was very peaceful and quiet. We loved being next to the horsies and found it comforting. Kim is a great owner and we enjoyed the beauty of the property. If you are a couple I highly recommend this gem of a place!

My wife and I loved this place. This room is built on to the horse barn. The room and facilities are very clean. Room has everything a couple needs for a romantic getaway to wine country.

Just the perfect lil vacation spot. So close to everything, but so nicely tucked away from the main city. You can see amazing stars out there at night. And the horses are so beautiful to watch out your window. Had such a lovely time, would absolutely stay again.

Everything about the property was absolutely perfect. From the instructions on how to get in, to the cleanness of the space, to the gorgeousness of the property... I can't say enough good things about this place. If you're thinking about of a quiet, beautiful place to stay, this is it!!

Wow! What a great stay!
We made a last minute decision to come up to Santa Barbara Wine Country and found this great gem.
The location itself is perfect. Not too far off the 101, the property is a few miles down the highway. Just a few hundred yards away from a major road, the home is super quiet.
To make the property even more unique, the studio (which feels much bigger than an average studio) has four horses and couple mini horses who hang out right outside your front door. Never once was I bothered by them, let alone noticed any sounds once I was inside the unit.
The inside of the studio was spacious, very clean and full of every amenity you could need for your stay. My wife and I were very impressed with everything. They even had a touch of the seasons. Since we were right up on fall, there were a few pumpkins and fall colors to add a homely touch.
Making the property even better, is the location to all the attraction the Santa Ynez Valley has to offer. Each town was no more than 5-10 minutes away (by car). Wineries, fine dining, shopping, etc., are located in every direction from the property.
We will definitely look this location up when we are in the area next time! I guarantee you will like it!

My fiancé and I stayed here and we loved it. It’s spacious and has AC. It’s not far from Solvang and it’s very easy to get to. I would highly recommend this place for couples looking to visit the area.

My wife and I had an unexpectedly pleasant stay at this very comfortable apartment located in the middle of a small horse boarding facility located just far enough off the highway to make you feel like you are very far away from urban life. We booked the ranch escape at the last minute, thinking it was not what we really wanted but that it would make do. However, we enjoyed our stay so much that we will now put this property near the top of our list the next time we visit SB wine country! The property is bordered by long row of towering, columnar evergreens reminiscent of those you see in northern Italy. To the south is a view of the Santa Rita Hills. Though we're decidedly amateurs when it comes to birding, we identified a couple dozen bird species that live in the area by simply sitting on the patio each day and sipping our coffee or wine. Even the most distant wineries are only 20-30 minutes away, as are most of the good restaurants in the Santa Ynez Valley. The apartment itself has a comfortable king size bed, a nice kitchen, and a wifi system more than adequate to stream our favorite TV shows at night. Although the owner has chosen to use a real estate company to manage the facility, she was actually quite accessible and friendly, and we enjoyed meeting her. We look forward to our next stay at the Ranch Escape and think most of you will enjoy it too.

The horse stalls right outside the front door. The quails, barn swallows, birds of prey, and dog greeters Remy and Lily combined with beautiful views of the mountains make this a perfect place to relax and let the rest of the world melt away.
If you want more than peace and quiet then it's just a short drive into Solvang and many local wineries.

This location was exactly as we'd hoped: Well-equipped and exceptionally clean apartment, literally with the horses and right in the middle of the beautiful property. The owner, Kim, was gracious, comfortable and helpful. Buellton is convenient for sightseeing and hiking. Loved everything about it.

A great apartment next to the stables, very peaceful and I loved sitting outside watching the horses in between the great bike rides that we also did from property. It was just about perfect. as a bonus, the kitchen was well stocked

This huge home was perfect. We booked for 2 months and it is a safe quiet gated small community. The pool was great, pool guys were very nice. Make sure you pay for the pool heat! Its exceptional! All day sun! Home was great when we had a few people over. Lots of room. Close to Disney, Shopping and restaurants. Property management was excellent at communicating and we had no issues. I would highly recommend this home!

This location is perfect! Our friends wanted to stay at the Marriott and we opted for something more fitting for the location we were visiting. The house is extremely well laid out and the furnishing are great. Fully set up kitchen so we didn’t even need to bring some of the things we did.
We will definitely be coming back for another visit. We got to meet the horses and pups since the owner was there and it was great. Very nice and quiet.

Great get away spot. Relaxing and fun being around the horses everyday. The host Kim could not have made us feel more welcome. We really enjoyed watching the ranch goings on and loved the two dogs, Remy and Lilly.

My friend and I came up to Buellton so that we could attend a wine makers dinner for a winery that we belong to. October is a very busy time and this property was one of the only places available. But we knew we found a gem as soon as we arrived and opened the door. Sitting right outside of our door were horse stalls, which you would think would have a strong smell, but this place is so clean and so peaceful and tranquil. It was a joy to be able to wake up each morning and hear the sounds of an actual working form . The studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It felt like coming home. Location was about 15 minutes from most of the wineries that we belong to but it didn’t matter that we had to drive. We were in a great location. We can’t wait to come back !
