The half bath is accessible from bedroom #1. The property is located on a busier street but in a nice eastside neighborhood. The unit is the top floor of a duplex. The units are completely separate and the basement tenants are quiet. The washer and dryer hook ups are in the garage. They work fine. We just wanted you know that there is not a separate laundry room. The equestrian center behind the house is nice, it makes they house very private and it's fun to see the horses, however, sometimes you can smell the horses outside. We never smell them inside but occasionally outside.
