tolle Lage über den Dächern von Menton mit Meerblick

Wir waren zu einen Business Tripp zur Monaco Yacht Show in dem Apartment. Der Vermieter Thierry is sehr nett und kommuniziert rechtzeitig. Er hat uns vor der Tiefgarage (ca. 2 min Fußweg) empfangen und persönlich zur Wohnung gebracht. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach und bietet einen tollen Blick in Südwestliche Richtung über Menton. Man kann vom Balkon das Meer sehen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nützlichen ausgestattet, so auch mit einer Klimaanlage. Man kann sogar mit 3 Personen hier verweilen, wobei es für längere Mietzeiträume zu zweit angenehmer ist. Thierry hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe einen Wein überreicht und es gab sogar Nespresso Kaffee Kapseln. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt von Menton. Viele Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker und die Einkaufsstraße befinden sich direkt am Hauseingang. Auch ein Spar Supermarkt ist in 2 min Fußweg erricht. Der schöne Strand ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Bahnhof von wo aus man schnell nach Monaco kommt ist in ca. 20min Fußweg entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Great Studio Apartment in a 10/10 location

We loved our stay at Le Cap, awesome location close to everything from restaurants, the beach, supermarket etc as well as a great market almost next door. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and Thierry, the owner, has put a lot of effort into making sure his guests have everything required. The parking was a bonus as was the view from the balcony. Great base to explore Monaco and Eze, all accessible by train/public transport from this location as well as the beautiful Menton, We will definitely be back at some point in the future.

Clean, recently refurbished so all facilities are modern and in perfect condition. nice little balcony with view of sea and inland to the mountains. position in the area is good for access to bars, restaurants and the sea. Parking is close by. the apartment is on top floor with 4 flights of stairs. we knew this when booking. there is air conditioning.

the property is every bit as good as described and as such there is nothing we would criticise. other reviews criticising the stairs and the aircon unit being on the balcony (nowhere else to put it) are unfair.we knew there were stairs when we booked the place and would prefer to have aircon than a little more room on the balcony.

Excellent stay in the heart of Menton Old Town. Owner was helpful and friendly. Would recommend and hope to return!

Exceptional

We liked everything. The place is simply perfect, with all you may need and more. Nothing really was missing. The location is ideal as it is very central in Menton, in the pedestrian aerea, but still close to buses and train station. Plenty of places where to eat or just buy bread and fruit nearby. And Thierry is a perfect host. Thank you for everything.

Great location. Lovely view. Comfortable apartment. Host was very helpful.

Kitchen working space was limited, but it gave us an excuse to eat out!

We enloyed our stay at Le Cap very much.

The location is very good.The property spotless. Good facilities and very comfortable. Thierry is a very obliging fellow.

The stairs to the unit are something of a mission.

Exceptional

The apartment is in the hart of the old town of Menton, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Perfect location to discover this amazing city. View is amazing from the balcony, you can have an outlook to the sea and the old town. Square is in the other side of the building so the noise from the nearest restaurants could not bother you. The apartment is refurbished in a modern style, it has a warm atmosphere, very well-equipped and most importantly clean. There is free parking in the nearest park house, just few steps away from the apartment. We liked it so much, we can confidently recommend to others! Our host was really kind and helpful! We love it so much!

What else do you have to ask for?

Friendly welcome at the apartment with a brief introduction of the accommodation. The apartment is located superbly and close to all the best Menton has to offer at the busy shopping/ restaurant area of the old city, but still has the comfort to have a quiet evening. The facility has all the necessary consumables and kitchen appliances. It's well maintained and spotlessly clean. The parking facility has 24/7 access and security onsite. What else do you have to ask for?

Perfect apartment for two!

Modern and clean appartment, just a one minute walk from the beach, top floor with rooftop and ocean wiew. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
