Vary good place to stay in Kalamata.

The location is in the outskirts of Kalamata town, but offers quiet nights. Just a short walking distance to the seashore and the sea promenade. Very pleasant and nicely decorated. No problem with parking just in front of the appartment building.

The kitchen is shared with another apartment and is very basic, so if you want to cook a lot, especially for the whole family, you'd might have some problems.

A recommended stay at a great location

Great location next to the beach and city center. Cosy place and really quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Shared kitchen facilities, and walls were a bit thin so sound carried. Not a major issue both of them , but mentioning them.

Interesting studio, needing improvements though

Appartement too too much and useless decorated (covid times! Not easy to clean) Bathroom curtain too short (floor flooded) Dogs barking around all the time Shared kitchen outside the appartement (not mentioned in the announcement) Host seems not to read regularly customers comments in order to improve quality (our above comments are already mentioned by others!)

It's an excellent place, I'm really considering coming again next year!! And I normally don't come back to places. The apartment is modern, very clean and highly comfortable, with two balconies. It is 5 min away from the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they even agreed to let us check out later which essentially gave us one more day of vacation. Efharisto poli!

Very nice apartment, quiet, walking distance to beach

Very nice apartment with balcony on a quiet street, within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. We got the keys in just 10 minutes after notifying them that we were in town. The family was very nice and gave us lots of good information.

Good appartment close to the beach

Excellent location close to the beach. 5 min walk. Helpful and friendly host told us about interesting places. Convenient rooms with balcony where you can have a breakfast. There is everything that you need in the appartment. There is a washing machine in the kitchen shared with another appartment. You can park your car close to the appartment in the street.

There are many dogs in the yard and they are often barking together in the night if you are sleeping with open windows it might be a problem.
