Lo malo pues las obras que el Ayuntamiento está realizando delante mismo del Riad. Pero esto es ajeno a ellos.

Struttura al centro, in una delle piazze principali. Staff gentile e molto disponibile, ci hanno anche preparato la colazione a sacco il giorno della partenza. Camera spaziosa con frigo e bagno grande.
Non dipeso dalla struttura, ma attualmente purtroppo la piazza è in ristrutturazione, quindi è completamente chiusa e non transitabile. Volendo trovare una nota negativa, Il bagno sarebbe da rimodernare.

The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. The Riad is located right at the gate of the Medina, so great location. Nice, spacious rooms.
The bathrooms need a reno, bit dysfunctional and didn't have the Moroccon vibe. Breakfast here was very difficult for a gluten free diet.

The Location !
It’s 8 minutes walk to the Tanneries, it’s at the entrance gate of Bab Rcif (one of the entrances to the Medina).
I’m happy about the on-time car pick-up to the Fes Train Station. The male staff were quite smiling and very pleasant, the females weren’t.
Thank you for serving me breakfast despite the after hours. The breakfast was served very quickly, probably only 3minutes wait time.
They have a lovely rooftop view, if only it wasn’t raining the whole time.
The cleaning “standards” is questionable. Maybe for the staff it is clean because you don’t see clutter. BUT, notice the cushions at the reception area, it’s turned brown from decades of use, it needed deep cleaning or a new upholstery; there is a cat in the Riad (which is perfectly fine) but it sits on the lounge chairs and the staff cannot be bothered vacuuming its fur left on the seats where guests also sit when they dine. In the room, the carpets are clearly not vacummed; the sheets are also questionable. I, by the way, left my Silk Pillowcases in the room (darn).
The breakfast was so-so.
No hairdryer (I didn’t bother asking), only 1 towel was supplied for the 2 nights stay, only 1 tiny liquid soap (no shampoo) that you cannot even pour the contents out!
So, all that for €55/night stay.
And they charged me €10 city tax, when actually I was alone and on booking . com it says it’s only €2.50 per person. I didn’t bother questioning it, it’s all about the integrity of the staff.

L’accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel adorable et attentif à notre confort. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la médina. Le Riad propose des excursions ce qui est le top 👍🏻
Nous y avons passé 4 nuits, les petits déjeuners étaient fantastique 🥰
Deux points négatifs à retenir :
- nous avons fait une excursion à Chefchaouen nous sommes partis à 8h et sommes revenues à 18h30 sachant qu’il y a presque 8h de route aller/retour trop peu de temps sur place pour le prix payé !
- nous sommes prit la formule hammam et massage pour nous, le spa est à revoir massage trop court et pas du tout relaxant (l’ambiance n’y est pas, pas de musique et table de massage qui couine, masseuse qui parle avec sa collègue pendant le massage et répond à son téléphone)

Très bien placé, à l entrée de la médina, à deux pas des tanneurs et de la mosquée Qarawiyyin. Très beau Riad. Petit déjeuner copieux et inclus. Personnel très accueillant.

Die Lage des Hotels, wenn man vor allem die Medina besuchen will, ist gut. Ich werde allerdings die Neustadt vorziehen.
Ich bin während des Aufenthaltes massiv erkrankt und musste einen Doktor aufsuchen. Dieser Besuch ist dazu genutzt worden, mich wirtschaftlich zu überfordern, So wurde mir ein Bestechungsgeld für den Arzt und angebliche Trinkgelder für das Pflegepersonal vom Mitarbeiter des Hotels in Rechnung gestellt- ohne jeglichen Belege/Nachweise (ca. 80€) und Vorab-Absprache. Hinzu kamen noch die Kosten für den mehrstündigen Klinikaufenthalt.
Bei den folgenden Arztbesuchen in anderen Städten wurde mir kein einziges Mal so eine "Rechnung" aufgemacht. Hier stand meine Gesundung im Vordergrund und ich wurde sehr liebevoll unterstützt.
Meine Empfehlungen:
Macht keine Deals mit Mitarbeitern des Hotels, sie hängen sich rein, um zusätzlich abzukassieren.
Überprüft die Rechnungen: meine Endabrechnung ist schon rechnerisch falsch.

the stuff was really friendly and welcoming! they welcomed us with a cup of lint tea and moroccan cookies. and they're reachable for any kind of help even if it's outside the riad

Beautiful riad in an easily accessible location. We had to check in late but Mustapha and Hamid accommodated us. The entire staff made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We extended our stay an extra night.

Great location. Beautiful building. Fantastic views from the roof terrace. Good tasty meals available at any time.
Our room was a bit noisy on the main thoroughfare side of the building. A few of the fittings were a bit shaky, but in the main all good.

Great staff and a good location. Comfortable room with good air-conditioning in a hot city. Accommodated us with ease and without delay last minute after another property did not meet our expectations and having to find an alternative. Right at the gate and close to everything

A pleasing Moroccan Riad at the heart of the Medina. Excellent location. This beautiful Riad is simple to find and gives easy access to the old and new towns. The fresh Moroccan breakfast is delicious! We loved it. The room is cosy! And the best of all is the staff. They are lovely, polite and attentive. How they paid attention to our needs made us feel at home. They know a lot about the city and are very helpful with all tips and advice. I do have to say a special thanks to Moustapha, a special guy with a lot of knowledge who spent time explaining to me so many beautiful things about Moroccan culture and about Fez. It was an honour for me to meet and interview this young man. The lovely Aicha with her beautiful smile is so kind. Kamal, Hassan, Mohammed, and all the staff are exceptional. It is a great experience to stay in this Riad. Thanks a lot. Hope to see you soon.

We enjoyed a fresh Moroccan breakfast daily. Staff were polite and attentive. If one wishes to order eggs for breakfast, it is made to order and fresh. The location is excellent. It is easy to locate this Riad , as the Medina can be quite busy. The room is beautiful and comfortable. Staff are caring and helpful, particularly Mustafa.

the team went beyond to help us with coordinating tours, taxi rides and a extremely knowledgeable tour guide. the location was exceptional right by the Medina. we also had dinner there and the food especially the bastilla was amazing. highly recommend this RIad for your stay. family friendly. i loved my clean room.

Beautiful Moroccan Riad at the heart of the medina , with delicious breakfast in the morning. we loved the location first it was easy to find and gives you an easy access to both the old or new town ! but what make this Riad a special place is the staff ! they were exceptionally nice and friendly! they paid attention to every guest and made us feel welcome. they advised us on where to get great deals when we went out shopping, and places to eat . They genuinely wanted us to have great experiences and enjoy our stay with them . which we did . Hassan and all the staff were amazing.
the bathroom could have done with some upgrading if I am too critical. although it didn’t impact in our stay !

the rooms were tired and needed renovating. Wi-Fi was average.. breakfast was disappointing.. one day told us.. no breakfast other than the bread as we have not been shopping yet. overall disappointing.

Mustapha‘s customer service was exceptional. I forgot my headphones at the property and he sent them all the way to Chaouen - more than 4 hours away - with a driver. He saved me having to find another set while on holiday - and a lot of money. Thank you!

The staff are very friendly, the young Manager have a great American accent, the room clean and comfortable, the breakfast delicious. The tour guide recommended was a great idea from the host, the trip also was wonderful.
