Town of Telluride BL#18162 Cozy Hotel Room! This unit is no frills, simple, easy and clean. The location is super convenient, you can walk to everything and enjoy all the amenities offered in Telluride & Mountain Village. Ski access is a quick two-minute walk to Coonskin Lift (Chair 7), with easy access to hiking and biking in the summer. You are just blocks away from the grocery store, the heart of downtown Telluride, along with the free gondola which takes you to Mountain Village. Telluride Town Park or "music festival central" is just 5 blocks away! The San Miguel River runs along the property with the River Trail on the far side. This quaint unit (275 square feet) is equipped with a kitchenette, mini-fridge, 2-burner stove top, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic kitchen essentials (inclusive of glassware, coffee cups, plates, bowls, utensils, pans, etc.). The dining table has seating for (3) in the window nook, which allows plenty of daylight. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable and the unit has complimentary internet/Wi-Fi. The sleeping configuration offers a queen bed and twin bed. The bathroom has a shower with a private water closet, towels and blow dryer. A fan and humidifier are provided for your comfort. An ice machine and laundry facility with a coin-operated washers/dryers are located onsite. Step outside to relax your mind with mountain views. Grills are available in the summer and located next to the San Miguel River. Bike racks are onsite for easy storage. Limited first come first served parking is available in the courtyard, no trailers, RV's or commercial vehicles are allowed in courtyard parking.There is one free parking pass for vehicle that is provided for the Carhenge Lot, adjacent to the building. Please note that even though the driveway is plowed in the winter, a 4-wheel drive SUV is recommended while visiting Telluride. Please inquire about pets, fees do apply ($25.00 per night/per pet) Notations: Hot Tub is typically closed mid-April thru mid-May and late-October thru late-November. We had a great time with our stay in Telluride. The location is great, walkable to everything in town, the slopes, and gondola. The accommodations were everything you needed while still being affordable for the location. The room being dog friendly was also a huge plus letting us bring our furry adventure buddy with us! Over all would certainly recommend for anyone traveling to Telluride.

As a woman traveling solo, I felt safe and comfortable. Yes, you always need to be aware of your surroundings; this location provided a security code necessary to enter both the exterior and interior doors. This gave me a reassurance that the company makes security a priority.
The location was fabulous, just 1/4 mile from the Gondola and blocks away from Main Street- W. Colorado. The Thia Restaurant Siam and There bar/restaurant on S. Davis St. are a stone-throw away and highly recommended.

I would stay here again wonderful location. Backed up to the river and mountain. Felt wonderful to open the windows at night and throw the fan on very convenient. We walked everywhere. Never even move the car once bed was very comfortable. The hot tub is nice the little kitchenette worked well Highly recommend

The room is a standard no-frills hotel room. The scenery is great and it is a few blocks to walk to downtown. There are better places to stay in Telluride but you will have to open up your wallet to stay elsewhere.

We had a great stay at The Mountaineer in Telluride! The place was clean and very centrally located (we walked everywhere in town). We enjoyed the hot tub, and clean up was really easy. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Telluride.

We had a great stay at the mountain inn. The accommodations were as expected for one of the cheaper choices. Short walk to the lift and ski back. Town was within walking distance and the spot was right along the river trail.
Generally clean, it was a bit interesting the duvet didn’t have a cover on it. Parking was close and plenty once we realized there was additional parking around the other side of the building.
Nice shampoo/conditioner and bed was comfortable (maybe bring your own pillow)

We had a great stay! The unit was clean and well-equipped. It’s definitely a small place but accurately described and great value for your money in Telluride!! The location is amazing - walking distance to restaurants, trailheads, gondola, etc.

Very nice, well priced property close to ski lift. Easy walk to all Telluride has to offer. Short 2 min. walk to Conskin lift for minimal ski out, ski in access. location, location, location!

Cramped, dated and poorly decorated. Only one hot tub was functional for our 9 days and there are 4 two story buildings on the property. We were only given 1 face and 2 hand towels for 2 people for 9 days. We requested more linens and Ben, the property
manager promised in texts for 3 days that towels would be delivered and it never happened. No one responded to multiple voicemails.
On the upside the condo is in a quiet, fairly convenient location.

The location of the unit is perfect- only a 2 minute walk to the chairlift and 10 minutes into town. Quiet building, good amenities. Host was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to the questions I had. Parking was close and easy! Thanks for the stay.

Stayed at Montainside for two nights. The resort is located close to Chair 7 at Telluride. The room was clean.

Location fabulous. Plenty of room. Furnishings dated but ok. Only comment is that bed too close to dresser so can’t open fully. Bed on base so could not be moved over.
We had a fantastic visit. Kept commenting on the location and lived our view!

Overall a nice place to stay. The place was very clean the location was great, the bed was comfortable, linens were nice, the parking was easy, overall we enjoyed our time there. I was kind of surprised for the money we paid that there was only one fork and two spoons and a half a roll of toilet paper. They do not restock so we had to go buy our own toilet paper, paper towel, & silverware.

Good stay for the area
The room was as expected and worked well for our 2 night stay. Unfortunately the location shown on VRBO was very different than the actual location. We booked it due to its proximity to the venue of the wedding we were attending but in reality it was a 15 minute walk further than the VRBO map location showed. Room was comparable to a Hampton Inn and the bed was comfortable. There is no AC but the windows open up for good air flow at night.

The apartment, I'd call it more of a small studio room, is basic and no frills, but has what you need for a great stay in Telluride. I didn't prepare any food in the apartment but it was well equipped for a small space. Excellent location and walk along the creek to the Gondola. I was traveling alone for a women's ski clinic and it was perfect for my stay.

The apartment, I'd call it more of a small studio room, is basic and no frills, but has what you need for a great stay in Telluride. I didn't prepare any food in the apartment but it was well equipped for a small space. Excellent location and walk along the creek to the Gondola. I was traveling alone for a women's ski clinic and it was perfect for my stay.

And we literally walked everywhere. Chris was so very nice when we had an issue with our dogs and when we lost our key. We should have just left it in the lockbox to the side of the door. We used the microwave to cook popcorn, and made coffee, but otherwise ate out. Temps outside were around 39 degrees at night and we slept with the windows open and blankets (we like it like that) but during the day it got into the 70s. There is no A/C in the room but the windows are protected from the hot sun by beautiful aspens and spruce trees and we just turned on the fan and it was fine. I would absolutely recommend this cozy little place and hope it's available when we return.

Suits Tellluride Perfectly
Compact place to stay that has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We found it to be clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Beds and pillows were comfy and fit our needs. Easy walk to downtown and parking is as available as anywhere in Telluride (parking is at a premium!). Only suggestion would be a little more pressure in the shower head but that's a minimal concern. If anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs, be aware there is a flight of stairs to get to the unit and no elevator. Definitely doable so just for your planning.

I had a great stay at the property. I really loved Telluride and the location was awesome. It was close to everything, and EXTREMELY CLOSE to the Gondola which is free and I rode several times for an event and for biking. Plus the walk to the Gondola was along an awesome trail along the river. Everything was as advertised for sure. Not a luxury place, but I neither expected nor paid for one. Really clean, everything worked. Cool.
The check in process was easy although the front door of the specific building was a little hard to find and the parking situation (though totally perfect in the end) was a little confusing. (The spot was literally right next to the building, but because of the weird layout of the town it's like a 4 minute drive to get to it. Weird, but it works.)
I would totally stay here again. Definitely what I was looking for.
