About this house rental
Welcome to Aspen Meadow Retreat, located minutes from Leavenworth, this large spacious home will provide the perfect gathering spot for laughter and great memories. This is a fantastic home for large families or large groups of friends. The open-concept common areas on the main floor have been redesigned so that large groups can easily enjoy each other's company while taking in the wonderful views of the Stuart Range Mountains from the large south-facing windows. You will also enjoy the same views just outside the main floor on one of the largest wrap around decks in Leavenworth. Just off the spacious dining room is a great little nook by a gas fireplace with seating for 2. The main floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a billiard room. The lower section of the home also has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms one of which is set up bunk style to accommodate 4 adults/kids in beds. There is another spacious family room with plenty of seating, a large screen TV, a sofa-sleeper and just off of that is another entire full kitchen and dining nook. The large garage has a ping pong table, dart board, and other games for your enjoyment. The lower section of the home has a large covered patio that includes a 7 person hot tub and opens up to the spacious grounds. Parking is available for 8 cars and the lawn area is huge for great outdoor games with friends and family. This wonderful home has it all times 2 and will make that special home base for large groups wanting to explore Leavenworth.

We stayed from a Friday evening to Sunday morning. Admittedly, we were out of the house a lot of the time because we were doing the Enchantments through hike - which this home is perfect for. The house is only a 10 minute drive from the Snowlake trailhead. The amount of beds, bathroom and general property was accurate from the listing. A really great place to host a couple of families or large group of folks. Large dining room, a large deck, big family room and a secondary kitchen in the basement. Worked very well for us!

Great location but the property is tired. The owners need to look at the little things that are broken or not site. Example is the ping pong table and related equipment . Spend a few bucks and replace the homemade table and the paddles . The general maintenance of the issues inside and outside require examination and correction. This goes from towel hangers that fall off the wall. Toilets that don't shut off after being flushed. etc. Irritating but easily fixed,
I would not recommend staying at this home until all the broken items are replaced,

A fantastic place for our large group of 11 people during a heat wave. The house stayed cool and we were able to enjoy the spacious deck in the mornings and evenings. Plenty of space to spread out and play games. Everyone was comfy and we enjoyed easy access to Leavenworth, hiking trails, and river fun.

Enjoyed the size and variety of spaces. Very nice home. Everyone was comfortable. Plenty of room to play and visit. House was clean minus a few items in the kitchen. Hot Tub needed some help seems to have a leak. Hot tub company stopped in the next day so we were still able to use it.

Fun family vacation!
This was a nice big house for our family of 18. Plenty of room inside. The outside was fun for the kids to run and enjoy putting their feet in the cold water from the creek. Hot tub was great too!

Great house for our group - we used all 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - the dining room was at capacity and had a great view - the hot tub was well used - the garage ping pong table and dart board were happily used - great stay !!

Cool Place
We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was really neat with all the different rooms available. You can really spread out and is great for large or multiple families. The view was beautiful and still close enough to town. I would like to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors a little more. I would recommend this to anyone.

Immaculate property
This property is immaculate and spacious. Our family of 12 adults, (grand parents, adult children and spouses and adult grandchildren and spouses.).. spent the week after Christmas. We had not planned on it being AS cold as it turned out to be but we kept plenty warm and comfortable inside this home. It is also close enough but not too close to the bustle of Leavenworth events. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect location and great space for the number of family we had
Perfect location and entertaining space, very private and lots of space for our family. Truely the best home for the number of guests, everyone felt they still had privacy with the group size we had. Very easy to book and very helpful, prompt responses to any questions I had prior to our visit.

Unsatisfactory cleaniness, food in couches, stained carpets, dirty sheets, smoke smell. Multiple concerns were discussed with booking agent after our stay. Would be available if you would like to discuss further

Mostly awesome
Property is very spacious with great places for everyone to commune, sleep, eat, and recreate. On our visit, the heat pump failed and caused a lot of smoke smell which couldn't be attended to while we were there (was going to be fixed after we left). However, it wasn't too hot and the smoke from wildfires wasn't bad during our visit. Although we would have loved a repair option while we were there (and noticed that aspects of the house were a little dated), we would still visit this property again due to its location and spacious options for a large group. Definitely recommended.

Good location, house has issues
Lots of fun to be had in Leavenworth and surrounding area. House was large but could use some improvements. AC in lower half of house struggled to reach comfortable temps. Carpets have numerous stains which were unsightly; bedding had some stains as well. Electrical fuses blew several times with normal appliance use. Mattresses have little/no back support. Numerous wasp nests on exterior of house near deck areas.

Great Getaway
We decided to get away for a 3 day weekend to celebrate two mile stone birthdays in our family. This was the perfect size house for the 12 of us and our 8lb shiz tsu. The house was comfortable and inviting. There was plenty of comfortable seating throughout the house and it was big enough for all of us to eat meals together and play games. Beautiful view of all the surrounding mountains and a short drive into town. It was a great weekend getaway.

Plenty of room for all 14 of us! Lots of space outside for yard games and large table inside for other games. Leavenworth was awesome and Mountain View’s from the house were beautiful. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing property
The house is beautiful and huge, we had a great time there. Our only complaint was that the master bedroom got very hot. A fan and a mobile AC unit were provided, so it wasn't really a problem. All in all, a wonderful stay on an amazing property!

Great property which fits our needs perfectly
Spacious, mostly comfortable, 2 full mostly adequate kitchens, awesome backyard for family wiffleball and frisbie, great room layout for our multigenerational family. One of the mattresses smelled from urine but fortunately we didn't need it. Management was deeply concerned about this. Upstairs kitchen needs some updating, especially an older noisy dishwasher and mixed bag of pots and pans. Most of the undercounter lights don't work so lighting in the upstairs kitchen is not optimal. Great dining spaces both indoors and out. All our dinners were outdoors offering splendid views of surrounding hills and Wedge Mt. Cold water pressure in the kitchen was weak in contrast to hot which was fine. Management was very responsive to any issues. this is the second summer in a row our family of grandparents, kids, and grandkids stayed there and we will likely want to return. That second kitchen is terrific for us, allowing us to feed breakfast and lunch to the grandkids separate from adults. Good Smart TV in the main living room.

Awesome, family-friendly home
This large house accommodated our large, extended family. There were plenty of rooms so everyone had their own space. Plus, lots of room on the property for outdoor games. The two kitchens made meal preparation easy and there is plenty of table seating (inside and outside) for our large family meals.
Our only complaint is the outside lawn (which is expansive) is mostly dead, which made it less desirable for outdoor activities. Other than that, we loved the property.
