Hört sich besser an als es tatsächlich ist
Geräumig und für zwei Personen gut. Die Lage zum Meer ist gut. Zwei Restaurants gleich Fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter beheben Probleme mit der Einrichtung umgehend.
Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Durchgelegen oder quietschend. Das Appartement liegt an der Zufahrt zu Campingplätzen und dementsprechend viel ist viel verkehr,natürlich auch von denen die zu einem in der Nähe gelegenen Campingplatz wollen und falsch gefahren sind. Die Familie ist sehr laut und nimmt null Rücksicht darauf, dass Gäste in diesem sehr hellhörigen Haus sind. Die Wohnung ist zudem auch relativ feucht. Wäsche trocknet nur in der Sonne draußen auf der Terrasse. Alles in allem okay aber wir haben für den Preis schon weitaus besser gewohnt.

Strandnah. Geräumig. Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich getrennt mit eingeschränkter Privatsphäre.
Nähe zum Strand. Grosse Wohnfläche und Terrasse.
Schlafzimmer: Die 'beiden' Schlafzimmer sind lediglich ein grosser Raum, der nur durch eine Glasfüre getrennt wird. Ein Schlafzimmer ist entsprechend fensterlos. Eingeschränkte Privatsphäre. Lage Grundstück: Direkt an der einzigen Zufahrt zum Strand mit entsprechendem Verkehrsaufkommen. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück ist eine Mülldeponie, von der je nach Windlage unangenehme Gerüche rüberwehen.

Exceptional
We travelled with two small children, and the close location to the beach was just perfect. The house was absolutely beautiful with all necessary equipment. Much nicer in real life than in photos.We would highly recommend villa Messina to others!

Perfect family relax vacation
We liked the location, very close to the beach and to a noce beach restaurant. We liked the confort, the very nice terrace and the quality of the furniture and commodities, the style and the attention to details.
