About this house rental
Beautiful lakefront home very near the beach with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, spacious deck with BBQ overlooking the lake. Driveway for 4 cars and all the amenities of home. Best suited for up to 4 couples plus children but we love kids! Let us know what you need.
To comply with new town regulations, we have to restrict short-term rentals to a minimum of 7 days during the high season (May 15 - Sept 15) AND to a minimum of 30 days for the rest of the year. If you need a shorter stay, please ask. We will be limited to one booking during the requisite period but might be able to accommodate your needs.
Perfect area for enjoying the beach & boardwalk, to take day trips to NYC, Atlantic City, Philadelphia or points in between. Great layout for Wedding Groups, Family Reunions, and regular ol' summer vacations.

The Space
Our newly renovated Lakefront Beachside home is conveniently located on a quiet, residential street just 3 blocks from the beach and Jenkinson's boardwalk. We invite you to enjoy everything about our home, the stylish interior furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and the spacious back deck overlooking Little Silver Lake. The perfect place for your family to unwind after a fun day at the beach.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king bed and the other with two full beds. Two bedrooms upstairs have the lake view, one with a queen bed, and the other has a queen bed plus a twin daybed & a trundle to accommodate younger children. Each room is well-appointed with a spacious layout for your enjoyment.
Three full bathrooms, two upstairs and a Master’s bathroom downstairs, all with wainscoting design to remind you of your coastal vacation.
The living space has a three-seat sofa, a love seat, and a sofa chair, with extra stools and ottomans for added seating and relaxation. Dining table can seat 10 and there are three bar stools at the kitchen counter. Both living and dining areas enjoy a great view of the lake. There is an extra sitting area upstairs with a loveseat for those want to have some private time.

Our Lakefront Beachside gem will feel like home during your stay. Four comfortable bedrooms and three convenient full baths, a chef's kitchen with every tool you need to apply your gourmet skills while friends and family keep you company in our open floor plan great room.
You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay, privacy and comfort including two sitting areas, each with a flat screen and premium channels for your viewing pleasure, kitchen tools, beach towels and house linens, washer and dryer, WiFi, grill on the deck, and an on-call concierge.
We ask that only two rooms remain untouched, the upstairs storage closet and the garage.
Interaction with guests
Our manager/concierge Pamela will be on hand to welcome you to our Lakefront Beachside home and will remain available for any questions you may have. Our goal is make sure your vacation is 'shore' perfect!

Public Playground: There is a public playground about three blocks away from our Lakefront Beachside home, where you find children's jungle gym, swings, basketball courts and two recently updated tennis courts for extra recreational activities.

We had the trip of a lifetime! My husband, two little boy, and I felt so at home - from the state of the art appliances and stocked amenities, to the priceless back deck view of the weekly fireworks. We even hosted a fabulous lemonade stand out front. We can’t wait to make this home a “start of summer” tradition as a family!

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a comfortable place where 6 of us could stay. This lakeside home was clean, had all amenities you could ask for, and housed all of us very comfortably (and could have easily accommodated more!). The location was great: an easy walk to the boardwalk and beaches, close to town and on a quiet sidestreet. The deck overlooking the lake was a favorite hangout.
Pamela, the property manager, was readily available to answer any questions, from reaching out to us before check-in until after we left.
I would highly recommend this rental--I just wish we'd had more time to spend at the shore!

Highly recommend this house and host. The location was walking distance to the beach and Jenkinson’s, the house was clean and well stocked with nice linens, kitchen supplies, and extras like beach badges, and the neighborhood was great. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a group of adults and a 4 year old. We were pleasantly surprised with the room stocked with kids toys and games. The view from the back balcony was so beautiful - Pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely rent again when we come back to Point Pleasant!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. I loved that Pamela texted me on the arrival day and was in communication to see if we needed anything. The home was perfectly clean, very pretty, and nicely situated for a pleasant stay with a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We loved being on the lake and having the large windows to enjoy the unobstructed water view. This home was very comfortable for 4 couples. It was chilly so we did not sit outside, but were to happy to have the option. We did not find the stairs an issue for our elderly parents. We would love to come back. It was a great experience!

We stayed at this property in the wintertime (ahead of Christmas) so will speak more to the house amenities than to the beach location.
This house was an excellent choice for a family getaway. Unlike many rentals in the area it came equipped with linens and towels (so we didn't have to rent or bring our own which was huge). The house was clean , with easily accessible laundry, a well appointed kitchen (I did a bunch of cooking), and a great view of the water (with some houses done up in lights for Christmas which was lovely). There was also a small playground within walking distance for our toddler, and we were easily able to get to a pharmacy and other stores etc in town when we needed to.
Only flag is that the stairs up front are a bit steep for older family members; other than that we had an excellent stay and would come back again for sure.

The property was beautiful and the setting was relaxing right on the canal. The home was clean and had all the amenities. My only issue was that when I booked the property. I did so because it said it could accommodate 8-10 people. We selected this property because of this and knew they had enough beds to accommodate all 9 of us. When I tried to add the amount of people coming which was 9, it only allowed me to put in 8. I thought it was a limitation on the part of the VRBO website. I then sent out the information to all my friends, divided the cost by 9, and received all the checks from my friends for the reunion. I was asked by the owner for all of our names which I provided. I was then advised there would be an extra fee of $120 for the 9th guests. I did not think this was fair and neither did any of my friends. After reaching out to the owner via email to try and discuss the extra charge, I received no respone. After calling VRBO, I was advised if the 9th person was a child, there would be no charge. This did not make sense to us. It just seemed trivial and left a bad taste for all of us.

Second year renting this home with my family and the owners are very accommodating, quick to respond and make the trip just that much easier. Also the house is in great shape and just fits our family perfectly.

Spacious beach house by Jenkinson’s pier
The house was beautiful clean and convenient to beach. The woman managing the property was lovely and very helpful and there for you to talk to at a moments notice.
The back deck should be better lit especially near the stairs with older people and children.
The only unforeseen problem was some very rude unsupervised teenagers who were directly next-door with some unbelievably loud music. My reason for renting there was primarily for a family experience and it was unfortunate that we couldn’t even hear each other out on the deck most of the time at home was spent in the house. Didn’t realize I should’ve called the property manager to take care of it. Still it was unfortunate and unnecessary. Be prepared for a lot of stairs😁

Excellent Location, Clean & Spacious
We spent an October weekend in Point Pleasant (for a nearby wedding) and very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The space was even better than the photos represent! Extremely clean & well-stocked with everything you need. The home is walking distance from anything you'd need. Pamela was very helpful in answering questions and accommodating us during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect retreat for a group
Everything was wonderful about our stay. The house is clean, modern and bigger than it looks on the website. We loved sitting out on the deck looking out over the lake or hanging out in the comfortable living room. The beach was a short 2 block walk. I had very little need to communicate with the owner, but she was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend - I wish I was still there!

Perfect family vacation home
Our family of six fit comfortably in this beautiful and clean retreat. We used it as a base for a weekend family wedding nearby and would definitely come back for a longer vacation. Location is convenient and setting in September is peaceful.

Perfect location for easy access to beach and boardwalk while overlooking a quiet lake
Everything about this property is top notch. We rented for 4 weeks and it felt like home. One of only a few houses you can rent that is actually on water in point pleasant. The living room faces the water out back which is relaxing even when you don’t want to be outside on the deck. The only suggestion I would make is for the owners to put more lights on the deck and in the yard so that it can be more usable at night. The walk to the beach and boardwalk is not bad at all. Smart TVs are great. All the amenities you need. 10 beach bags was a generous added bonus. Truly a wonderful experience for our entire family, wish we could have stayed all summer long.

Spacious and Cozy Vacation Home for Family
My family rented this home so we could be together with a change of scenery for Thanksgiving. As other reviewers note, the pictures do not do it justice. The house is bright with sunlight and cozy - stocked with all the comforts of home. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are very very spacious and stocked with enough linens and towels for everyone. Sitting on the dock by the lake is very peaceful (except for the new house construction happening 2 houses down), and the easy beach access was great for fall walks on the beach. I would love to stay again during the summer season as it would make the perfect beach vacation getaway for a family.

It was great great trip
I was amazed that it was a much better house than the picture. While there, everyone had a fun Labor Day holiday without any complaints. Everyone was satisfied.It was a very clean house, the beach was close and the lake view was great.

Great Beach Escape!
This property was perfect! It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the grill was incredible, the beds & linens were delightful, and the location is central. Within a few minutes of leaving your front door, you are on the beach. Another few and you are in town with quaint stores, adorable coffee shops, and delicious restaurants (take-out and some outdoor seating). Most of all, this property felt sanitized and clean, giving everyone peace of mind. We wish we did not have to leave.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay
Property was beautiful. Kitchen was large and well stocked, we were able to host Thanksgiving dinner here with extended family. Pamela was so accommodating and met us at the house on arrival for a smooth check in.

High Quality House
My wife and I stayed here with two other couples and a friend. We all had comfortable accommodations for a friends wedding weekend. Very close (few blocks) to the ocean, great patio/deck in the back overlooking a lake (it feels like an ocean canal!), grill, and quality kitchen items. I love cooking and this house had good quality items to use in the kitchen. The slightly higher premium for this place over some of the others I looked at showed with generally high quality fixtures, countertops, couches, etc. Everything was well put together, and the host was responsive.
