in ogni caso lo sapevo delle difficoltà e ne sono stato consapevole prima di arrivare

la colazione non era compresa

il bagno separato dalla camera prevedeva l'accesso attraverso un corridoio comune, di giorno sicuramente non è un problema ma di notte se devi andare ai servizi devi vestirti, cosa non sempre agevole

facile da raggiungere, parcheggio accessibile e in centro a una zona residenziale con supermercati e servizi comodi

Relaxing!

Very comfortable and clean, the room and bathroom were very nice. The neighbourhood felt safe. Better than a hotel in the sense you have a kitchen available.

Would’ve been nice to be able to walk into the centre of Verona but catching the bus for 20-30 mins wasn’t too bad. Would appreciate a frying pan and sharp knife in kitchen to make cooking easier.

Pohodlné ubytování 20 minut autobusem od centra Verony.

Příjemný majitel nás ubytoval, mluvil plynule anglicky, takže nebyl problém s domlouváním. Pokoj i koupelna byla čistá a hezky nachystaná. Možnost použití kuchyně je také velké plus.

- vyšší cena - do centra je nutno jet 20 minut autobusem, ale zastávka byla asi 2 minuty od ubytování

La 1era buena impresión fue la buena predisposición u humanidad del dueño y su hno. Las instalaciones excelentes, todo nuevo y limpio. Pude lavar mi ropa, ducharme y descansar, q era todo lo que necesitaba

No está cerca del centro, pero el colectivo pasa a 1 cuadra

Fantastic host and place

Perfect place to chill out after a busy few days in Venice and before Milan. Nico was fantastic and couldn't have done more to help. I will come back here for sure when I have more time as Verona has a lot to see, and it's an easy commute to the beautiful Lake Garda. Bus stop which goes to the train station is right outside. Thanks again Nico!!!

Very good

The apartment was spacious and cute. The location was perfect with a bus stop outside. The host provided coffee condiments. The host gave us lots of great advice about getting into Verona, bus numbers, supermarkets and places to eat. We will be back. Thank you Nicola.

really cosy room, lovely host, brilliant facilities, getting the bus into the city actually wasn't too bad

location was a bit further from the city than i expected (kind of my own fault for not checking properly beforehand!!) there is not much in this neighbourhood and you really have to rely on the busses to go anywhere!

Very helpful,friendly,and kind the owner.Already very opened to explain or solve everything.Bus station for old town(no 73),right near the building.Parking place is available,for free.Supermarket very close if you need everythig.(drinks,food,bread,etc).

The address was difficult to find. I didn't know that I needed to contact the owner before to come. It was confusing to find the address as google maps showed me a different location

Good apartment, I'd recommend to my friends.

Really nice landlord. Room was exactly what you can expect. The bathroom is private and really clean. A/C saved our lives.

There's not much to do over that neighborhood, but the buses are literally on the other side of the street. The fan lamp did not work.

Good value for a short stay

Room 4 was clean and bed quite comfortable. The AC was very much welcome with the 30+ weather outside. It came with bathroom O which was also very clean. It had shower gel and soap and it was well ventilated.

I enjoyed my staying there

I highly recommend iCozy. The room is clean, tidy and quiet. I arrived at 3am but still got the key and helped myself in easily. The host is very helpful and friendly. Everything was well organized. It will make your money worth.

Really great location only 3 minutes to bus stop to city centre. Large and clean rooms. We felt like a home.

The best option for groups, family or couples. Nice, clean apartment. Self checking and check out. Really great and friendly communication with owner. Option for parking.

Highly recommended

Friendly staff, clean and big room, kitchen was clean and with many kitchenware, external heater available If you need, good location, good value to price It is my first option if one day I am back to Verona.

Good if they place a garbage bucket in the room.

Recomended for families or friend companies

Cozy is a very comfortable apartment in a quiet and nice neighborhood. There are many small shops and a supermarket one minute away on foot. It is quite pleasant to walk by the streets in the morning, everything is so quiet nothing to do with the busy (yet beautiful) city center.

It is a little bit far from city center if you travel with public transport (20 min by bus), but if by car, it is quite close.
