Bring Dogs Yay! Dirty Nay!

That I could bring my dog

It was filthy. Bed sheets had hair in them. The bathroom is just a mess. Gaps and holes in the trim/walls.

The location is excellent, so close to the beach. Staff very accommodating.

Great location , good value for the money.

Location was great. Out door seating area was nice as the town shuts down early during the week days; we were able to sit under the gazebo and enjoy ourselves.

They never had enough clean wash cloths; and most of the cleaning staff didn’t speak english well so it was a pain trying to get clean linen.

Great location and worth some of the lack of glamor because of where it is.

Location is perfect.

Room wasn’t ready and locks had just been replaced so there was a see through hole in the door but they taped it up.

It was quiet compared to other comments I read about

Didn’t care about the TV , couldn’t get continuous local news or programs, grant it our time there wasn’t to watch the tube but when weather is a foul which it happens it would be nice to put on channel and watch a program

Nice comfortable stay away from the busy Rehoboth beach

I like it’s location to the beach …the rooms were very nice size , clean ..and updated.

The traffic at certain times of the day was very busy but I think that’s how it is all over around there

good option for a dog friendly hotel, but worn and overpriced

property is pretty worn down. we have stayed in the past, and they have increased the pet fees and gotten rid of the free breakfast. they are trying to re-brand and seem in the middle of some minor repairs, but overall still pretty old. they had issues with the key cards while we were there and we had to go to the office multiple times to get it resolved.

falsely advertised breakfast, string smell of cigarette smoke from a man living a few doors down in a room. he blocked the sidewalk with a chair and screamed at people up on patio playing music.

less than a block from the beach across from Mama Mia’s this is a dog friendly hotel in Dewey Beach. Breakfast included.

High price for off season. No elevator.

stayed here a few times, however it seems the property has been sold to another company and the staff were just not the same. a tad unprofessional, eating as they checked us in. there was also a bachelorette party happening which made the stay very noisy and tough to sleep at night .

The location is close to the beach and restaurants. The property is dated, but the staff keeps the rooms clean and they have updated the rooms. It’s dog friendly so that’s a plus.

There wasn’t really a breakfast available, just some grab and go items. The walkways and stairs needed a good power wash.
