Loved our stay at this home. The yard is gorgeous. Private pool for swimming in the sunshine by day and great spa for relaxing after dinner. Large kitchen was great for making meals and family time. Close enough to the city that we could take a day trip to see the ocean while relaxing the rest of the time. Owner was responsive to any request or questions. Many thanks!

very comfortable place in need of some attention. One toilet wouldn't flush unless you removed the lid and tapped the float. You could pick up the safe and carry it anywhere---so, was it really "Safe"? needed to be anchored. One bedroom fan only had 2 of 3 blades so was unusable. The trim fell off the microwave 4 different times!! Startling!! The pool was a cool 74 degrees in late Jan. but you could heat it for only $150 per day so----party on! Very roomy and lots of comfortable places to relax. The neighborhood was well-kept and affluent-looking. Must do a lot of spraying because we saw NO bugs, birds, iguanas, etc. The spa is wonderful ( and you don't have to pay to heat it.) Ketty and Matthew (Hosts) were very attentive and nice. Kitchen was large and stocked with EVERYTHING you could need in duplicate!! We had fun cooking-in several nights.

Overall the place was nice, our favorite spot was the backyard/hot tub, as the 70 degree weather didn't allow us to utilize the pool (too cool, even for us Michiganders). Homeowners were very involved throughout the stay (taking out trash/recycle and bringing it back in). Had a few issues but they were quickly resolved. Could use some updates but worked for what we needed. Our group of 7 stayed a week and made meals there for 4 days, we searched "storage containers " for leftovers but ended up using glass bowls. Once you travel around the neighborhood there are restaurants close by to eat and Publix nearby to shop at. Overall nice place and Ketty is very quick to respond to a text question or concern.

Nice clean house! Very tentative homeowner. Was very nice to be able to cook our own food for a long work trip. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing after a days work. Would rent from them again.

We loved the pool and outdoor area. The house was great for our extended family. We liked the neighborhood and felt very safe. We would happily stay there again if we’re ever in Miami in the future.

Mrs. Gelvy and her husband were fantastic hosts, it didn’t matter what our question was, they were always accessible, pleasant and accommodating, both before and during our stay. The backyard is an oasis of beauty, quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood is really pretty to walk and has easy access to shops and restaurants. We would stay again and definitely recommend them as hosts and their home to stay!

We rented this house because of the size and the pool and hot-tub. We were not disappointed! The house was perfect, allowing all 10 of us to move about freely even in the kitchen. Of course we spent most of our time outside in and around the beautiful pool and hot-tub. Our 11 year old was in heaven. There were plenty of comfy chairs for the adults too. I highly recommend this house and owner. She was very helpful and accommodating. We had a great time there celebrating my daughter's graduation from Medical school and just relaxing.

Down for a fishing trip with friends and couldn’t have had a better experience. After a long day on the water the pool area really helped us relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. We will definitely be back.

This was a fantastic stay for adults, grandma and kids (6 years old to 9 years old). It's a great location, in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to the city to see beaches and nightlife, and also close to visit the Everglades and get down to the Keys. The house was a great fit, we all loved the pool and hot tub, and it was great to bbq out in the covered patio. Thank you so much for the wonderful house!

This was our first VRBO rental. Beautiful backyard to enjoy but we were surprised twice by unexpected visits by the homeowner coming into the private yard. The home was large and in a very nice neighborhood. The air conditioning and TV cable both needed attention after our arrival. They were both fixed that day after several hours. We enjoyed our visit but were not happy by the homeowners husband, unannounced visits. Be aware.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is a bit outdated and could probably use some freshening up. It has a sceptic water system for instance. Just as everyone says, the pool area makes the place special.

We stayed over new years with two families, 5 children in all. The house was just the right size and the kids loved the bunk room. The pool is big and beautiful, and we also enjoyed the jacuzzi. Ketty and her husband were super attentive and accommodating to all of our requests throughout our stay. We would definitely rent this house again. The kids didn’t want to leave!

The pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, hammock, patio set up was where we spent 90% of our time and it is exactly as the pictures show. Large back yard and privacy fence make it like your own private Oasis!!

The property is gorgeous and the pool and yard are spectacular. The house is about 40 mins from the everglades and miami beach, so perfectly situated for anyone interested in seeing both. The owners were very responsive and helpful and ensured we knew where all the good dinner spots were. Everyone in my party loved sitting pool side and grilling up lunch. This was the perfect spot for us and we hope to get back there again soon!

I choose this house because of the pictures I saw of the outdoor living space. It truly better than the pictures! We were very impressed with the extra yard green space behind the pool area. The inside is beautiful and has everything that you need and more! You can tell the owner has put a lot of pride into this house. You will not be disappointed in your stay here!!

Tha vacation home we stayed in during our trip to Miami, Florida was beautiful. We had a outstanding experience while visiting Miami and the home had alot to do with our visit. It was clean, efficient and beautiful. Tha pool and outside area was very nice and we spent alot of hours just hanging out in this spacious and elegant surroundings. The host was very pleasant and courteous to us providing us with many features of the home. We had a wonderful time and we will stay there again if we go back to Miami. Thank you 😊

We absolutely loved our stay! Ketty and Matt greeted us on our arrival and gave us the tour of the house and showed us where we'd be able to find essential items. What stood out to me about this property was the feeling that you were staying in an actual home, and not just a hotel wannabe. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! The house slept our group of 8 perfectly and there were plenty of places for folks to sit and relax. We spent the majority of the time in the incredible pool! The house is in a good neighborhood and close to grocery stores and shopping centers. We all look forward to coming back!

We truly enjoyed the house, the pool, the location and the beautiful homes around too! The hosts were extremely timely with responses and gave a face-to-face check-in! La casa esta grande y muy espaciosa. las camas muy comodas. el vecindario muy bueno.
La casa esta grande y espaciosa para una familia grande como la mia de 8 personas. Todo lo del patio muy espacioso y bonito. Lo unico que seria bueno que inplementaran una mejor limpieza. cuando abres las gabetas de la cocina hay un olor feo. cuando entramos acababam de limpiar pero olia a sucio. el baño de los cuartos tenia popo pegado en la taza, ese baño seria bueno lo remodelaran de ser posible y una mejor limpieza. El baño y cuarto principal es lo unico que esta bien limpio. la cocina tiene bastantes trastes que yo diria demasiado. personalmente creo que esta demasiada cara para la limpieza que tiene. Ojala puedan hacer una mejor limpieza.
