About this house rental

Island Daze located at 108 3rd St North in Bradenton Beach is an adorable private home in Bradenton Beach. This single family four bedroom two bathroom with bonus room that sleeps eight comfortably will surely please everyone. With this ground level home you don’t have to worry about climbing any stairs after a day at the beach. You are just one block to the beach, and a short walk to the Historic Bridge Street. You will have plenty of restaurants or shopping, putt putt golf to enjoy on Bridge Street.

This home has a nice open floor plan so the whole family can be together. Or take it outside and enjoy a game of corn hole while cooking out on the gas grill. There is plenty of parking for cars, or bring your boat, or jet skis there is room for all of it. You will have a large shed that has beach items and easy storage for any items you may want to bring from home to enjoy everything that Anna Maria Island has to offer.

This unit sleeps eight comfortable with one king size bed, two queen beds and a set of twin bunk beds. The living room has a 55” television, the master bedroom has a 37” televisions and the two guest rooms each have a “32 television.

There is a stack washer and dryer in the unit.

Pets are welcome with a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee.

Island Daze is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was super quiet despite being close to the main road & the bridge. The next door neighbor was so sweet to our family. It is close to Bridge St. where there is a mini golf course, shopping & dining. Oma’s pizza & two scoops ice cream is close walking distance. We accessed the beach right beside the Beach House Restaurant which takes just a few minutes to walk to. Right behind the house is a small playground & pickleball court (not part of the house, but behind the fence). The police station is also right behind the house so we felt very safe but never heard sirens. Pets are allowed in this home but the home was very clean-no evidence of pet fur or smell. This is the first time we have stayed at a beach home & they didn’t have spices so if you are doing a lot of cooking & there are certain ingredients you need or special cookware, bring it. The house is much more spacious than the pictures show. It is very open when you first walk in. To the left are 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom. At the very back is the master suite with a bathroom that includes the washer & dryer. You access the back door from the master. Parking to the public is allowed on the east side of the street & sometimes it was completely empty. No one ever blocked us. We had one car in the paved driveway & the other in the yard. The golf cart trolley comes right to the house and takes you where you want to go (with some restrictions of course). Communication was quick. A gem!

Overall we had a great time. It was clean, beds and couches were comfy (and appeared new), has a washer/dryer, it was close to the beach (1.5 blocks ~ 5 minute walk), and there was everything we needed for the beach too (beach towels, umbrellas, beach cart, chairs, kids toys, floaties/noodles, cooler). Washer/dryer works great too! And there's TV's in the rooms. Place had a lot of room (there were 7 of us total) and the main area was big enough and had enough seating for all of us. Also really close to Bridge Street and all of the fun stuff to do around there (shopping, food, coffee). And close to the main road if you want to drive somewhere, otherwise there's a trolley stop right up the street. The place is a bit dated (it's an older house), but we felt that we got the right expected value for what we paid. The parking could be an issue depending on how many vehicles you have. There's one main paved parking space, but the other 'parking spaces' are on the street, which is free parking for anyone else who wants to park there (since it's close to the beach, they were always in use). We only had one car, and two golf carts (which we parked in the yard), so it wasn't that big of an issue for us. Also, the pictures kind of make you think it's an entirely fenced in back yard/space for privacy, which is not the case, it's open towards the street. Overall, we were happy, they were super responsive with anything we needed, and if we come back, we'd definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach chairs, umbrellas and cart were a great help. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. There are shops and restaurants close by to walk to. The only thing I would question is the description says there is parking for 4 vehicles and you could bring your boat or toys to park. The driveway only fits one vehicle and the street was always taken up by other vehicles of people coming to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

There was disturbing insect activity. Property management company was responsive but unfortunately the activity continued. Overall cleanliness of the place may have improved the situation. That being said, location was great and island is beautiful.

Although the weather didn't cooperate during our stay, we enjoyed many mornings on the patio. We walked on the beach, only steps across the street. We love the location, parking space, and the cottage. There is plenty of space to sleep, entertain, and eat. The staff quickly responded to a minor repair to the toilets. This is our second time renting here. We will come back.

We fell in love with this little gem. We had a family of eight. Plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect for walking to everything we needed. The police station was only a couple houses down. Very safe area. All the beach supplies we could need comes with the rental. The kids loved the cornhole game. We definitely stay here in the future.
